TOP SECRET ISIS HEADQUARTERS LOCATED IN AL-TANF, SYRIA: CIA Headquarters Located Beneath Lake Geneva in Switzerland Actively Recruiting, Training & Launching ISIS-Related Attacks via Top Secret US-Coalition Special Forces Military Base at Al-Tanf in Syria & Adjacent Rukban Refugee Camp in Jordan

JUNE 24, 2018

EARTH, Undisclosed LocationBased on breaking news and events, it appears that CIA Headquarters located beneath Lake Geneva in Switzerland is actively recruiting, training and launching ISIS-related attacks via the U.S. Special Forces Military Base at Al-Tanf  in Syria and the adjacent Rukban Refugee Camp in Jordan.

As originally revealed in the May 25, 2016, report entitled ‘ISIS ENDGAME: Why the Swiss CIA Created ISIS as Cover for Nuclear and Biological Terror Attacks‘, the United States has been secretly training ISIS terrorists at the King Abdullah II Special Operations Training Centre (KASOTC).

The notion that Al-Tanf is home to ISIS was first identified back on June 17, 2017, when it was reported that Iraqi forces removed ISIS fighters from the U.S. Military Base at Al-Tanf. Naturally, this begs the question as to why the U.S. Military base is unwilling or incapable of destroying ISIS which is the official reason for their presence in Syria.

Although the U.S. government has long been suspected of funding ISIS under the guise of the Syrian Rebels, it was reported on October 11, 2017, that Russia now believes the U.S. Military allows ISIS to operate ‘under its nose’ in Syria. In other words, the U.S. Military is allowing ISIS terrorists to do as they please which suggests they are on the CIA payroll.

The notion that ISIS is a de-facto Black Ops branch of the U.S. Military was reiterated roughly 2-months later on December 27, 2017, when Russia openly accused the United States of training ex-ISIS fighters in Syria. Chief of the Russian General Staff stated that the U.S. is training ISIS terrorists to destabilize the country of Syria.

Russian General Valery Gerasimov’s allegations were made in respect to the U.S. Special Forces Military Base at Al-Tanf , a strategic Syrian highway border crossing with Iraq in the southern part of the country. In short, Russia claims that the U.S. base is illegal and that it and the area around it is ‘a Black Hole’ where ISIS terrorists operate unhindered.

Lastly, on June 22, 2018, MSN News published a report entitled ‘Syrian Government Forces Besiege U.S. Base in Al-Tanf‘ which revealed that Syrian government forces encircled the U.S. Military base at Al-Tanf where the ‘U.S. is believed to be regularly training terrorists at the base‘.

Based on breaking news and events, it appears that the U.S. Special Forces Military Base at Al-Tanf in Syria is the unofficial headquarters of the CIA-sponsored terror group commonly known as ISIS. The secret ISIS base is located 24 kilometers (14.9 miles) to the west from the Al-Tanf border crossing between Iraq and Syria in Homs Governorate. The U.S.-led international coalition base was reportedly established in 2014 with a declared purpose of countering the Islamic State of Iraq and Syria (ISIS). Needless to say, the very opposite appears to be true. By having unfettered access to both Iraq and Syria, CIA-ordered Special Forces (i.e., professional terrorists) are able to launch unabated ISIS attacks in both countries simultaneously, a phenomenon coincidentally witnessed since the base was first founded in 2014. The U.S. government previously described the area, which lies at the ultra-strategic intersection of the Syrian, Iraqi, and Jordanian borders, as its ‘Red Line’. Former U.S. President Barack Obama first highlighted the Red Line back on August 20, 2012, when he stated that, ‘We cannot have a situation in which chemical or biological weapons are falling into the hands of the wrong people…We have been very clear to the Assad regime but also to other players on the ground that a Red Line for us is, we start seeing a whole bunch of weapons moving around or being utilized’. ‘That would change my calculus’, he added. ‘That would change my equation.’ The premeditated comments from Obama were designed to highlight the notion of bio-terrorism in Syria just prior to an ISIS bio-chemical attack which spawns a global biological pandemic, likely Smallpox in nature. This notion is corroborated by the fact that there have been 8 bio-chemical attacks in Iraq and the 74 biochemical attacks in Syria since the creation of ISIS. A coincidence. Not a chance. Lastly, on February 16, 2018, it was reported that Russia’s Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov claimed that U.S. Special Forces (i.e., professional terrorists) are illegally operating in Syria. In short, Lavrov stated that, ‘They have been there consistently for two or three years – almost for the whole period that the Washington-led coalition has worked in Syria and all this time the U.S. Special Forces and other units are in Syria on the ground, illegally, without any invitation from Damascus, or without any mandate of the UN Security Council’.

