EARTH, Undisclosed Location — Based on breaking news and events, it appears that CIA Headquarters located beneath CERN at Lake Geneva in Switzerland will stage a second (and far more deadly) global biological pandemic by February 28, 2023, as originally foretold in the book entitled ‘The Bio-Terror Bible‘ (2012).
The prefix ‘co’ found in the acronymic and numeric cipher commonly known as CO-VID-19 is defined in-part by Merriam-Webster Dictionary as: a) with : together : joint : jointly; b) in or to the same degree; c) one that is associated in an action with another : fellow : partner; d) of, relating to, or constituting the complement of an angle.
Consequently, it appears that the current COVID-19 pandemic and subsequent lockdown are in-part logistics cover for a second (i.e., ‘co’) and far more deadly global pandemic. Exactly which biological contagion from the CIA will scapegoat as the alleged cause of the second impending global biological pandemic is not yet known, but Smallpox is by far the most likely.
That being said, Plan B will likely feature one or more of the following contagions: a) Anthrax; b) Black Death (i.e., Bubonic Plague); c) Ebola; d) Influenza A/H1N1 (e.g., Spanish Flu); e) Measles; f) Novel SARS CoV-2 variant; g) Novel Airborne Contagion; h) Polio; i) Poxviridae Family Virus (e.g., Chickenpox, Cowpox, Monkeypox, Smallpox, etc.); j) Typhus; and/or k) Yellow Fever
As originally depicted in ‘The Bio-Terror Bible: Exposing the Coming Bio-Terror Pandemic‘ (2012) published by whistle-blower journalist David Chase Taylor back on May 10, 2012, the CIA has been plotting a man-made global biological pandemic as the pretext for the distributions of tainted vaccines designed to cull billions worldwide.
However, unable to stage a bio-terror attack as the pretext for the pandemic, the CIA was forced to trigger a global pandemic in the aftermath of the Coronavirus Outbreak in Wuhan, China back on December 8, 2019. What they were not able to accomplish however was staging a pandemic for which there are billions of tainted vaccines ready and waiting (e.g., Ebola, Smallpox, etc.).
Exactly how the CIA will spark the impending global Poxvirus pandemic is not yet known, but it will most likely be caused by: a) a made-for-TV bio-chemical attack on a celebrity ‘Patient Zero’, b) bio-attack/outbreak targeting airliners, airports, cruise ships, hospitals, schools, mass transit or live TV events, or c) hurricane-related mass flooding.
Back on February 11, 2018, it was reported that a ‘sensitive, top-secret document […] explaining how the Department of Homeland Security would respond to a bioterrorism attack at the Super Bowl‘ was found by a CNN employee on a commercial flight. The publicity stunt suggests that the CIA is plotting a bio-attack on a live sporting event.
Coincidentally, of the three terror propaganda shows currently on television/internet (i.e., ‘Homeland‘ (2011-Present), ‘Condor‘ (June 2018-Present) and Jack Ryan (August 2018-Present), all feature a bio-chemical attack with the latter featuring an Islamic bio-chemical attack on a sports stadium in Washington, D.C. A coincidence. Not a chance.
Consequently, the most likely bio-terror scenario is that CIA-ordered Special Forces (i.e., professional terrorists) stage a bio-chemical attack (possibly targeting one of the aforementioned entities) which will then be scapegoated onto a state-sponsored terror group (e.g., Al Qaeda, Al Shabaab, Boko Haram, Bundy Militia, ISIS/Islamic State, etc.).
Bio-Terrorism is defined as the deliberate release of biological agents to cause illness or death in people, animals, or plants. Bio-terrorists may mutate or alter biological agents to increase their ability to cause disease, make them resistant to current vaccines, or to increase their ability to spread through the air, water, or food.
I. AIRBORNE POXVIRUS PANDEMIC IMMINENT:
1.1: CIA PLOTTING ‘AIRBORNE’ SMALLPOX OR POXVIRUS PANDEMIC
Despite the persistent myth disseminated in scores of Hollywood propaganda films (e.g., ‘Contagion’, ‘Inferno’, ‘Outbreak’, ‘World War Z’, etc.), biological pathogens CANNOT be transmitted through the air. That is to say that the only way one can become infected with a fatal contagion is to come in direct contact with an infected person’s respective body fluids (e.g., blood, feces, saliva, semen, etc.). Consequently, the CIA must trick the unsuspecting public into thinking otherwise, hence the long list of propaganda films which feature a mythical airborne biological pandemic. In the December 26, 2003, report from the Washington Post entitled ‘In Medical Mystery, A Hint of Smallpox‘ it states that, ‘In China, the CDC says, smallpox scabs were once ground up and inhaled to provide immunity’. The marriage between Smallpox and inhaling was designed to foreshadow an airborne Smallpox pandemic. The notion that an airborne virus will be responsible for the impending global biological pandemic was corroborated by a LiveScience report from May 12, 2018, entitled, ‘Here’s What the Next Pandemic Pathogen Might Look Like‘ which states that the primary requirement for a global biological pandemic is that the pathogen must become airborne, noting that ‘…viruses that are spread through the air […] pose a bigger threat, even though some of these viruses don’t receive much attention’. The notion that the CIA plans to stage the release of a contagious airborne pathogen was confirmed in February of 2018, when Microsoft CEO Bill Gates stated that, ‘Whether it occurs by a quirk of nature or at the hand of a terrorist, epidemiologists say a fast-moving airborne pathogen could kill more than 30 million people in less than a year. And they say there is a reasonable probability the World will experience such an outbreak in the next 10 to 15 years’. Although Gates used the number 30 million, the actual number of victims will likely total 100-times that, possibly upwards of 3-billion people. In the May 14, 2018, Telegraph report entitled ‘Is This the Face of Disease X? The Deadly Pathogens Which Could Cause the Next Global Pandemic‘, it states that, ‘…Disease X, as it has been dubbed by the World Health Organization, is most likely to be a virus that can spread through the air’. The reason the impending airborne contagion is referred to as ‘Disease X’ is because the letter ‘X’ is known internationally as the symbol of death. The report also states that, ‘The next big disease outbreak could be triggered by a mutated strain of a known virus or by the release of a biological weapon‘. Translation: rogue scientists/terrorists will successfully mutate, replicate, resurrect, weaponize, and ultimately deploy a known biological pathogen, triggering an unprecedented global biological pandemic. Said biological contagion will most likely be from the Poxvirus (Poxviridae) family (e.g., Buffalopox, Cowpox, Monkeypox, Smallpox, etc.). Of all known Poxviruses, Smallpox is by far the most likely.
