EARTH, Undisclosed Location — Based on breaking news, events and numerology, it appears that CIA Headquarters located beneath Lake Geneva in Switzerland will stage a bio-terror attack specifically to spawn a global biological pandemic as foretold in the book entitled ‘The Bio-Terror Bible‘ (2012).
Bio-Terrorism is defined as the deliberate release of biological agents to cause illness or death in people, animals, or plants. Bio-terrorists may mutate or alter biological agents to increase their ability to cause disease, make them resistant to current vaccines, or to increase their ability to spread through the air, food, or water.
Exactly how CIA-ordered Special Forces (i.e., professional terrorists) will spark the impending global biological pandemic is not known, but it will most likely be during a bio-terror attack by the state-sponsored terror group known as ISIS (i.e., Islamic State of Iraq and Syria), possibly targeting mass transit or a live television event with a 9/11-style bio-chemical attack.
As first revealed in the May 25, 2016, Truther.org report entitled in-part ‘Why the Swiss CIA Created ISIS as Cover for Biological Terror Attacks‘, the CIA plans to blame ISIS for the impending biological attack which spawns a global biological pandemic designed to cull billions via tainted vaccines.
Since October 17, 2012, there have been a total of 82 chemical attacks in Iraq and Syria (see list below), all of which were executed by CIA-ordered Special Forces (i.e., professional terrorists) masquerading as Muslim members of ISIS. That is precisely why ISIS terrorists wear black ski masks because a majority of them are Caucasian U.S. and NATO soldiers.
The notion that the CIA is orchestrating the unprecedented wave of ISIS chemical attacks was confirmed in the June 24, 2018, Truther.org report entitled ‘Top Secret ISIS Headquarters Located in Al-Tanf, Syria‘ which revealed that ISIS is staging attacks in both Iraq and Syria from the safety of the secret U.S. and NATO military base.
The plethora of agents used in the wave of ISIS attacks (e.g., 3-Quinuclidinyl Benzilate, Chlorine, Noxious Gas, Sarin, Sulfer Mustard Gas, Tear Gas, etc.) was specifically designed to sell the notion that ISIS scientists/terrorists are actively experimenting with bio-terrorism just prior to a bio-attack designed to spark a global biological pandemic.
Since all 82 attacks in Iraq and Syria featured non-biological chemical agents which are not capable of sparking a global biological pandemic, it can be deduced that ISIS attack number ’83’ and/or attack number ’84’ will feature the release of a weaponized form of a known biological agent (e.g., Anthrax, Ebola, Monkeypox, Smallpox, etc.).
Although only conjecture, it’s highly likely that ISIS bio-terror attack number ’83’ will target a major city in Iraq or Syria (e.g., Aleppo, Baghdad, Damascus, etc.) while ISIS bio-terror attack number ’84’ will feature a made-for-TV bio-attack targeting mass transit or a live television event in America, Australia, Canada, Europe, Israel and/or South Africa.
Considering that the number ’84’ is synonymous with mass death and genocide (e.g., George Orwell’s book entitled ‘1984‘ (1949), FEMA Camp legislation REX 84, failed Anti-Christ Obama‘s birthday on August 4th (8/4), etc.), ISIS bio-terror attack number ’84’ is being saved for the final bio-attack which ultimately spawns a global biological pandemic.
Back on February 11, 2018, it was reported that a ‘sensitive, top-secret document […] explaining how the Department of Homeland Security would respond to a bioterrorism attack at the Super Bowl‘ was found by a CNN employee while on a commercial flight. Needless to say, this publicity stunt confirms that the CIA is plotting an attack on live sporting events.
Lastly, of the three terror propaganda shows currently airing on television or streaming on the internet (i.e., ‘Homeland‘ (2011-Present), ‘Condor‘ (June 2018-Present) and Jack Ryan (August 2018-Present), all three feature Islamic bio-chemical attacks while the latter features a bio-terror plot targeting a sports stadium. A coincidence. Not a chance.
