UPDATE: Literally minutes after publishing, it was reported that an aggressive cyber weapon called “Snake” has infected dozens of Ukrainian computer networks including government systems. Known as Ouroboros, experts say it is comparable in its complexity with Israeli-made Stuxnet virus which attacked Iran’s uranium enrichment programme back in 2010.

SWITZERLAND, Zurich — Unable to stage a Chinese-based nuclear drone attack on the state of California this March, international intelligence agencies are evidently plotting a Russian assault on U.S. ships in the Black Sea, and/or a cyber-attack against U.S. and NATO interests in Eastern Europe and the U.S. If successful, the false-flag attacks would trigger a new and improved Cold War between the United States and Russia. The surprise attacks could theoretically lead to a mini-war of sorts which would then be used to drive a political wedge between Russia and the West. In other words, a redux of the Cuban Missile Crisis of 1962 is in order and the Crimea Peninsula is the new Cuba.

Since pro-Russian forces have taken de facto control over the Crimea, the scene has also been set for a redux of the Crimean War (1853-1857) in which Russia lost to an alliance of France, Britain, the Ottoman Empire, and Sardinia. As of March 7, 2014, Ukraine reportedly missed its gas payment to Russian energy giant Gazprom, setting up a scenario whereby Europe can be held hostage by Russia who gets its oil via pipelines from Ukraine. Europe is energy dependent on Russia specifically so that Russia can threaten Europe whenever it gets out of line or a distraction is needed. This oil scenario also forces Europe to be drawn into regional conflicts overnight, regardless of the fact that oil rich Africa and the Middle East are relatively close in proximity. Whenever blood must be spilled, disputed areas like Crimea (Eastern Europe), Jerusalem (Middle East), Kashmir (Central Asia) or the Senkaku Islands (Asia) are suddenly ignited by a coordinated media firestorm in which politicians, soldiers and militaries equipment are moved like the pawns that they are in a global scheme run by international intelligence agencies.

In order to create the perception that an organic conflict is brewing in Crimea, a number of staged incidents have recently occurred on both sides of the dispute. For example, on March 5, 2014, former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton stated that Putin’s tactics are similar to Hitler’s prior to WWII, a baseless charge if there ever was one. A day later on March 6, 2014, a Russia Today television anchor resigned on-air over the Ukraine crisis, a publicity stunt aimed at convincing the masses that there is indeed a real conflict in Russia.  Also on March 6, 2014, the Crimean parliament scheduled a referendum vote for March 16, 2014, two full weeks earlier than previously scheduled. The new referendum vote is evidently being rushed in order to escalate tensions in the highly volatile region. In order to give the world the impression that they are really in charge, Obama called Putin, on March 7, 2014 to propose solution to Ukraine dispute. Neither is in charge; they are just political puppets posing for the cameras.

The escalating events in Crimea are in essence a direct result of a terrorless 2014 Winter Olympics in Sochi, Russia. As the February 26, 2014, CNN report entitled “Forecasts of Terrorist Apocalypse? Never Mind” revealed, CNN’s national security analyst Peter Bergen was dumbfounded that not one single terror attack occurred during the winter games, despite all the propaganda. The reason for a terrorless Olympics was due largely in part to who identified and blew the whistle on six state-sponsored Olympic terror plots prior to their fruition. (e.g., the USA Hockey Hostage Plot; the Bio-Chemical Attack Plot; the 9/11-Style Terror Plot; the Man-Made Avalanche Plot; the Cyber-Attack Plot; and the Suicide Bomber Plot). Therefore, international intelligence agencies are desperate beyond measure to stage a terror attack that will lead to war. Unfortunately, Crimea has been chosen as ground zero.

1.1: USS Taylor Slated for Demolition
Back on February 18, 2014, during the 2014 Winter Olympics in Sochi, Russia, the Pentagon stated that a U.S. navy ship ran aground in the Black Sea. According to reports, the frigate USS Taylor briefly ran ground while preparing to moor at a port near Samsun, Turkey. Considering that U.S. ships are outfitted with the latest sonar, radar, and navigational equipment, the likelihood that one would accidentally run aground is laughable and highly suspicious. Rather, it is far more likely that the allegedly grounding of the USS Taylor was staged in order to provide the necessary cover for the installation of explosives inside the hull of the ship. These explosives can then be detonated via remote control at a future date in order to give the appearance of a coordinated terror attack or an assault by the Russian military. Interestingly, on March 5, 2014, it was reported that the Russian navy sunk their own ship off the coast of Ukraine, an ominous sign that false-flag terror reminiscent of the USS Maine is imminent.