1.2: CIA TERRORISTS TO WEAPONIZE SMALLPOX OR POXVIRUS
Because contagious biological pathogens CANNOT be transmitted through the air, the CIA must create the fraudulent narrative that rogue domestic or Islamic scientists/terrorists were able to mutate, replicate, resurrect, weaponize and effectively deliver a known biological agent, resulting in a global airborne biological pandemic. Exactly which biological agent the CIA will claim the terrorists weaponized is not yet known, but Smallpox is the most likely namely because of its notorious history and aesthetically repulsive symptoms. In the December 26, 2003, the Washington Post reported that Smallpox, although eradicated a generation ago, ‘has returned to public consciousness as a potentially devastating weapon for bio-terrorists‘. The notion that terrorists are actively trying to weaponize a known biological contagion was conformed roughly 11-zears later on August 28, 2014, when an ISIS laptop with instructions on how to weaponize the Bubonic plague was reportedly found in Syria. Roughly two months later on October 30, 2014, Spanish Intelligence allegedly intercepted an ISIS plot to weaponize Ebola, further confirming the notion that terrorists are actively trying to weaponize biological pathogens. In a March 9, 2017, interview, former U.S. Senator and U.S. Presidential Candidate Joe Lieberman, co-chair of the Blue Ribbon Study Panel on Biodefense, stated that two things keep him up at night, namely that: a) ‘ISIS will develop a synthetic form of the flu, a powerful flu, and move it into our population’, and b) ‘There will be an infectious disease pandemic‘. Needless to say, the rabid Zionist Lieberman did not mince words, premeditatively linking ISIS, synthetic viruses and a global biological pandemic together in the same sentence. Roughly a year later on March 4, 2018, the Daily Star published a report entitled ‘MI5 Horror Warning: ISIS ‘Making Bio-Weapons’ in Secret UK Terror Labs‘ which further foreshadowed the notion that terrorists are actively trying to weaponize bio-chemical agents for an attack. The CIA-funded Islamic terror propaganda outlet known as MEMRI published a report roughly 4-months later on July 20, 2018, entitled ‘Pro-ISIS Media Outlet Circulates Video Calling for Biological Attacks in the West‘ which further foreshadowed the notion that ISIS is actively plotting a bio-attack with an airborne virus. The report states that the air is, ‘contaminated by infectious germs and fatal bacterial diseases’, and that ‘…Bacteria has been developed and produced in large numbers to be inhaled by the victim and then the symptoms of the disease begins to increase’. The aforementioned statement was part of a CIA terror propaganda video which coincidentally features a photo of an ISIS terrorist releasing a bio-chemical agent into the atmosphere of San Francisco, California along with the caption, ‘We will make you fear the air you breath‘. The notion that terrorists plan to weaponize a biological agent like Smallpox was foreshadowed by Microsoft CEO Bill Gates in April of 2017, when he stated that, ‘All these advances in biology have made it far easier for a terrorist to recreate Smallpox, which is a highly fatal pathogen, where there is essentially no immunity remaining at this point’. Dr. Raina MacIntyre, Professor of Infectious Diseases Epidemiology at Australia’s University of New South Wales (UNSW) Sydney, reiterated this notion in August of 2018 when she stated that terrorist groups have called for real biological attacks that could mirror her Smallpox attack simulation and that ‘Advances in genetic engineering and synthetic biology have increased the risk of such an attack’. Although the World allegedly eradicated the Smallpox virus in 1980, MacIntyre claims that, ‘scientists used mail order DNA to create a virus very similar to Smallpox in a lab in 2017‘. The ominous statements by Gates and MacIntyre in respect to bio-terrorism and the alleged creation or recreation of the Smallpox virus, synthetic or otherwise, confirms, albeit in a de facto manner, that Smallpox is in-fact the chosen contagion of the impending global biological pandemic. Lastly, Lev Sandakhchiyev, the Director of Russia’s State Research Center of Virology and Biotechnology VECTOR formerly warned that terrorists could easily lure underpaid former Soviet researchers to turn over samples to be used as a weapon, stating: ‘All you need is a sick fanatic to get to a populated place. The World health system is completely unprepared for this’.