Because the U.S. Special Forces Military Base at Al-Tanf in Syria is the unofficial headquarters of the CIA-sponsored terror group commonly known as ISIS, the U.S. Military was forced to unilaterally declare a 55-kilometer (34-mile) Red Zone (i.e., the Deconfliction Zone) around the secret base and has threatened to target any Syrian or Russian forces within the area. In other words, anyone who attempts to destroy the ISIS base will be killed immediately, most likely via CIA-ordered drone strikes. The ISIS Red Zone also contains the Tanf Border Crossing between Iraq and Syria as well as the Rukban Refugee Camp which both Syrian and Russian officials claim is home to Islamic terrorists, including those of Al-Qaeda-affiliated Jabhat Fateh Al-Sham. Naturally, Moscow says it does not recognize any ‘deconfliction zone’ declared by the United States unilaterally. Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov stated such zones were different from ‘de-escalation zones,’ which Russia, Turkey, and Iran are establishing with the full support of the United Nations Security Council and the government of Syria. Security Analyst Charles Shoebridge stated in respect to the ISIS Red Zone that, ‘These are self-declared zones of deconfliction. What they really mean there is that they are not allowing other people to enter these zones, notwithstanding that, this is part of a sovereign country, Syria. In other words, they are saying ‘deconfliction’ – what they mean is that conflicts are allowed, as well as military forces, as long as there are American, British and their rebel allies‘. Rebel allies is military code-word for ISIS terrorists who operate under the guise of the Syrian Rebels. Shoebridge elaborated, stating that, ‘…the true aim of the American and British Special Forces there and others … is to train those as proxies‘. In other words, it’s an ISIS recruiting and training ground. The term Proxy War or Proxies is generally used to describe mercenaries or soldiers trained and armed by a respective country to complete a mission which the country in question is unwilling or unable to attach their name and reputation to. Jan Oberg, the Director of the Transnational Foundation for Peace and Future Research, stated in respect to the ISIS Red Zone that, ‘First of all, ‘deconfliction zone’ – What is that? The conflicts are still there. We’re seeing conflicts being worked on by violence and nothing but violence since 2011…The Americans are in Syria without anybody having invited them to be there. And they seem to be both fighting ISIS and through allies supporting ISIS. They seem to be heavily involved in supporting terrorists historically, as well as Britain, as we have seen’. Lastly, in the aftermath of an ISIS-related attack on June 21, 2016, which allegedly emanated from the Rukban Refugee Camp located within the ISIS Red Zone, Jordan declared its northern and eastern borders closed military areas, stressing that the border guards will not tolerate any uncoordinated movements approaching its borders and that force will be decisively used against it. Consequently, access to the ISIS Red Zone is blocked from the Jordanian side, making it virtually impossible for journalists and military personal alike to access Al-Tanf via the ground.