CIA PLOTTING ISIS BIO-CHEMICAL ATTACK
Plan ‘B’ of the ISIS Endgame is a bio-chemical attack which sparks a global biological pandemic designed to cull billions, possibly via the Malaysian Airlines Flight MH370 which was hijacked by the CIA for a 9/11-style bio-chemical attack. In order to create the necessary narrative that ISIS is capable of executing a bio-chemical attack, CIA Headquarters located beneath Lake Geneva in Switzerland has disseminated scores of propaganda reports stating exactly that. That is precisely why the Swiss CIA created ISIS in the first place so they have a plausible Islamic terrorist scapegoat to feed the public in the aftermath of bio-chemical attacks which they themselves execute. The ISIS-bio-terror narrative was first identified back on June 19, 2014, when ISIS reportedly stormed a Saddam-era chemical weapons complex in Iraq. Roughly 3-weeks later on July 8, 2014, it was reported that ‘abandoned’ barrels containing deadly Sarin were seized by ISIS in rebel-held Syria. Less than 24-hours later on July 9, 2014, Iraq reportedly lost control of a chemical weapons depot to ISIS. Never mind that back on March 31, 2005, ‘The Commission on the Intelligence Capabilities of the United States Regarding Weapons of Mass Destruction‘ reported that the intelligence community was ‘dead wrong’ in its assessment of Iraq’s weapons of mass destruction capabilities prior to the U.S. military invasion of Iraq. In other words, there were no WMDs in Iraq but ISIS was mysteriously able to locate two bio-chemical weapon depots within Iraq in less than a month. The ISIS-bio-terror endgame was confirmed yet again on August 28, 2014, when it was revealed that a black ISIS laptop containing instructions on how to weaponize the Bubonic plague was found. Roughly a month later on September 24, 2014, it was revealed that an ISIS terror cell was busted by Swiss authorities in March of 2014. The shocking report was published roughly 3-months before ISIS officially declared the formation of a Caliphate back on June 29, 2014, which suggests that the report was pre-dated. In other words, the report was likely fabricated by the Swiss CIA at a later date in order to provide themselves plausible deniability in the aftermath of an ISIS bio-chemical attack. According to a Swiss Federal Prosecutor, the ISIS terrorists were suspected of ‘misuse of explosives and toxic gases with criminal intent‘. Roughly a month later on October 30, 2014, Spanish Intelligence reportedly intercepted an ISIS plot to weaponize Ebola, confirming that an ISIS bio-terror attack is imminent. Roughly 5-months later on March 12, 2015, it was reported that ISIS is now ‘using chlorine gas’ in roadside bombs. Three days later on March 15, 2015, it was reported that Iraqi Kurds confirmed that ISIS used chemical weapons against their troops. Roughly a week later on March 23, 2015, it was reported that ISIS was ‘highly likely’ to launch a chlorine gas attack on the London Underground. The notion of a Syrian-based bio-chemical attack occurring on live TV during a sporting event was recently foreshadowed by CNN in an April 20, 2015, report entitled ‘Syrian Gas Attack Shown on American TV‘. Ten days later on April 30, 2015, the Syrian Rebels (i.e., ISIS) reportedly launched another chemical attack in Syria. A week later on May 7, 2015, Fox News published a report entitled ‘Assad Using Chemical Weapons Again? US Eyes New Allegations‘, further highlighting the use of Syrian-based bio-chemical weapons just prior to an ISIS bio-terror attack. Roughly 3-years later on March 4, 2018, the Daily Star published a report entitled ‘MI5 Horror Warning: ISIS ‘Making Bio-Weapons’ in Secret UK Terror Labs‘ which revealed that ‘MI5 believes Islamic State fanatics back from Iraq and Syria are attempting to make deadly Ricin and Anthrax’. Also on March 4, 2018, The Sun published a report entitled ‘British ISIS Jihadis ‘Creating Deadly Ricin and Anthrax Bio-Weapons in Secret Terror Labs to Poison Food and Water Supplies’. The report revealed a government source which stated that, ‘…the use of chemical and biological weapons by Islamic State is a threat which is being treated very seriously’. Lastly, on May 6, 2018, The Express published a report entitled ‘Animal Testicle Bombs are a Dangerous Step Towards ISIS Biological Warfare, Says Expert‘, a chilling warning that ISIS is ‘planning for biological warfare’. Needless to say, these reports, taken collectively, confirm, albeit in a de-facto manner, that the entire ISIS bio-terror narrative was fabricated by the CIA in Switzerland as media and political cover in the aftermath of bio-chemical terror attacks which they themselves execute specifically to spawn a global biological pandemic.