1.3: CIA PLOTTING BUNDY MILITIA BIO-CHEMICAL ATTACK

Because contagious biological pathogens CANNOT be transmitted through the air, the CIA must create the fraudulent narrative that rogue domestic scientists/terrorists were able to mutate, weaponize and effectively deliver a known biological agent, resulting in an airborne contagion which sparks a global biological pandemic. That is why the CIA created the state-sponsored domestic terror group known as the Bundy Militia specifically so they have a high-profile domestic terror scapegoat to blame in the aftermath of the pandemic which culls billions. Exactly which biological agent the CIA will claim the Bundy Militia mutated, replicated, resurrected, weaponized and delivered is not yet known, but Smallpox is the most likely namely because of its notorious history and aesthetically repulsive symptoms. The notion that the CIA plans to scapegoat a group of domestic terrorists was first identified back in August of 1999 when the CDC published a report entitled ‘The Prospect Of Domestic Bioterrorism‘ which stated that ‘A small but growing number of domestic terrorists could attempt to use biological weapons in the belief that doing so would advance their goals’. Naturally, the report stated that the most likely bio-terrorists are ‘religious and extreme right-wing groups and groups seeking revenge who view secular rulers and the law they uphold as illegitimate’. Coincidentally, the Bundy Militia has an ongoing feud with the U.S. government over grazing rights in Nevada. Interestingly, the report quotes John Trochman, a leader of the Montana Militia, who stated that ‘extremist offshoots of Identity Christian groups’ and ‘disaffected military officers’ are the most likely domestic perpetrators of biological terrorism. The quote was specifically designed to link militias with bio-terrorism prior to a bio-chemical attack by a state-sponsored terror group such as the Bundy Militia. Coincidentally, the scientist behind the post-9/11 2001 Anthrax Attacks was a military scientist named Bruce Edwards Ivins who was employed at the United States Army Medical Research Institute of Infectious Diseases (USAMRIID) in Fort Detrick, Maryland. The link between militias and domestic bio-terrorism was made again roughly 6-years later when Fox News published a report on November 7, 2005, entitled ‘Experts: Bioterror Threat More Domestic Than Foreign‘ which quoted Barry Kellman, director of the International Weapons Control Center at Chicago’s DePaul University, who stated, ‘What if Ted Kaczynski — America’s notorious Unabomber — had been a biology professor instead of a math professor?’. In order to foreshadow a Bundy Militia-related airport bio-attack or airliner hijacking and subsequent 9/11-style bio-chemical attack, Bundy Militia mastermind Cliven Bundy was arrested at Portland International Airport (PDX) in Oregon back on February 9, 2016. In order to foreshadow a Bundy Militia-related airline hijacking prior to its fruition, the New York Daily News published a report on February 28, 2017, entitled ‘Ammon Bundy Testifies About what Drove Him to Hijack Federal Land in Oregon‘. In order to set the precedent for the non-Islamic hijacking of a commercial airliner and subsequent 9/11-style suicide bio-chemical attack by an alleged member of the Bundy Militia, the CIA staged the hijacking and subsequent crash of a Horizon Air Q400 plane back on August 10, 2018 which was subsequently blamed on a white military age male. The reference to Utah is no mistake for after a high-profile attack by the Bundy Militia, its members will likely escape to Utah which coincidentally borders the Bundy Ranch. Utah was chosen as the future home of the Bundy Militia domestic terror group in-part because: a) Utah is home to millions of Mormons, b) Utah is predominantly Caucasian or white in ethnicity, and c) Utah largely features massive cave complexes whereby terrorists could theoretically hide similar to Osama bin Laden who allegedly avoided capture in cave complex of Tora Bora. Although only conjecture, it appears that the Bundy Militia will take up refuge in the a cave system of Mount Timpanogos in the Wasatch Mountains. Consequently, on August 21, 2018, the CIA staged the emergency landing of rapper Post Malone’s airplane after it reportedly suffered twin tire blowouts upon take-off, a most unlikely event. Nevertheless, Malone was chosen because he is a white military age male who shares the same last name as NBA Hall of Fame great Karl Malone who formerly played for the Utah Jazz. Lastly, in what appears to be pre-Bundy Militia school bio-chemical attack programming, it was reported on September 7, 2018, that more than 600 students attending public schools in Utah’s Alpine School District stayed home from school after receiving a letter warning them about a Norovirus outbreak. Lastly, in order to foreshadow a Bundy Militia-related bio-chemical attack, The Bundy Biotechnology Lab at Brigham Young University (BYU) is led by Dr. Bradley C. Bundy, an Associate Professor of Chemical Engineering at BYU. The lab coincidentally focuses on virus-like particles. A coincidence? Not a chance.
1.4: CIA PLOTTING ISIS BIO-CHEMICAL ATTACK
Plan ‘B’ of the ISIS Endgame is a bio-chemical attack which sparks a global biological pandemic designed to cull billions. In order to create the necessary narrative that ISIS is capable of executing a bio-chemical attack, the CIA in Switzerland has disseminated scores of propaganda reports stating exactly that. That is precisely why the Swiss CIA created ISIS in the first place so they have a plausible Islamic terrorist scapegoat to feed the public in the aftermath of bio-chemical attacks which they themselves execute. The ISIS-bio-terror narrative was first identified back on June 19, 2014, when ISIS reportedly stormed a Saddam-era chemical weapons complex in Iraq. Roughly 3-weeks later on July 8, 2014, it was reported that ‘abandoned’ barrels containing deadly Sarin were seized by ISIS in rebel-held Syria. Less than 24-hours later on July 9, 2014, Iraq reportedly lost control of a chemical weapons depot to ISIS. Never mind that back on March 31, 2005, ‘The Commission on the Intelligence Capabilities of the United States Regarding Weapons of Mass Destruction‘ reported that the intelligence community was ‘dead wrong’ in its assessment of Iraq’s weapons of mass destruction capabilities prior to the U.S. military invasion. In other words, there were no WMDs in Iraq but ISIS was mysteriously able to locate two bio-chemical weapon depots within Iraq in less than a month. The ISIS-bio-terror endgame was confirmed yet again on August 28, 2014, when it was revealed that a black ISIS laptop containing instructions on how to weaponize the Bubonic plague was found. Roughly a month later on September 24, 2014, it was revealed that an ISIS terror cell was busted by Swiss authorities in March of 2014. The shocking report was published roughly 3-months before ISIS officially declared the formation of a Caliphate on June 29, 2014, which suggests that it was pre-dated. In other words, the report was likely fabricated by the Swiss CIA at a later date in order to provide themselves plausible deniability in the aftermath of an ISIS bio-chemical attack. According to a Swiss Federal Prosecutor, the ISIS terrorists were suspected of ‘misuse of explosives and toxic gases with criminal intent‘. Roughly 5-months later on March 12, 2015, it was reported that ISIS is now ‘using chlorine gas’ in roadside bombs. Roughly a week later on March 23, 2015, it was reported that ISIS was ‘highly likely’ to launch a chlorine gas attack on the London Underground. The notion of a Syrian-based bio-chemical attack occurring on live TV during a sporting event was recently foreshadowed by CNN in an April 20, 2015, report entitled ‘Syrian Gas Attack Shown on American TV‘. Ten days later on April 30, 2015, the Syrian Rebels (i.e., ISIS) reportedly launched another chemical attack in Syria, setting the precedent for a far deadlier ISIS-related bio-terror attack. A week later on May 7, 2015, Fox News published a report entitled ‘Assad Using Chemical Weapons Again? US Eyes New Allegations‘, further highlighting the use of Syrian-based bio-chemical weapons just prior to an ISIS bio-terror attack. Roughly 3-years later on March 4, 2018, the Daily Star published a report entitled ‘MI5 Horror Warning: ISIS ‘Making Bio-Weapons’ in Secret UK Terror Labs‘ which revealed that ‘MI5 believes Islamic State fanatics back from Iraq and Syria are attempting to make deadly Ricin and Anthrax’. Also on March 4, 2018, the Sun published a report entitled ‘British ISIS Jihadis ‘Creating Deadly Ricin and Anthrax Bio-Weapons in Secret Terror Labs to Poison Food and Water Supplies’. The report revealed a government source which stated that, ‘…the use of chemical and biological weapons by Islamic State is a threat which is being treated very seriously’. Lastly, on May 6, 2018, The Express published a report entitled ‘Animal Testicle Bombs are a Dangerous Step Towards ISIS Biological Warfare, Says Expert‘, a chilling warning that ISIS is ‘planning for biological warfare’. Needless to say, these reports, taken collectively, confirm, albeit in a de-facto manner, that the entire ISIS bio-terror narrative was fabricated by the CIA in Switzerland as media and political cover in the aftermath of bio-chemical terror attacks which they themselves execute.