Because the U.S. Special Forces Military Base at Al-Tanf in Syria is the official headquarters of the Syrian Rebels who are allegedly at war with ISIS, the CIA has concocted the narrative that the base is repeatedly being targeted by ISIS terrorists. This notion is laughable because the Syrian Rebels are ISIS and vice versa. Consequently, casualties are rarely suffered by coalition forces during the alleged ISIS attacks on Al-Tanf. Nevertheless, the first alleged ISIS attack on Al-Tanf reportedly took place on May 21, 2015, when ISIS militants allegedly captured the checkpoint, thus obtaining control over the full length of the Iraq-Syria border. This appears to be when the U.S. Military first took command of the area after which they sealed off the borders in every direction, making it virtually impossible to reach the secret base. The notion that Al-Tanf is in-fact an ISIS base was confirmed, albeit in a de facto manner, during the so-called Al-Tanf Offensive of 2016 which featured a War Triangle of sorts in that the secret military base was allegedly controlled by three different military entities within a 72-hour period. Why ISIS, the Syrian government, the Free Syrian Army (i.e., the Syrian Rebels) and the US Military all want to capture Al-Tanf located in the middle of the desert only makes sense when its understood that the base is home to ISIS. Nevertheless, the battle for Al-Tanf reportedly began on March 4, 2016, when the so-called the Syrian Rebels captured Al-Tanf from the Syrian government. Two days later on March 6, 2016, ISIS allegedly regain control of Al-Tanf just hours after losing it. According to reports, ISIS was able to regain control of Al-Tanf after violent clashes against the New Syrian Army or Syrian Rebels (i.e., ISIS). If you can’t follow the logic of Al-Tanf you’re not alone for the repeated attacks and the changing of hands are specifically designed to confused the masses in respect to whom is actually in charge of the secret terrorist base. That is why in August of 2016 the BBC published photographs of an alleged attack by ISIS on Al Tanf which reportedly took place in June of 2016. According to eyewitnesses, British Special Forces (i.e., professional terrorists) were in a defensive role during the attack, carrying an arsenal of equipment including sniper rifles, heavy machine guns and anti-tank missiles. Needless to say, the three-month delay in respect to the release of the photos suggests that the ISIS attack never transpired in reality. Nevertheless, roughly 10-months later on April 10, 2017, CNN published a report entitled ‘Coalition and Syrian Opposition Forces Repel ISIS Attack‘ which also revealed that coalition troops and the Syrian Rebels repelled another ISIS attack on Al-Tanf. In order to sell the authenticity of the attack, it was reported that the attack featured a vehicle-borne IED as well as a ground assault by 20 to 30 ISIS terrorists armed with suicide vests. The U.S. Military stated in a news release that, ‘Coalition and partnered forces engaged and defended the ISIS attack with direct fire before destroying enemy assault vehicles and the remaining fighters with multiple coalition airstrikes’. Because the ISIS attack was specifically concocted to sell the notion that the U.S. Military and ISIS are not one in the same entity, a coalition official reportedly told CNN that the ISIS assault did not result in any coalition casualties.

Because the U.S. Special Forces Military Base at Al-Tanf in Syria is the unofficial headquarters of the CIA-sponsored terror group commonly known as ISIS, it was targeted by Russian airstrikes back on June 16, 2016. In order to distance themselves from the secret ISIS base, the U.S. claimed there were no coalition forces there at the time of the attack. Normally, a Russian attack on an active U.S. Military base would be construed as an act of war but because the base is home to ISIS it was essentially ignored for the last thing the U.S. wants to do is draw attention to the fact that they and ISIS are one and the same entity. In a video call with Russian counterparts, the U.S. Department of Defense ‘expressed strong concerns‘ about the airstrikes that allegedly hit U.S.-backed Syrian Rebels battling ISIS at Al-Tanf. According to the Pentagon, coalition-backed fighters in Syria were attacked in Al-Tanf even though they were part of the ‘cessation of hostilities’, an agreement aimed at creating a truce in the war-torn country. The Pentagon called the direct attack on the U.S. Military base an ‘extraordinary session‘ with Russian counterparts. Pentagon spokesman Peter Cook stated that, ‘Department officials conveyed that Russia’s continued strikes…even after U.S. attempts to inform Russian forces through proper channels of on-going coalition air support to the counter-ISIL forces, created safety concerns for U.S. and coalition forces’. Cook added that. ‘The two sides reiterated the need to adhere to measures to enhance operational safety and avoid accidents and misunderstandings in the air space over Syria’. Said misunderstanding is that the Russian government is privy to the fact that Al-Tanf is home to ISIS and dealt with the base and its terrorists accordingly, irregardless of what America said about it. U.S. Defense Secretary Ash Carter stated in respect to the Russian attack on Al-Tanf that, ‘The Russians initially said they were coming in to fight ISIL, and that’s not what they did‘, suggesting Moscow either intentionally targeted the Syrian Rebels or had poor intelligence to stage its strikes. Needless to say, the very opposite is true. In response to the Pentagon, the Kremlin stated that moderate and Islamist extremist rebels were fighting in close proximity on the ground, making it difficult to distinguish between the two groups. In other words, as far as Russia is concerned, the Syrian Rebels and ISIS terrorists are one in the same entity. Lastly, it was reported on May 23, 2017, that the Syrian government is now armed with the latest Russian military equipment in their quest to destroy Al-Tanf, namely Russian Mi-35 attack helicopters, the TOS-1 multiple thermobaric rocket launcher and the Msta-B 152mm howitzer. These are weapons which Syria did not possess before the start of the Russian military intervention there.