ISIS TO WEAPONIZE SMALLPOX OR POXVIRUS
Because contagious biological pathogens CANNOT be transmitted through the air, the CIA must create the fraudulent narrative that rogue Islamic scientists/terrorists were able to mutate, replicate, resurrect, weaponize and effectively deliver a known biological agent, resulting in a global airborne biological pandemic. Exactly which biological agent the CIA will claim that ISIS weaponized is not yet known, but Smallpox is the most likely namely because of its notorious history and aesthetically repulsive symptoms. In a December 26, 2003, report from the Washington Post, it was revealed that although eradicated a generation ago, ‘[Smallpox ] has returned to public consciousness as a potentially devastating weapon for bio-terrorists‘. The notion that terrorists are actively trying to weaponize a known biological contagion was confirmed roughly 11-years later on August 28, 2014, when an ISIS laptop with instructions on how to weaponize the Bubonic plague was reportedly found in Syria. Roughly two months later on October 30, 2014, Spanish Intelligence allegedly intercepted an ISIS plot to weaponize Ebola, further confirming the notion that ISIS is actively trying to weaponize biological pathogens. In a March 9, 2017, interview, former U.S. Senator and U.S. Presidential Candidate Joe Lieberman, co-chair of the Blue Ribbon Study Panel on Biodefense, stated that two things keep him up at night, namely that: a) ‘ISIS will develop a synthetic form of the flu, a powerful flu, and move it into our population’, and b) ‘There will be an infectious disease pandemic‘. Needless to say, the rabid Zionist Lieberman did not mince words, premeditatively linking ISIS, synthetic viruses and a global biological pandemic together in the same sentence. Roughly a year later on March 4, 2018, the Daily Star published a report entitled ‘MI5 Horror Warning: ISIS ‘Making Bio-Weapons’ in Secret UK Terror Labs‘ which confirmed that ISIS is actively trying to weaponize bio-chemical agents for an attack. The CIA-funded Islamic terror propaganda outlet known as MEMRI published a report roughly 4-months later on July 20, 2018, entitled ‘Pro-ISIS Media Outlet Circulates Video Calling for Biological Attacks in the West‘ which further foreshadowed the notion that ISIS is actively plotting a bio-attack with an airborne virus. The report states that the air is, ‘contaminated by infectious germs and fatal bacterial diseases’, and that ‘…Bacteria has been developed and produced in large numbers to be inhaled by the victim and then the symptoms of the disease begins to increase’. The aforementioned statement was part of a CIA terror propaganda video which coincidentally features a photo of an ISIS terrorist releasing a bio-chemical agent into the atmosphere of San Francisco, California along with the caption, ‘We will make you fear the air you breath‘. The notion that terrorists plan to weaponize a biological agent like Smallpox was foreshadowed by Microsoft CEO Bill Gates in April of 2017, when he stated that, ‘All these advances in biology have made it far easier for a terrorist to recreate Smallpox, which is a highly fatal pathogen, where there is essentially no immunity remaining at this point’. Dr. Raina MacIntyre, Professor of Infectious Diseases Epidemiology at Australia’s University of New South Wales (UNSW) Sydney, reiterated this notion in August of 2018 when she stated that terrorist groups have called for real biological attacks that could mirror her Smallpox attack simulation and that ‘Advances in genetic engineering and synthetic biology have increased the risk of such an attack’. Although the World allegedly eradicated the Smallpox virus in 1980, MacIntyre claims that, ‘scientists used mail order DNA to create a virus very similar to Smallpox in a lab in 2017‘. The ominous statements by Gates and MacIntyre in respect to bio-terrorism and the alleged creation or recreation of the Smallpox virus, synthetic or otherwise, confirms, albeit in a de facto manner, that Smallpox is in-fact the chosen contagion of the impending global biological pandemic. Lastly, Lev Sandakhchiyev, the Director of Russia’s State Research Center of Virology and Biotechnology VECTOR formerly warned that terrorists could easily lure underpaid former Soviet researchers to turn over samples to be used as a weapon, stating: ‘All you need is a sick fanatic to get to a populated place. The World health system is completely unprepared for this’.