That is why the CIA created the state-sponsored domestic terror group known as Al Shabaab and Boko Haram specifically so they have a high-profile bio-terror scapegoat in Africa to blame in the aftermath of the pandemic which culls billions. That being said, it was reported on February 19, 2018, that Boko Haram kidnapped another 110-girls in Nigeria. Consequently, Boko Haram is now holding at least 222 school girls hostage, a majority of which will likely be infected with Smallpox by CIA operatives and released into African schools were they will infect millions of other students. Said school girls could also smuggled into America, Canada or Europe under the guise of asylum seekers or refugees specifically to infect millions of students with Smallpox. The notion that Islamic terrorists in Africa are actively trying to weaponize a biological contagion like Smallpox was foreshadowed in the new CIA terror propaganda show entitled Jack Ryan (August 2018-Present). In short, the Islamic bio-terrorist mastermind known as Suleiman kidnaps 12 physicians from Doctors Without Borders just prior to digging up the body of a person who died from a fatal strain of Ebola. The plot was designed to foreshadow the notion that Islamic terrorists in Africa are actively trying to weaponize a biological contagion just prior to the Chibok girls being infected with Smallpox or another Poxyvirus. Coincidentally, exactly 71-days after the Chibok girls were kidnapped, it was reported that 5 doctors from Doctors Without Borders were released on June 24, 2014, after being held hostage by an Islamic terror group for 5-months. In Atlantic Storm (2005), terrorists stage Smallpox attacks on transportation hubs and centers of commerce in 6 cities around the World, namely: a) Istanbul, Turkey; b) Rotterdam, Netherlands; c) Warsaw, Poland; d) Frankfurt, Germany; e) New York, New York; and f) Los Angeles, California. In Fiji Outbreak (2018), a Smallpox outbreak in Fiji spawns a global biological pandemic via transatlantic travel. The notion that the CIA plans to stage a global Smallpox pandemic was confirmed in April of 2017, when Microsoft CEO Bill Gates stated that, ‘All these advances in biology have made it far easier for a terrorist to recreate Smallpox, which is a highly fatal pathogen, where there is essentially no immunity remaining at this point’. In the aftermath of a Smallpox or Poxvirus attack or outbreak and subsequent pandemic, tainted vaccines will be distributed to the unsuspecting public in mass, ultimately resulting in the death of billions of people. In other words, the impending genocide inflected on humanity will NOT be the result of the Smallpox or Poxvirus spreading through the air as alleged, but rather due to the premeditated distribution of billions of vaccines laced with a fatal dose of a toxic chemical agent (e.g., Anthrax). In the event of a global Smallpox pandemic, it will be the tainted vaccines which are ultimately responsible for killing 99.999% of the victims, not the actual Smallpox or Poxvirus. In order to trick the naive and unsuspecting public into taking the fatal vaccines, the CIA will order government and media outlets around the World to participate in a hoax which not only claims that a vaccine is the sole answer to the pandemic, but that there is a limited supply of said vaccines. Naturally, a mass panic of sorts will ensue, making those who receive a Smallpox vaccine feel extremely lucky, like they just won the lottery. Never mind that every single person and family in the World with a mailing address will also receive the tainted Smalllpox vaccine, albeit a few hours or days later. Unbeknownst to the public, the very Smallpox vaccine which they believe will save them from the spiraling pandemic is what will ultimately kill them. The notion that there will be a perceived shortage of vaccines was foreshadowed by former U.S. Senator Bob Graham who stated that, ‘America does not yet have adequate bio-response capability to meet fundamental expectations during a large-scale biological event’. Raina MacIntyre, Professor of Infectious Diseases Epidemiology at Australia’s University of New South Wales (UNSW) Sydney reiterated this notion, stating that, ‘…anyone who came into contact with Smallpox would need to be vaccinated within three to four days of contact to reduce the risk of serious infection and death’. If true, the only way to curb the impending Smallpox pandemic is to effectively vaccinate the entire population within a 4-day period, a miraculous feat which could only be accomplished if the vaccines are distributed in mass via the mail delivery system. MacIntyre goes on to state that, ‘There is not enough [Smallpox] vaccine in the World — estimated to be about 700 million doses presently — to control a worst-case [Smallpox] pandemic’ and that ‘Manufacturing of vaccines will take another 12-18 months, which is a catastrophic delay’. In other words, there is only 10% of the Smallpox vaccine supply available needed to vaccinate a global population of 7 billion people. Since the U.S. government and the World Health Organization (WHO) has been war gaming a Smallpox outbreak since at least 1999, there is no viable excuse for not having enough Smallpox vaccines on hand unless of course the shortage is all part of the hoax designed to create an artificial demand in the aftermath of a Smallpox outbreak,. In short, if people view the Smallpox vaccine as valuable, it’s far more likely that they will take it (i.e., Law of Supply and Demand). MacIntyre also stated that, ‘Even though the World successfully eradicated Smallpox in 1980, the disease has been on the radar again since scientists used mail order DNA to create a virus very similar to Smallpox in a lab in 2017‘. The ominous statement of an event, which likely never transpired in reality, appears to be a veiled reference to the fact that tainted Smallpox vaccines will be ordered and distributed by mail couriers (e.g., DHL, FedEx, UPS, USPS, etc.) in the aftermath of a Smallpox outbreak and pandemic. Lastly, the entire vaccine hoax was encapsulated within The Express report from October 12, 2015, entitled ‘ISIS Luring Opponents to Hospitals Where Doctors are Murdering Them with Lethal Injections‘ which stated that ISIS is ‘luring opponents to hospital for medical treatment and then murdering them in a betrayal of the trust between doctors and patients’. The alleged ISIS plot coincidentally mirrors the actual plot of the CIA (whose code name is ISIS) in that they plan to trick well-meaning doctors and nurses to inject unsuspecting patients with laced vaccine containing a fatal chemical dose (e.g., Anthrax), betraying the first tenant of the Hippocratic Oath, (i.e., ‘First do no harm’).