Because the U.S. Special Forces Military Base at Al-Tanf in Syria is the unofficial headquarters of the CIA-sponsored terror group commonly known as ISIS, it has repeatedly been targeted by military forces loyal to Syrian President Bashar Al-Asad who is desperately trying to eradicate the terrorist nest. The first such attack transpired on May 18, 2017, when U.S. Military-led coalition fighter jets struck a convoy of pro-Syrian government forces advancing towards the Al-Tanf base where the U.S. military allegedly trains the Syrian Rebels (i.e., ISIS). Russia naturally condemned the deadly US-led attack on pro-Syrian government forces. The Russian-Syrian military alliance states that, ‘coalition fighter jets struck a convoy of militiamen advancing inside a protected ‘deconfliction zone’ northwest of the southern town of Al-Tanf’. The U.S. Military stated that the convoy’s advance posed a threat to U.S. and U.S.-backed Syrian rebel forces in the area. ‘This brazen attack by the so-called international coalition exposes the falseness of its claims to be fighting terrorism’, a Syrian military source told state media.  Shortly thereafter, the Syrian forces reportedly continued their advance in a direction that suggested that their intent might be to outflank and isolate the Al-Tanf base. Roughly 3-weeks later on April 7, 2017, Dmitry Peskov, the spokesperson for Russian President Vladimir Putin, referred to the U.S. missile strikes as a ‘violation of international law‘, adding that the strikes ‘will inflict major damage on U.S.-Russia ties’. Roughly 2-months later on June 6, 2017, the U.S. Military executed yet another airstrike on advancing military forces belonging to the Syria government. According to the International Coalition for Operation Inherent Resolve, Syrian and allied forces breached the deconfliction zone near Al-Tanf on June 6, 2017, the site of a U.S. Special Forces military base in southern Syria. The Syrian forces were reportedly warned multiple times not to enter the deconfliction zone, but ignored the U.S. orders. The Coalition stated that, ‘Despite previous warnings, the pro-regime forces entered the agreed-upon de-confliction zone with a tank, artillery, anti-aircraft weapons, armed technical vehicles and more than 60 soldiers posing a threat to Coalition and partner forces based at the Tanf Garrison. The Coalition issued several warning via the de-confliction line prior to destroying two artillery pieces, an anti-aircraft weapon, and damaging a tank. Since the attacks, U.S. involvement in the Syrian war has continued to escalate as evidenced on May 18, 2018, when U.S.-led coalition jets carried out a strike which closely mirrored the aforementioned attack in May of 2017. According to reports, the first incident occurred when 27 Syrian government vehicles drove within 18 miles of Al-Tanf, breaching the 34 mile radius of the ISIS Red Zone. U.S. aircraft attempted to buzz the convoy but when they refused to turn around they were targeted with airstrikes, the first direct attack on the Syrian military by the United States. The second incident occurred when an unarmed Syrian SU-22 fighter-bomber entered the deconfliction zone and was intercepted by a pair of F-22 fighter aircraft. U.S. Defense Secretary Jim Mattis stated in respect to the unprecedented attack on Syrian government troops that U.S. will defend its troops in case of ‘aggressive’ steps against them. When asked if the airstrike increases the U.S. role in the Syrian war Mattis stated that, ‘We are not increasing our role in the Syrian civil war, but we will defend our troops…And that is a coalition element made up of more than just U.S. troops, and so we will defend ourselves (if) people take aggressive steps against us’. Needless to say, the U.S. Military is hiding ISIS and is therefore taking the necessary steps to conceal the secret base from the World. Frants Klintsevich, a member of the Russian parliament, shared a similar response in the wake of the June 6, 2017, attack, calling the U.S. airstrikes ‘an act of aggression’ and ‘a step by the U.S. towards engaging in an open conflict in Syria‘. Three days later on June 9, 2017, it was reported that the U.S. Military-led coalition had conducted strikes against pro-Syrian government forces near their training base in the border region of Al-Tanf, the third such attack in as many weeks. Washington, D.C. claimed the attacks were defensive and in response to troops or military equipment entering the so-called ‘deconfliction zone.’ Although defeating ISIS has long been the alleged priority for both the Obama and Trump administration, targeting the Assad regime is a more recent development. Trump previously told The New York Times that, ‘fighting Assad and ISIS simultaneously was madness, and idiocy‘. Meanwhile, the U.S. Defense Department claims their so-called defensive actions in Al-Tanf are consistent with previous policy. ‘Now that [Syrian and allied forces have] backed off, we’re not going after them’, Eric Pahon, a spokesperson for the department, told Bloomberg in May of 2017. Still, given the nature of war, ‘anything can happen‘. Lastly, in the aftermath of U.S. airstrikes in Syria which resulted in multiple Russian casualties, Russian Foreign Ministry spokesperson Maria Zakharova stated that, ‘The unlawful U.S.’ armed presence in Syria presents a serious challenge to the peace process and to the country’s territorial integrity and unity’.