1.2: Black Sea Wargames
The general rule of false-flag terror is that state-sponsored terror drills and war games always precede real world events. The situation in respect to Crimea is no different. On March 6, 2014, it was reported that the USS Truxtun will carry out joint war games with Romanian and Bulgarian forces in the Black Sea. According to U.S. Navy officials, “While in the Black Sea, the ship will conduct a port visit and routine, previously planned exercises with allies and partners in the region”. The navy was clear to lie and state that the mission was “scheduled well in advance of her departure from the United States”. The USS Truxtun is part of the George HW Bush aircraft carrier strike group which is currently assigned to the US Navy’s 6th fleet in the Mediterranean. If and when the USS Truxtun is attacked, an entire strike group in waiting in the wings to escalate the situation exponentially. A day later on March 7, 2014, it was reported that the Pentagon has confirmed that Russian is now conducting air defense drills that will conclude with live fire exercise. Evidently, Russia is preparing to launch aerial strikes, possibly against U.S. ships in the Black Sea. If and when the aforementioned war games go live as they have a tendency to do, it is highly likely that a made-for-TV mini-war between the U.S. and Russia will commence, reigniting the Cold War.

1.3: Black Sea Naval Buildup
In order to create the scene for a spectacular battle between the U.S. and Russia, both sides must posture up in the media and get their ships in position prior to the attack. Aside from the USS Taylor (FFG-50) and the USS Mount Whitney (LCC-20) which were originally stationed in the Black Sea during the 2014 Winter Olympics in Sochi, Russia, the U.S. has also sent the USS Truxtun to the Black Sea which is part of the USS George H.W. Bush strike group stationed in Mediterranean. On the Russian side, there are a total of 7 ships in the Black Sea. According to a March 5, 2014 report, two Russian warships have now entered the Black Sea through the Bosphorus en route to Crimea. The 150 ‘Saratov’ landing ship and the 156 ‘Yamal’ assault ship will reportedly join five other Russian naval ships which are currently stationed in the port city of Sevastopol which is adjacent to Crimea. These ships include the 30th Surface Ship Division, the 41st Missile Boat Brigade, the 247th Separate Submarine Division, the 68th Harbor Defense Ship, and the 422nd Separate Hydrographic Ship Division. In total, there are at least 11 ships in or near the Black Sea.

2.1: Russian Cyber Attack
The Russian cyber-attack narrative was first identified on January 13, 2014 when it was revealed that the recent U.S. based data thefts may have originated in Romania. Five days later on January 18, 2014, a Russian teen was accused of creating the BlackPOS malware used to hack Target and Neiman Marcus. Four days later on January 22, 2014, it was reported that the country of Romania caught the hacker “Guccifer” who allegedly hacked former U.S. Secretary of State Colin Powell’s email. According to a January 30, 2014, report, Russia is in the process of creating “cyberwarfare units” which will be operational by 2017, potentially foreshadowing an impending wave of Russian-based cyber-attacks. Although the 2014 Winter Olympics came and went without a cyber-related incident, on March 5, 2014, USA Today published a report entitled “How the Feds Brought Down a Notorious Russian Hacker”, ultimately highlighting the fact that Russian-based cyber terror is once again in play. Roughly a week later on March 7, 2014, CNN published a report entitled, “Cyberwar Hits Ukraine”, which revealed that hackers (most likely Russian) were interfering with the mobile phone services of members of Ukraine’s parliament. Also on March 7, 2014, it was reported that Google has moved one of their barges to Stockton, California. As previously reported by on November 3, 2013, the Google barges were specifically created in order to be blown up in order to sell the idea of a real cyber-attack to the public. Therefore, the sudden barge move suggests that a Russian attack on the Google barges may be part of the Cold War terror narrative in order to convince Americans that Google and the U.S. government are under a real cyber-attack from Russia. Curiously, on February 26, 2014, it was reported that a Russian spy ship docked in Havana, Cuba, once again furthering the notion that Russia is out to menace the U.S.

2.2: U.S. Government Vulnerable to  Cyber Attack
Prior to a Russian-based cyber-attack on the U.S: government (which Google is a part of) the American public must believe that the U.S. government is highly vulnerable to a cyber-attack. Aside from the fact that hackers reportedly crashed Federal Election Commission website on December 19, 2013, recent reports in respect to cyber-security (or lack thereof) suggests that cyber-attacks against U.S. governmental institutions are imminent. For example, on February 4, 2014, it was revealed that a U.S. Senate report found that federal agencies often fail to take basic preventive cyber-security measures. That same day, it was also reported that “password” is the password on many U.S. government computer accounts, furthering the notion that feds are an easy target for hackers. A day later on February 5, 2014, a U.S. government report found that 4 in 10 government security breaches go undetected, suggesting that cyber-attacks are much more prevalent than originally thought.

3.1: New “Cold War”
In the wake of an attack surrounding the Crimea Crisis, Putin will likely blame the U.S. and Obama will likely blame Russia. This will of course escalate tensions between the two nations which will eventually lead to a new Cold War. A new and improved U.S. versus Russia feud is coincidentally the theme of the televisions show entitled “The Americans”, whose second season will coincidentally premiere on February 26, 2014, as well as the new television mini-series entitled “The Assets” (see trailer) which premiered in the U.S. on January 2, 2014. As the January 16, 2014 report entitled “Shades of KGB Spotted at Olympics” so ominously foreshadows, the 2014 Winter Olympics will evidently be used to ignite the Cold War all over again. This particular notion was reinforced in a February 7, 2014, report which revealed that the FBI and CIA are essentially not wanted in Sochi. That same day, NBC host Bob Costas stated that the Olympics are “as red as the old Soviet flag”. A day later on February 8, 2014, it was reported that the US-Russia rift has widened at Sochi, another sign that a new Cold War between the U.S. and Russia is heating up. Then on February 19, 2014, the Wall Street Journal published a report entitled, “Russia’s New Cold War”, further confirming that a U.S. versus Russia scenario is now officially in play.