2.3: SMALLPOX ERADICATION HOAX
After a so-called successful vaccination campaigns throughout the 19th and 20th centuries, the WHO (World Health Organization) certified the eradication of Smallpox in December of 1979. To this day, Smallpox is touted as the only human infectious disease to have been completely eradicated, and one of two infectious viruses ever to be eradicated. As of 2007, only the United States and Russia were alleged to have live samples of the Smallpox virus. The Smallpox Eradication Hoax was executed in-part to: a) make the impending resurrection of the Smallpox virus all the more terrifying, and b) sell the fraudulent notion that Smallpox was previously eradicated with vaccines, making it far more likely that people will buy into the fraudulent notion that a Smallpox vaccine is safe and effective. Despite the aforementioned claims that Smallpox is dead, it was reported in 1992 that Soviet defector Ken Alibek claimed that the Soviet bioweapons program at Zagorsk had produced a large stockpile—as much as twenty tons—of weaponized Smallpox (possibly engineered to resist vaccines) along with refrigerated warheads to deliver it. Although Alibek’s claims were never independently verified, the CIA will likely claim that a Smallpox sample was smuggled from Russia to an Islamic terror group and/or that a former Russian scientist or scientists were recruited by an Arab nation or Islamic terror group to weaponize Smallpox for an attack against the West. In order to foreshadow this very notion, CIDRAP (Center for Infectious Disease Research and Policy) published a report roughly 10-years later on November 7, 2002, entitled ‘CIA Believes Four Nations Have Secret Smallpox Virus Stocks, Report Says‘ which stated that, ‘Iraq, North Korea, Russia, and France have secret stores of Smallpox virus’ and that ‘Al Qaida has spent money to acquire biological weapons, but has been more interested in other agents than in Smallpox’.
2.4: THE PAX ROMANA POXYVIRUS PANDEMIC
Although Pax Romana allegedly means ‘Roman Peace’ and is historically-speaking touted as the longest period of relative peace and stability within the Roman Empire, overwhelming evidence now suggests the contrary. That is to say that it was between the accession of the first Roman Emperor Caesar Augustus (27 BC-14 AD) and the death of Marcus Aurelius, (161-180 AD) that the Roman Empire was decimated by wave after wave of state-sponsored pandemics. This notion is corroborated by the fact that during the 207-years of Pax Romana, there were a total of 17 Roman Emperors, averaging a 12.17-year reign despite the fact that the position of emperor is a life-long position. Needless to say, the rash of emperors is not conducive to the longest period of Roman stability as now claimed. The notion that the ruling class of the Greco-Romans were actively engaged in bio-chemical warfare against its populace under the guise of vaccines is corroborated by the fact that the Greeks and Romans knew injection as a method of medicinal delivery from observations of snakebites and poisoned weapons. That is precisely why there are numerous references to ‘anointing’ and ‘inunction’ in the Old Testament as well as in the works of Homer. The term ‘Anoint’ (N+N+T) was evidently derived from small reddish Smallpox spots called ‘Enanthem‘ (N+N+T+M). Aside from the last letter and the letter ‘H’ which is generally benign, the two terms are consonantly speaking the same. Isaiah 10:27 in the Holy Bible states, ‘And it shall come to pass in that day, that his burden shall be taken away from off thy shoulder, and his yoke from off thy neck, and the yoke shall be destroyed because of the anointing’. The destroying of the yoke appears to be a veiled reference to the removal of the subjugated or yoked populace via the anointing of vaccines which is likely why the W-like yoke symbol is found in the earlier forms of the Pax Romana symbol. The numbers 17 and 27 (i.e., 17 Roman Emperors over 207-years averaging 12.17-years per reign) inherent to Pax Romana are coincidentally found in the numerology of Isaiah 10:27. The number ’17’ equates to the letter ‘Q’ as in ‘coup d’é·tat‘ which is defined as a blow or a hit of state which is exactly what transpired. The number ’27’ (2×7=77) is the single-most used kill number as evidenced in modern times by the 27 Club and the London Bombings of 7/7. James 5:14 in the Holy Bible states, ‘Is any sick among you? Let him call for the elders of the church; and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord’. The verse appears to be a veiled reference to the trickery of the church (which was formerly synonymous with the Roman State) who tricked the masses into taking a vaccine which ultimately culled the population. Because the number ‘5’ doubles as the letter ‘S’ which is symbolically a snake and the letter ‘X’ is found within the 14th numeric position within the Roman Score (i.e., the original alphabet), the numerology found within the verse of James 5:14 equates to ‘SX’ as in ‘Six’. The number ‘6’ equates to the letter ‘F’ which was formerly a double-cross which invokes the Greco-Roman (and current Israeli Mossad) motto of ‘By Way Of Deception, Thou Shalt Do War’. In the engraving by Jules-Elie Delaunay depicting the Plague of Rome (i.e., Antonine Plague), the Angel of Death is depicted striking a door which coincidentally mirrors the winged symbol of Caduceus. Aside from the letter ‘S’, the term Caduceus (C+D+C+S) is consonantly speaking the same as CDC (Centers for Disease Control and Prevention), the governmental organization in the United States tasked with executing the impending biological pandemic. Lastly, it appears that the terms ‘seduce’ and ‘seduces’ were derived form Caduceus in that the masses are seduced (i.e., tricked or double-crossed) by the staff of the state into taking tainted vaccines.