Because the CIA is actively spying on author and journalist David Chase Taylor, they knew he was getting ready to publish the report entitled ‘ISIS ENDGAME: RUSSIA: CIA Headquarters Located Beneath Lake Geneva in Switzerland Plotting ISIS Attack on Russia Specifically to Trigger All-Out Nuclear World War III Between Russia & United States‘. Less than 24-hours prior to publishing said report, the CIA executed a mass purge of ISIS fighter at the U.S. Special Forces Military Base at Al-Tanf and its surrounding area, including what appears to be the U.S. Military generals tasked with recruiting, training and deploying ISIS terrorists for attacks around the World. Said purge began on June 22, 2018, when MSN News published a report entitled ‘Syrian Government Forces Besiege US Base in Al-Tanf‘ which revealed that Syrian government forces encircled the U.S. Military base at Al-Tanf. Interestingly, the report stated that ‘The U.S. is believed to be regularly training terrorists at the base‘. As part of an anti-terror operation, Syrian forces and allied popular fighters reportedly liberated the Al-Tanf base. The Pentagon denied the casualties and said that a US-backed anti-government militant group stationed in the Al-Tanf base had engaged an ‘unidentified hostile force’ outside a ‘deconfliction zone’ around the base, forcing it to retreat. Also on June 22, 2018, Sputnik News published a report entitled ‘Unknown Force Shells US Military Advisers, Allies in al-Tanf – Coalition‘ which revealed that the U.S. Military had responded to the attack by ‘unidentified hostile force’ near Syria’s Al-Tanf, reporting that there were no casualties. No casualties in intelligence jargon generally equates to mass death. The spokesperson for the Public Affairs Office for Joint Task Force Operation Inherent Resolve stated that, ‘Coalition officials are engaged with Russian counterparts on the deconfliction [de-escalation] line to ensure no miscalculations’. Also on June 22, 2018, Russia Today published a report entitled ‘US military advisers came under attack in Syria’s Al-Tanf – Coalition‘ which states that the attack occurred just a day after the coalition had performed an airstrike on Syrian army positions in the east of Homs province. The sudden strike reportedly claimed the life of a Syrian officer, leaving several other Syrian soldiers injured. The statement added that officials were ‘engaged with Russian counterparts on the deconfliction line to ensure no miscalculations’. This suggests that Russia is responsible for the purge. According to Syria’s state media, at least 8 people were killed in the strike while houses and infrastructure were also destroyed. The US-led coalition has not commented on the reports so far. A day later on June 23, 2018, Sputnik News published a report entitled ‘Iraqi Military Airstrikes Kill 45 Daesh Militants‘ which stated that, ‘Iraqi F-16 jets carried out a successful air strike that targeted a meeting of Daesh leaders…the Hajin area within Syrian territory. The operation resulted in the complete destruction of the targets, and the killing of around 45 terrorists’. According to the Iraqi army, those killed in the attack included an ISIS deputy war minister, one of its media emirs, Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi’s personal courier and ISIS’ chief of police. Needless to say, this report confirms the decapitation of ISIS’ leadership courtesy of the CIA who is cleaning house. Although the ISIS terrorists were reportedly killed in the city of Hajin, its far more likely that they were killed by Israeli, Iraqi or Russian forces near Al-Tanf. Also on June 23, 2018, Sputnik News published a report entitled ‘Russian MoD: Syrian Army, FSA Repel Al-Nusra Attack in South De-escalation Zone‘ which stated that Syrian government forces and the Free Syrian Army (FSA) repelled over a thousand Al-Nusra Front attacks in the southern de-escalation zone. Considering that the FSA (i.e., Syrian Rebels) have been battling Syrian government forces for 7-years, their alleged collusion against Al Nusra can only be construed as fraudulent in nature. In all likelihood, the Syrian Rebels (i.e., ISIS) were the unfortunate victims of the so-called ‘thousand’ attacks. Nevertheless, the Russian Defense Ministry stated that, ‘At present, Syrian soldiers are engaged in defensive battles, the loss of government troops amounted to 5 people killed and 19 wounded. In addition, residents of these settlements were hit by terrorists’. Lastly, because the number ‘5’ doubles as the 19th letter ‘S’ in the English alphabet, the numbers ‘5’ and ’19’ equate to ‘SS’ or ‘ISIS’ as in the Islamic State of Irq and Syria which was likely eradicated now that their secret base has been exposed. Considering that the exact location of the ‘thousand’ attacks was never stated, it’s highly likely that they transpired at or near the US. Special Forces Base Al-Tanf.