3.2: Russian Terror Trending
In the last year alone, at least 5 terror-related incidents have been either committed by Russian terrorists and/or the Russia government. Whether or not these Russian-based terror attacks will commence with a Russian attack in the Black Sea or unprecedented cyber-attack on Western interests is not known, but the precedent for a new Cold War has definitely been set.

Russian Terror Timeline:

1. April 15, 2013: Russian Brothers Tsarnaev Execute Boston Marathon Bombings (Boston, MA)
2. December 29, 2013: 14 Dead after Suicide Bombing at Russia Railway Station (Volgograd, Russia)
3. December 30, 2014: Second Suicide Bomber hits Russian City, 14 Killed (Volgograd, Russia)
4. January 18, 2014: Russian Created BlackPOS Malware to Hack Target, Neiman Marcus (U.S.)
5. January 25, 2014: Russian Teen Charged with Weapon of Mass Destruction (Altoona, PA)

3.3: Nuclear “Cold War” Rising
In order for a new Cold War to be believable, there must be the looming threat of all out nuclear war. Therefore, the notion that Russia is now developing nuclear weapons which could threaten the U.S. must be put forth as truth. This particular narrative was first identified on December 17, 2013, when it was reported that Russia plans to build new ICBMs to replace the Cold War ‘Satan’ missile. A day later on December 18, 2013, it was reported that Russia also plans to build rail-mounted nuclear missiles to counter the United States’ Prompt Global Strike nuclear weapons program.  A day later on December 19, 2013, it was reported that a fired U.S. general named Michael Carey, the commander responsible for all 450 of the Air Force’s ICBSs, had exhibited “inappropriate behavior” while on official business in Russia, including heavy drinking and associating with “suspect” women. Whether true or not, the story was published with the goal of creating a sexy Cold War narrative and that U.S. nuclear secrets may have been compromised. Roughly a month later on January 30, 2014, it was reported that the U.S. is reviewing whether or not Russian violated its nuclear missile treaty. Also on January 30, 2014, the U.S. concluded that Russia had conducted a missile test banned by 1987 treaty, untimely setting the scene for a new Cold War.

3.4: U.S. vs. Russia
Aside from nuclear missiles, the U.S. and Russia have recently become highly disagreeable on a number of political issues. For example, on January 14, 2014, it was reported that Russia denied entry to an “undesirable” American news correspondent. Four days later on January 18, 2014, it was reported that Moscow officials visit Guantanamo in an attempt to free Russian terror detainee who was being “denied access to justice”. Three days later on January 21, 2014, it was reported that alleged NSA whistleblower Edward Snowden was a Russian spy and that Snowden has asked Russian police for protection after threats from the United States. A week later on January 28, 2014, the “Washington Times” ran the story with headline, “Who’s ‘Godless’ Now? Russia Says It’s U.S.”, which apparently foreshadows the Cold War to come. These reports, whether true or not, have been published with the goal of creating a political rift between the United Stated and Russia which will no doubt grow exponentially in the wake of the Crimea crisis.

David Chase Taylor is an American journalist and the editor-in-chief of Taylor currently lives in Zürich, Switzerland where he has applied for political asylum after the release of The Nuclear Bible, a book credited with foiling a state-sponsored nuclear terror attack upon Super Bowl XLV in Dallas, Texas on February 6, 2011. Taylor has also authored The Bio-Terror Bible, a book and website exposing the 2014 global bio-terror pandemic. To date, David Chase Taylor has blown the whistle on 50+ state-sponsored terror plots, including the man-made comet ISON hoax, the drone strike on “Fast and Furious” star Paul Walker, and he was the first to expose Alex Jones’ links to STRATFOR. Legal Disclaimer’s stated purpose is to prevent terror attacks by drawing unwanted global attention to these terror plots prior to their fruition. State-sponsored terror alerts, warning, assertions and forecasts made by DO NOT necessarily imply that these terror events will transpire in reality but rather that there is a distinct possibility they could theoretically occur based on the cited date. Historically, once a major false-flag terror plot is exposed (e.g., the Super Bowl XLV Nuclear Terror Plot), the terror plot is immediately canceled or postponed. State-sponsored acts of terror must have a prior paper trail in order to set-up patsies, prime scapegoats, create plausible deniability, as well as mislead the public from the true perpetrators of terror. By first identifying and then connecting the dots of the terror related paper trail, has successfully blown the whistle on numerous terror related plots. Please spread the word in helping make terrorism a thing of the past. Blessed are the Peacemakers. Namaste