2.5: PAX ROMANA SYMBOLOGY
The symbology inherent to both Pax Roman and the medical field in general is quite telling in that the letter ‘P’ found along with the letter ‘X’ in the Pax Romana symbol (i.e., the Chi Rho) appears to be an artistic tribute to the first vaccines which were delivered via a P-shaped mechanical syringe during the Greco-Roman Empire (see above photo). The Rx symbol found in virtually all pharmacy signage is also a symbolical tribute to the PX of Pax Romana. The letter ‘X’ is known internationally as the symbol of death which is why it is featured in the so-called Star of Life which adorns virtually all ambulances and hospitals around the World. Not only that, a vaccine needle is found within the Greco-Roman Rod of Asclepius that is also depicted within the Star of Life which naturally includes a poisonous snake. Coincidentally, the P-shaped vaccine, the ‘X’ symbol and a poisonous snake are found within the original depictions of the Pax Romana symbol for it represents the cleansing of the Greco-Roman Empire from the undesirables via the aid of poison. This genocide was evidently inflicted with poison-laced mass vaccinations executed under the guise of a Cowpox or Smallpox pandemic.
2.6: THE SNAKE-LIKE SMALLPOX VACCINE
Because Smallpox so grossly disfigures its victims, it was chosen as the disease by which the Roman Empire and it’s modern CIA essentially fear or scare the naive population into taking the Smallpox vaccine which is what actually kills them. In short, a few beautiful high-profile victims are infected with the actual Smallpox virus. These cases are then touted via propaganda as the examples of what happens to those who refuse or are unable to take a Smallpox vaccine. Never mind that U.S. Presidents George Washington, Andrew Jackson, and Abraham Lincoln all contracted and recovered from the Smallpox disease. That is why unlike all other vaccines, the Smallpox vaccine is the only one to feature a Biifurcated Needle (see above photo) which is a symbolic tribute to the split tongue of a snake, the only creature synonymous with poison. That is also why the Biological Hazard logo features a 6-fang like design for it is a symbolic tribute to the poisonous snake’s teeth which injects the poison into its prey. The number ‘6’ equates to the letter ‘F’ which was formerly a double-cross which is indicative of the trickery or hoax inherent to a biological pandemic. That is also why the Bowl of Hygieia found on virtually all hospital and pharmacy logos features a venomous snake for these institutions and their respective practitioners have historically dealt in the business, albeit often unknowingly, of poisoning the population, namely with vaccines masquerading as medicine. Hygieia’s symbol is a cup or chalice with a snake twined around its stem and poised above it. The term ‘hygiene’ is defined as being clean as in cleansing or culling the unwashed masses.
2.7: THE GRECO-ROMAN SYRINGE & SUBSEQUENT VACCINE
Smallpox is a contagious disease caused by the Variola Virus. Although modern estimates state that Smallpox is responsible 300–500 million deaths during the 20th Century, the cumulative total of persons killed under the guise of a Poxvirus vaccine since its inception during the Greco-Roman Empire is likely in the billions. Although only conjecture, it appears that Greco-Roman doctors initially began to vaccinate the unsuspecting public with the Cowpox-laced Vaccina Virus from whence the term ‘vaccine’ was originally derived as evidenced by the fact that the Latin word for cow is ‘vacca’ while Cowpox is ‘vaccinia’. In time, the Smallpox virus replaced the Cowpox virus although the term ‘Vaccine’ was retained as a semantical tribute to this most insidious practice of mass genocide. In the event that the Greco-Roman Empire engaged in bio-terrorism under the guise of tainted vaccines as alleged, it was likely developed on the Island of Rhodes by its inhabitants known as the Telchines who are alleged to have produced the first chemical weapon when they created a mixture of Stygian water and sulfur which subsequently killed both animals and plants. During the 1st century AD, the Roman encyclopaedist Aulus Cornelius Celsus mentions the use of syringes in his De Medicina (c. 47 AD), namely in part 27 of Book VI which states that fluid be boiled and ‘injected into the wound with a syringe‘. The number ’27’ is yet another numerical tribute to the 207-years of Pax Romana. The word syringe is derived from the Greek term ‘syrinx‘ meaning ‘pan flute’ or ‘tube’. The term tube is an apparent reference to the vaccine tube which hold the poison prior to injection. The notion that the Greco-Romans engaged in bio-warfare is corroborated by the fact that they invented the first piston syringes which naturally suggests that they also invented the first tainted vaccine. Because the letter ‘N’ equates to the ‘X’ symbol in the Roman Score (i.e., the original alphabet), the term ‘Pax’ (P+X) as in Pax Roman equates to ‘P+N’ as in both ‘Pan Flute’ and ‘Pandemic’. The term Pandemic is from the Greek term ‘pan’ meaning “all” while ‘demos’ means ‘people’. Therefore, a Paxdemic or Pandemic is an epidemic of infectious disease that spreads (with the assistance of a pan flute or syringe) across all peoples and continents. The term ‘poke’ or ‘pokes’ inherent to an injection was likely derived from the term ‘Pox’ as in Pox Romana. The notion that the Greco-Romans engaged in bio warfare against enemies both foreign and domestic is corroborated by the fact that Smallpox is cited as the cause or potential cause of the first great epidemic known as the Plague of Athens (c. 430-426 BC), the second great epidemic known as the Plague of Rome or the Antonine Plague (165–180 AD), and the third great epidemic known as the Plague of Cyprian (249-262 AD). Starting with the fourth great epidemic and a majority of which followed, the Plague was scapegoated, an infectious disease allegedly caused by the bacterium Yersinia pestis. Although only conjecture, it appears that the Greco-Romans were engaged in a twisted game of semantics in that the so-called Plague was medical cover for Smallpox and/or other Poxvirus-based epidemics and pandemics. If true, the death toll of Poxyvirus-based pandemic far greater than ever imagined. This seemingly outlandish notion is corroborated by the fact that: a) Smallpox was formerly known as the Red Plague, b) Plague symptoms mirror that of Smallpox almost exactly despite one being a bacteria and the other a virus (e.g., fever, headaches, muscle pain, swelling of the lymph nodes, etc.), minus of course the red dots, c) Smallpox is spread exactly the same was as the Plague, namely through direct contact with an animal or human’s bodily fluids, and d) the so-called Plague Panel with the Triumph of Death was present at all locations in the Greco-Roman Empire which suffered a Smallpox outbreak, further corroborating the notion that Smallpox was originally labeled a plague, namely the Red Plague. Lastly, in what appears to be literary tributes to the Red Plague (i.e. Smallpox), ‘The Masque of the Red Death‘ (1842) is a short story written by Edgar Allan Poe which features a character who attempts to avoid a dangerous plague known as the Red Death, while ‘The Scarlet Plague‘ (1912) is a novel written by Jack London which takes place in 2073, sixty years after an uncontrollable epidemic, the Red Death which is alternately referred to as Scarlet Plague, Scarlet Death, or Red Death.