The Rukban Refugee Camp is located in an arid remote area known as the ISIS Red Zone near the northeast of Jordan, close to the joint borders with Syria and Iraq and lies along the demilitarized zone between Jordan and Syria, a no man’s land. Rukban reportedly  became inhabited by a number of Syrian refugees in 2014. As detailed in the MSN News report from June 22, 2018, Syrian and Russian officials claim that the Rukban Rfugee Camp is home to Islamic terrorists, including those of Al-Qaeda-affiliated Jabhat Fateh Al-Sham. This notion is confirmed by reports that so-called refugees emanating from the Rukban Refugee Camp were denied entry into Jordan which cited concerns that the refugees were in-fact ISIS sleeper cells. According to the Russian Defense Ministry, the US isolated more than 50,000 Syrian refugees after sealing them off in the 55-kilometer area around its base at Al-Tanf. The Russian ministry stated that the U.S. has given no access to international organizations to deliver food and medical assistance to the Rukban refugee camp located inside the sealed area, despite earlier consultations. ‘Having closed a 55-kilometer zone around the US base at Al-Tanf, the US force has created a territory where, according to various estimates, more than 50,000 people are staying in isolation’, the ministry stated, adding “It is an unprecedented situation of long-lasting hindrance to humanitarian assistance to those in need. The refugee camp is deprived of the possibility to have enough food and professional medical assistance, to ensure classes to children’. This is likely because the camp is being used specifically by the U.S. Military to recruit young males and females who are beyond frustrated by the abhorrent conditions. That is to say that becoming a member of ISIS may be the only way out of the camp.

Despite being in the middle of the desert, the Rukban Refugee Camp is has been home to scores of reported and non-reported car bombings (i.e., drone strikes) because the camp is evidently where the U.S. Military recruits Islamic men for so-called ISIS  attacks around the World, there have been a series of explosions which have assassinated large groups of so-called refugees who were in all likelihood terminated in the aftermath of the terror plots they were a party to being foiled. That is to say that these ISIS terrorists were double-crossed and murdered in mass (most likely via drone strike) by the U.S. Military once the attacks they planned to commit were thwarted. After all, dead men tell no tales. The first such mass assassination was executed on June 21, 2016, an alleged booby-trapped car blew up near the camp, killing 6 Jordanian troops and injuring 14 more. Because Special Forces (i.e., professional terrorists) always train and deploy in groups of 4 and 6, it appears that either 4 or 5 units (20 in total) were terminated on this date, most likely via a CIA drone strike. Roughly 6-months later on December 17, 2016, a so-called explosion targeted a warehouse that was allegedly distributing clothes to refugees (likely the black garbs of ISIS), killing 2 and injuring 15 Syrians. In reality, the 17 dead likely consisted of one U.S. or coalition general or commanding officer and 3 or 4 groups of Special Forces (i.e., professional terrorists) who always train and deploy in groups of 4 and 6. The source of the bombing was curiously never reported as it was likely courtesy of a CIA drone strike which is precisely why there was no international outrage over the incident in which innocent civilians were allegedly murdered. Exactly 35-days later on January 21, 2017, a third explosion in the camp allegedly killed 4 Syrian soldiers and injured 14 more. Although a car bomb was blamed, the bombing was likely courtesy of a CIA drone strike which targeted the 18 Special Forces (i.e., professional terrorists) who always train and deploy in groups of 4 or 6. Lastly, roughly 4-months  later on May 3, 2017, another alleged car bomb killed 4 Syrians and injured an undisclosed amount of other persons. Although only 4 mass murder incidents reportedly transpired at the Rukban Refugee Camp, scores more were likely never reported.

