EARTH, Undisclosed Location — Based on breaking news and events, it appears that CIA Headquarters located beneath CERN at Lake Geneva in Switzerland is plotting an ISIS-related attack in Russia which Putin will ultimately blame on America, triggering nuclear World War III between the United States and Russia.
In order to create a timely motive for an ISIS revenge attack on Russia, it was reported back on June 16, 2017, that a Russian airstrike killed the alleged leader of ISIS known as Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi in Iraq. That is specifically why U.S. Senator John McCain was photographed with al-Baghdadi in 2014 so that there would be no question as to America’s culpability in a future ISIS attack on Russia.
The notion that the CIA plans to execute an ISIS revenge attack on Russia was foreshadowed back on June 14, 2018, when the Daily Star published a report entitled ‘World Cup 2018: ISIS Threaten Massacre ‘Like You have Never Seen’ to get Revenge on Putin‘. Said ISIS revenge attack will most likely be bio-chemical or nuclear in nature.
The notion that Russia will blame America for future ISIS-related attacks targeting Russia was first identified back on October 11, 2017, when Russia claimed that the U.S. Military allows ISIS to operate ‘under its nose’ in Syria. In other words, ISIS terrorists have a free pass which confirms that they are at the very least in cahoots with the U.S. Military.
Russian Major-General Igor Konashenkov, a spokesman for the Russian Defense Ministry, stated that Moscow wants to know how 300 Islamic State militants in pickup trucks passed through a U.S.-controlled area and tried to block the highway used to supply Syrian forces between Damascus and Deir al-Zor.
Konashenkov stated that, ‘We suggest the American side also explain about another incidence of their ‘selective blindness’ towards militants operating under their nose’. In other words, the U.S. Military needs to explain why they secretly allow ISIS to operate out in the open while simultaneously claiming to be at war with the shadowy Islamic terror group.
The notion that ISIS is a de-facto Black Ops branch of the U.S. Military was reiterated roughly 2-months later on December 27, 2017, when Russia openly accused the United States of training ex-ISIS fighters in Syria. In short, the Chief of the Russian General Staff openly accused the United States of training ISIS fighters in Syria in order to destabilize the country.
Russian General Valery Gerasimov’s allegations were made in respect to the U.S. military Base at Tanf, a strategic Syrian highway border crossing with Iraq in the southern part of the country. Russia claims that the U.S. base is illegal and that it and the area around it is ‘a Black Hole’ where ISIS militants operate unhindered.
The notion that Putin plans to launch a revenge attack on the United States in the aftermath of an ISIS-related attack on Russia and/or Russian-related entities was foreshadowed back on March 13, 2018, when it was reported that Russia will attack the U.S. Military if Trump strikes Syria again.
That is because the U.S. Military is actively protecting ISIS-related terrorists in Iraq and Syria with timely airstrikes. Evidently, attempts by Russia and Syria to decimate the so-called Black Hole that is the U.S. Military Base at Tanf have been met with resistance by Trump and his administration, hence the warning by Putin.
Interestingly, Russian Army General Valery Gerasimov warned that the U.S. plans to strike under the false pretence of a chemical weapon attack. In other words, Russia is aware of the fact that America is plotting a false-flag bio-chemical attack on Russia which they will blame on ISIS.
Lastly, in what appears to be a CIA blood sacrifice offered up to the impending ISIS attack on Russia which is specifically designed to trigger all-out nuclear World War III between the United States and Russia, it was reported on May 27, 2018, that 4 Russian soldiers were killed by ISIS in Syria.
PLAN A: ISIS NUCLEAR TERROR ATTACK
Plan ‘A’ of the ISIS Endgame is a nuclear terror attack which triggers World War III with Iran, Pakistan, Russia and/or Saudi Arabia, all of which are nuclear nations. In order to create the necessary narrative that ISIS is capable of executing a nuclear terror attack, the CIA in Switzerland has disseminated scores of propaganda reports stating exactly that. That is exactly why the Swiss CIA created ISIS in the first place; so they have a plausible Islamic terrorist scapegoat to feed the public in the aftermath of nuclear attacks which they themselves execute. The ISIS-nuclear terror narrative was first identified back on June 23, 2014, when ISIS reportedly threatened a nuclear attack on Israel. A few weeks later on July 9, 2014, ISIS reportedly seized 88 pounds of uranium in Northern Iraq, theoretically providing them with enough fissile material to build a nuclear bomb. The shocking report was later confirmed by Fox News on July 10, 2014, in a report entitled ‘ISIS Seizes Uranium from Lab; Experts Downplay ‘Dirty Bomb’ Threat‘. Roughly 4-months later on November 18, 2014, then President Obama stated he will send U.S. troops to fight ISIS if they get nukes, further highlighting the notion that ISIS is plotting a nuclear terror attack. Roughly 6-months later on May 22, 2015, British journalist John Cantlie, who is allegedly being held hostage by ISIS, claimed that the chances of ISIS smuggling a nuclear weapon to attack the United States have risen ‘infinitely’. Less than 24-hours on May 23, 2015, reports surfaced that ISIS could buy its first nuclear weapon from Pakistan within a year. Since ISIS reportedly stole $425 million from Iraq’s central bank in June of 2014, they now have enough money to buy a nuclear weapon on the black market, possibly from Iran, North Korea or Pakistan. Needless to say, these reports, taken collectively, confirm, albeit in a de-facto manner, that the entire ISIS nuclear terror narrative was fabricated by the CIA in Switzerland as media and political cover in the aftermath of nuclear attacks which they themselves execute.