2.8: DENOUNCING THE POXYVIRUS VACCINATION PROCESS
Inoculation or Variolation refers to the subcutaneous installation of the Smallpox virus into non-immune individuals. Inoculation and variolation, which were often used interchangeably, was the first method used to ‘immunize’ an individual against the Smallpox virus. This sadistic process involved taking flesh-like material from an infected patient and essentially sewing it into a healthy person with the hope that a mild, but protective Smallpox infection would result. The procedure was generally carried out by inserting or rubbing powdered Smallpox scabs or fluid from Smallpox pustules into superficial punctures made in the skin. The inoculated patient would then develop pustules identical to those caused by naturally occurring Smallpox, usually producing a less severe disease than naturally acquired Smallpox. Needless to say, if Smallpox was an airborne contagion as alleged, there would be no need to cut off Smallpox lesions and sew then into healthy subjects. Considering that the Monkeypox virus can only be spread via direct contact with an infected animal pr human’s bodily fluids, it stands to reason that the entire Poxyvirus shares the same contagion qualities. In other words, it’s scientifically impossible to contract Smallpox unless a person exchanges bodily fluids with an infected animal or person, hence the disingenuousness of the aforementioned Smallpox inoculation practice. Noted biologist Alfred Russel Wallace (1823-1913) wrote in ‘Vaccination a Delusion‘ (1898) that, ‘…vaccination is a gigantic delusion; that it has never saved a single life; but that it has been the cause of so much disease, so many deaths, such a vast amount of utterly needless and altogether undeserved suffering, that it will be classed by the coming generation among the greatest errors of an ignorant and prejudiced age’. Wallace also stated that vaccination was, ‘a peculiarly filthy piece of witchcraft’. George Bernard Shaw (1856-1950) stated in a letter to the Secretary of the National Anti-Vaccination League that, ‘We have not lost faith, but we have transferred it from God to the medical profession. For years past the strain of countenancing such a proceeding, so gross, reckless, dirty, and dangerous as vaccination from the calf, has been growing unbearable to bacteriological experts. . . . Nothing but the natural ignorance of the public, countenanced by the inoculated erroneousness of the ordinary general medical practitioners, makes such a barbarism as vaccination possible. . . Recent developments have shown that an inoculation made in the usual general practitioner’s light-hearted way, without previous highly skilled examination of the state of the patient’s blood, is just as likely to be a simple manslaughter as a cure or preventive. But vaccination is nothing short of attempted murder. A skilled bacteriologist would just as soon think of cutting his child’s arm and rubbing the contents of the dustpan into the wound, as vaccinating it in the same’. Shaw also stated that, ‘At present, intelligent people do not have their children vaccinated, nor does the law now compel them to. The result is not, as the [pro-Smallpox vaccination proponents] prophesied, the extermination of the human race by Smallpox; on the contrary more people are now killed by vaccination than by Smallpox’. George Bernard Shaw concluded that ‘Vaccination is nothing short of attempted murder’. English physician Maurice Beddow Bayly stated in respect to vaccines that, ‘It would seem to be impossible for a rational mind to conceive that a filthy virus derived from a smallpox corpse, the ulcerated udder of a cow, or the running sores of a sick horse’s heels, and cultivated in scabbed festers on a calf’s abdomen could fail to have disastrous effects when inoculated into the human body. Professor Mclntosh remarked in the Lancet in 1926, “Scientifically it cannot be disputed that from every point of view the injection of virus capable of multiplying in the body of the individual is bad”‘. Lastly, noted peace activist Mahatma Gandhi (1869-1948) once stated, ‘Vaccination is a barbarous practice and one of the most fatal of all the delusions current in our time. Conscientious objectors to vaccination should stand alone, if need be, against the whole world, in defense of their conviction’.