CIA PLOTTING ‘AIRBORNE’ SMALLPOX OR POXVIRUS PANDEMIC
Despite the persistent myth disseminated in scores of Hollywood propaganda films (e.g., ‘Contagion’, ‘Inferno’, ‘Outbreak’, ‘World War Z’, etc.), biological pathogens CANNOT be transmitted through the air. That is to say that the only way one can become infected with a fatal contagion such as Smallpox is to come in direct contact with an infected person’s respective body fluids (e.g., blood, feces, saliva, semen, etc.). Consequently, the CIA must trick the unsuspecting public into thinking otherwise, hence the long list of propaganda films which feature a mythical airborne biological pandemic. In the December 26, 2003, report from the Washington Post entitled ‘In Medical Mystery, A Hint of Smallpox‘ it states that, ‘…Smallpox scabs were once ground up and inhaled to provide immunity’. The marriage between Smallpox and inhaling was designed to foreshadow an airborne Smallpox pandemic. The notion that an airborne virus will be responsible for the impending global biological pandemic was corroborated by a LiveScience report from May 12, 2018, entitled, ‘Here’s What the Next Pandemic Pathogen Might Look Like‘ which states that the primary requirement for a global biological pandemic is that the pathogen must become airborne, noting that ‘…viruses that are spread through the air […] pose a bigger threat, even though some of these viruses don’t receive much attention’. The notion that the CIA plans to a contagious airborne pathogen was confirmed in February of 2018, when Microsoft CEO Bill Gates stated that, ‘Whether it occurs by a quirk of nature or at the hand of a terrorist, epidemiologists say a fast-moving airborne pathogen could kill more than 30 million people in less than a year. And they say there is a reasonable probability the World will experience such an outbreak in the next 10 to 15 years’. Although Gates used the number 30 million, the actual number of victims will likely total 100-times that, possibly upwards of 3-billion people. In the May 14, 2018, Telegraph report entitled ‘Is This the Face of Disease X? The Deadly Pathogens Which Could Cause the Next Global Pandemic‘, it states that, ‘…Disease X, as it has been dubbed by the World Health Organization, is most likely to be a virus that can spread through the air’. The reason the impending airborne contagion is referred to as ‘Disease X’ is because the letter ‘X’ is known internationally as the symbol of death. The report also states that, ‘The next big disease outbreak could be triggered by a mutated strain of a known virus or by the release of a biological weapon‘. Translation: rogue ISIS scientists/terrorists will successfully mutate, replicate, resurrect, weaponize, and ultimately deploy a known biological pathogen, triggering an unprecedented global biological pandemic. Said biological contagion will most likely be from the Poxvirus (Poxviridae) family (e.g., Buffalopox, Cowpox, Horsepox, Monkeypox, Smallpox, etc.). In respect to the aforementioned list of ISIS-related bio-chemical attacks in Iraq and Syria, there were a total of (2) in 2012, (20) in 2013, (26) in 2014, (15) in 2015, (9) in 2016, (5) in 2017, and (4) thus far in 2018. The numerology of these ISIS attacks confirms that the attacks were ordered by CIA Headquarters located beneath Lake Geneva in Switzerland. Firstly, the addition of the number ‘2’ and ’20’ found in the number of attacks executed in 2012 and 2013 symbolically equates to SS which is consonantly speaking the same as Suisse (S+S) and ISIS (S+S), an alias of Switzerland currently used in French and the secret code-name of CIA Headquarters located beneath Lake Geneva in Switzerland after which the terror group ISIS was named. Secondly, the number ’26’ found in the number of attacks executed in 2014 equates to the letter ‘Z’ in the English alphabet which is an acronym for Zionism, the political motivation behind the unprecedented wave of ISIS chemical attacks designed to climate with a global biological pandemic. Thirdly, the addition of the numbers ’15’, ‘9’ and ‘5’ found in the number of attacks executed in the years of 2015, 2016, and 2017, equates to the number ‘1595’.