isis nuke

Plan ‘A’ of the ISIS Endgame is a nuclear terror attack which triggers World War III with Iran, Pakistan, Russia and/or Saudi Arabia, all of which are nuclear nations. In order to create the necessary narrative that ISIS is capable of executing a nuclear terror attack, the CIA in Switzerland has disseminated scores of propaganda reports stating exactly that. That is exactly why the Swiss CIA created ISIS in the first place; so they have a plausible Islamic terrorist scapegoat to feed the public in the aftermath of nuclear attacks which they themselves execute. The ISIS-nuclear terror narrative was first identified back on June 23, 2014, when ISIS reportedly threatened a nuclear attack on Israel. A few weeks later on July 9, 2014, ISIS reportedly seized 88 pounds of uranium in Northern Iraq, theoretically providing them with enough fissile material to build a nuclear bomb. The shocking report was later confirmed by Fox News on July 10, 2014, in a report entitled ‘ISIS Seizes Uranium from Lab; Experts Downplay ‘Dirty Bomb’ Threat‘. Roughly 4-months later on November 18, 2014, then President Obama stated he will send U.S. troops to fight ISIS if they get nukes, further highlighting the notion that ISIS is plotting a nuclear terror attack. Roughly 6-months later on May 22, 2015, British journalist John Cantlie, who is allegedly being held hostage by ISIS, claimed that the chances of ISIS smuggling a nuclear weapon to attack the United States have risen ‘infinitely’. Less than 24-hours on May 23, 2015, reports surfaced that ISIS could buy its first nuclear weapon from Pakistan within a year. Since ISIS reportedly stole $425 million from Iraq’s central bank in June of 2014, they now have enough money to buy a nuclear weapon on the black market, possibly from Iran, North Korea or Pakistan. Needless to say, these reports, taken collectively, confirm, albeit in a de-facto manner, that the entire ISIS nuclear terror narrative was fabricated by the CIA in Switzerland as media and political cover in the aftermath of nuclear attacks which they themselves execute.