PLAN B: ISIS BIO-CHEMICAL ATTACK
Plan ‘B’ of the ISIS Endgame is a bio-chemical attack which sparks a global biological pandemic designed to cull billions. In order to create the necessary narrative that ISIS is capable of executing a bio-chemical attack, the CIA in Switzerland has disseminated scores of propaganda reports stating exactly that. That is exactly why the Swiss CIA created ISIS in the first place; so they have a plausible Islamic terrorist scapegoat to feed the public in the aftermath of bio-chemical attacks which they themselves execute. The ISIS-bio-terror narrative was first identified back on June 19, 2014, when ISIS reportedly stormed a Saddam-era chemical weapons complex in Iraq. Roughly 3-weeks later on July 8, 2014, it was reported that ‘abandoned’ barrels containing deadly Sarin were seized by ISIS in rebel-held Syria. Less than 24-hours later on July 9, 2014, Iraq reportedly lost control of a chemical weapons depot to ISIS. Never mind that back on March 31, 2005, ‘The Commission on the Intelligence Capabilities of the United States Regarding Weapons of Mass Destruction‘ reported that the intelligence community was ‘dead wrong’ in its assessments of Iraq’s weapons of mass destruction capabilities prior to the U.S. military invasion. In other words, there were no WMDs in Iraq but ISIS was mysteriously able to locate two bio-chemical weapon depots within Iraq in less than a month. The ISIS-bio-terror endgame was confirmed yet again on August 28, 2014, when it was revealed that a black ISIS laptop containing instructions on how to weaponize the Bubonic plague was found. Roughly a month later on September 24, 2014, it was revealed that an ISIS terror cell was busted by Swiss authorities in March of 2014. The shocking report was published roughly 3-months before ISIS officially declared the formation of a Caliphate on June 29, 2014, which suggests that it was pre-dated. In other words, the report was likely fabricated by the Swiss CIA at a later date in order to provide themselves plausible deniability in the aftermath of an ISIS bio-chemical attack. According to a Swiss Federal Prosecutor, the ISIS terrorists were suspected of ‘misuse of explosives and toxic gases with criminal intent‘. Roughly a month later on October 30, 2014, Spanish Intelligence reportedly intercepted an ISIS plot to weaponize Ebola, confirming that an ISIS bio-terror attack is imminent. Roughly 5-months later on March 12, 2015, it was reported that ISIS is now ‘using chlorine gas’ in roadside bombs. Three days later on March 15, 2015, it was reported that Iraqi Kurds confirmed that ISIS used chemical weapons against their troops. Roughly a week later on March 23, 2015, it was reported that ISIS was ‘highly likely’ to launch a chlorine gas attack on the London Underground. The notion of a Syrian-based bio-chemical attack occurring on live TV during a sporting event was recently foreshadowed by CNN in an April 20, 2015, report entitled ‘Syrian Gas Attack Shown on American TV‘. Ten days later on April 30, 2015, the Syrian Rebels (i.e., ISIS) reportedly launched another chemical attack in Syria, setting the precedent for a far deadlier ISIS-related bio-terror attack. A week later on May 7, 2015, Fox News published a report entitled ‘Assad Using Chemical Weapons Again? US Eyes New Allegations‘, further highlighting the use of Syrian-based bio-chemical weapons just prior to an ISIS bio-terror attack. Roughly 3-years later on March 4, 2018, the Daily Star published a report entitled ‘MI5 Horror Warning: ISIS ‘Making Bio-Weapons’ in Secret UK Terror Labs‘ which revealed that ‘MI5 believes Islamic State fanatics back from Iraq and Syria are attempting to make deadly Ricin and Anthrax’. Also on March 4, 2018, the Sun published a report entitled ‘British ISIS Jihadis ‘Creating Deadly Ricin and Anthrax Bio-Weapons in Secret Terror Labs to Poison Food and Water Supplies’. The report revealed a government source which stated that ‘…the use of chemical and biological weapons by Islamic State is a threat which is being treated very seriously’. Lastly, on May 6, 2018, The Express published a report entitled ‘Animal Testicle Bombs are a Dangerous Step Towards ISIS Biological Warfare, says Expert‘, a chilling warning that ISIS is ‘planning for biological warfare’. Needless to say, these reports, taken collectively, confirm, albeit in a de-facto manner, that the entire ISIS bio-terror narrative was fabricated by the CIA in Switzerland as media and political cover in the aftermath of bio-chemical terror attacks which they themselves execute.