Plan ‘B’ of the ISIS Endgame is a bio-chemical attack which sparks a global biological pandemic designed to cull billions. In order to create the necessary narrative that ISIS is capable of executing a bio-chemical attack, the CIA in Switzerland has disseminated scores of propaganda reports stating exactly that. That is exactly why the Swiss CIA created ISIS in the first place; so they have a plausible Islamic terrorist scapegoat to feed the public in the aftermath of bio-chemical attacks which they themselves execute. The ISIS-bio-terror narrative was first identified back on June 19, 2014, when ISIS reportedly stormed a Saddam-era chemical weapons complex in Iraq. Roughly 3-weeks later on July 8, 2014, it was reported that ‘abandoned’ barrels containing deadly Sarin were seized by ISIS in rebel-held Syria. Less than 24-hours later on July 9, 2014, Iraq reportedly lost control of a chemical weapons depot to ISIS. Never mind that back on March 31, 2005, ‘The Commission on the Intelligence Capabilities of the United States Regarding Weapons of Mass Destruction‘ reported that the intelligence community was ‘dead wrong’ in its assessments of Iraq’s weapons of mass destruction capabilities prior to the U.S. military invasion. In other words, there were no WMDs in Iraq but ISIS was mysteriously able to locate two bio-chemical weapon depots within Iraq in less than a month. The ISIS-bio-terror endgame was confirmed yet again on August 28, 2014, when it was revealed that a black ISIS laptop containing instructions on how to weaponize the Bubonic plague was found. Roughly a month later on September 24, 2014, it was revealed that an ISIS terror cell was busted by Swiss authorities in March of 2014. The shocking report was published roughly 3-months before ISIS officially declared the formation of a Caliphate on June 29, 2014, which suggests that it was pre-dated. In other words, the report was likely fabricated by the Swiss CIA at a later date in order to provide themselves plausible deniability in the aftermath of an ISIS bio-chemical attack. According to a Swiss Federal Prosecutor, the ISIS terrorists were suspected of ‘misuse of explosives and toxic gases with criminal intent‘. Roughly a month later on October 30, 2014, Spanish Intelligence reportedly intercepted an ISIS plot to weaponize Ebola, confirming that an ISIS bio-terror attack is imminent. Roughly 5-months later on March 12, 2015, it was reported that ISIS is now ‘using chlorine gas’ in roadside bombs. Three days later on March 15, 2015, it was reported that Iraqi Kurds confirmed that ISIS used chemical weapons against their troops. Roughly a week later on March 23, 2015, it was reported that ISIS was ‘highly likely’ to launch a chlorine gas attack on the London Underground. The notion of a Syrian-based bio-chemical attack occurring on live TV during a sporting event was recently foreshadowed by CNN in an April 20, 2015, report entitled ‘Syrian Gas Attack Shown on American TV‘. Ten days later on April 30, 2015, the Syrian Rebels (i.e., ISIS) reportedly launched another chemical attack in Syria, setting the precedent for a far deadlier ISIS-related bio-terror attack. A week later on May 7, 2015, Fox News published a report entitled ‘Assad Using Chemical Weapons Again? US Eyes New Allegations‘, further highlighting the use of Syrian-based bio-chemical weapons just prior to an ISIS bio-terror attack. Roughly 3-years later on March 4, 2018, the Daily Star published a report entitled ‘MI5 Horror Warning: ISIS ‘Making Bio-Weapons’ in Secret UK Terror Labs‘ which revealed that ‘MI5 believes Islamic State fanatics back from Iraq and Syria are attempting to make deadly Ricin and Anthrax’. Also on March 4, 2018, the Sun published a report entitled ‘British ISIS Jihadis ‘Creating Deadly Ricin and Anthrax Bio-Weapons in Secret Terror Labs to Poison Food and Water Supplies’. The report revealed a government source which stated that ‘…the use of chemical and biological weapons by Islamic State is a threat which is being treated very seriously’. Lastly, on May 6, 2018, The Express published a report entitled ‘Animal Testicle Bombs are a Dangerous Step Towards ISIS Biological Warfare, says Expert‘, a chilling warning that ISIS is ‘planning for biological warfare’. Needless to say, these reports, taken collectively, confirm, albeit in a de-facto manner, that the entire ISIS bio-terror narrative was fabricated by the CIA in Switzerland as media and political cover in the aftermath of bio-chemical terror attacks which they themselves execute.

David Chase Taylor is a blacklisted American journalist and the editor-in-chief of, the World’s #1 whistle-blower website (Taylor’s original website was hijacked by the CIA and held for ransom in 2017, hence the change in web address). Because Taylor’s blog is the single-most popular alternative news website on the internet, it is repeatedly hacked and censored by the CIA and their countless bots. Naturally therefore, Taylor has been denied an official Wikipedia page since 2011. That being said, due to Taylor’s rising popularity, the CIA was forced to give Taylor an Everybody Wiki page and a RationalWiki page which legally-speaking constitutes as defamation, libel and slander which is defined as, ‘the oral or written communication of a false statement about another that unjustly harms their reputation’. Although Taylor currently lives at an undisclosed location, he officially applied for political asylum in Switzerland back on July 17, 2015, after publishing The Nuclear Bible (2011), a book which foiled a nuclear terror attack at Super Bowl XLV in Dallas, Texas on February 6, 2011. Despite preventing World War III, Taylor was inexplicably denied political asylum in Switzerland by the Bundesgericht (i.e., the Supreme Court of Switzerland) because Switzerland harbors the one and only CIA whose secret headquarters lie beneath CERN at Lake Geneva in Switzerland. Taylor has also authored The Bio-Terror Bible (2012), which exposes the impending global biological pandemic, ObamaCSI (2012), which prevented a false-flag assassination ‘event’ targeting Barack Hussein Obama designed to give him the ‘deadly wound’ as depicted in Revelation 13:3, and Greenland Theory (2014), which exposes the true power structure of the World, especially in respect to Greenland and its primary proxy state of Switzerland.