III: POTENTIAL PANDEMIC SCENARIOS:
3.1: THE MADE-FOR-TV INFECTION OF CELEBRITY ‘PATIENT ZERO’
Due to the Celebrity Worship Syndrome which plagues the Western World, the CIA is now plotting a bio-chemical-related attack on a celebrity who will subsequently become the so-called ‘Patient Zero‘ (i.e., ‘Index Case’) after he or she contracts a deadly pathogen during a made-for-TV bio-attack assassination attempt. Said attack may feature an acid-like attack combined with a weaponized biological pathogen (Anthrax, Ebola, Smallpox. etc.) so that it grossly disfigures the chosen celebrity upon impact and subsequently infects the oozing wounds. Exactly what type of attack the CIA is plotting is not known, but it appears that a well-known celebrity (e.g., actor, actress, athlete, heiress, model, musician, member of royalty, politician, etc.) will suffer an acid and/or bio-chemical-related attack on live TV which will likely be scapegoated onto the Bundy Militia, Islamic terrorists, ISIS and/or Special Forces (i.e., professional terrorists) from Iran, North Korea, Russia or Saudi Arabia. Once an A-List celebrity has been infected with a biological contagion, a CIA-spawned media circus will ensue around the disfigured and dying person, ultimately drawing the focus of the World to the given quarantine location. Shortly thereafter, a second CIA-ordered bio-chemical attack will transpire, likely targeting innocent civilians in places of public gather, possibly where the dying victim and his or her family are located and/or where the global media have gathered. The notion of staging a singular bio-attack assassination as a means to garner global media attention just prior to staging secondary, and far more deadlier, bio-attack is coincidentally found within the plot of both new terror propaganda television shows entitled ‘Condor‘ (June 2018-Present) and Jack Ryan (August 2018-Present). The notion that the CIA plans to purposely infect a celebrity with a fatal biological contagion was first identified back on February 13, 2017, when the CIA staged the Assassination of Kim Jong-nam at Kuala Lumpur International Airport in Malaysia. Kim Jong-nam, the half-brother of current North Korean leader Kim Jong-un, was reportedly assassinated via a VX nerve agent, a lethal chemical weapon. The second notion that the CIA plans to purposely infect a celebrity with a fatal biological contagion was corroborated roughly 18-months later on August 16, 2018, when American Airlines Flight 1289 carrying former Arkansas Governor and U.S. Presidential Candidate Mike Huckabee was quarantined at Nashville International Airport after arriving from Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) in California. The third notion that the CIA plans to purposely infect a celebrity with a fatal biological contagion was confirmed 20-days later on September 5, 2018, when it was revealed that Emirates Flight 203 carrying rapper Vanilla Ice was quarantined at JFK Airport in New York City after arriving from Dubai in the United Arab Emirates. Similar to the ‘Patient Zero‘ (index case) bio-attack targeting the President of the United States in the new television series entitled ‘Jack Ryan‘ (2018), once the celebrity is infected, he or she will be taken to a local hospital which will likely suffer a secondary bio-terror attack and/or a secondary outbreak involving doctors, nurses, hospital staff and/or patients due to an accidental quarantine breach or malicious act by a third party person, persons or group.
3.2: AIRLINE-RELATED OUTBREAK
Based on breaking news, events and numerology, it appears that CIA Headquarters located beneath Lake Geneva in Switzerland is plotting an airliner-related biological attack specifically designed to trigger a global airborne pandemic. This notion is corroborated by the fact that since August of 2018, there have been a total of 5 flights which were quarantined for alleged airborne pathogens in both America and Europe. Needless to say the 6th airline quarantine will prove fatal in nature, ultimately spawning a global biological pandemic. In order to draw unprecedented media coverage to the quarantined plane, the CIA will predictably leak a video showing the horrific effects of the purported outbreak on-board. Said video will subsequently go viral. Once the World is collectively focused on a quarantined plane, the CIA will claim that one or more of the passengers/patients broke containment, infecting thousands of airport passengers or persons frequenting the local hospital. Needless to say, if airline passengers were really infected with a live airborne pathogen as purported, (e.g., Anthrax, Ebola, Monkeypox, Smallpox, etc.), the last place the government would house them is within a busy airport or local hospital where they could infect others, especially when there are scores of remote U.S. and NATO military bases available. Nevertheless, the notion that infected airport patrons will escape or accidentally be set free was foreshadowed in a Sputnik report from September 5, 2018, entitled ‘Passengers Set Free Following Quarantine at French Airport‘ which stated that passengers who had formerly been quarantined on suspicion of cholera at the Perpignan Airport in France were released. Lastly, the notion that the CIA is plotting a mass transit-related bio-chemical attack was identified in the aftermath of the the Tokyo Subway Attack of March 20, 1995, when CIA operatives released Sarin gas in the subway tunnels and trains of Japan’s most populous city. Coincidentally, all major airports have a train or tram station which naturally connects to all metropolitan areas of that particular region.
3.3: AIRPORT-RELATED OUTBREAK

Once the World is collectively focused on a quarantined airport, the CIA will claim that one or more of the patients broke containment, infecting thousands of airport passengers and/or persons frequenting the local hospital. Needless to say, if airport patrons were really infected with a live airborne contagion as purported (e.g., Anthrax, Ebola, Monkeypox, Smallpox, etc.), the last place the government would quarantine them is inside a busy airport or within a local hospital where they could potentially infect others, especially when there are scores of remote U.S. and NATO military bases available. The notion that the CIA is plotting an airport-related bio-chemical attack was first identified back on February 13, 2017, when the CIA staged the Assassination of Kim Jong-nam at Kuala Lumpur International Airport in Malaysia. Kim Jong-nam, the half-brother of current North Korean leader Kim Jong-un, was allegedly assassinated via VX nerve agent, a lethal chemical weapon. The second notion that the CIA is plotting an airport-related bio-terror attack was corroborated by an Outbreak News report from August 26, 2018, entitled ‘Seattle: Possible Measles Exposure at Sea-Tac Airport‘ which stated that a Seattle man who had recently traveled to Asia may have exposed others to the measles at Sea-Tac Airport and the waiting room of Harborview Medical Center. Lastly, the notion that infected airport patrons will escape or accidentally be set free was foreshadowed in a Sputnik report from September 5, 2018, entitled ‘Passengers Set Free Following Quarantine at French Airport‘ which stated that passengers who had formerly been quarantined on suspicion of cholera at the Perpignan Airport in France were released.
3.4: CRUISE SHIP-RELATED OUTBREAK
Based on breaking news, events and numerology, it appears that CIA Headquarters located beneath Lake Geneva in Switzerland is plotting a cruise ship-related bio-chemical attack specifically to trigger a global biological pandemic. In order to draw unprecedented media coverage to the quarantined cruise ship, the CIA will predictably leak a video showing the initial bio-attack and/or the horrific effects of the purported outbreak aboard the cruise ship. Said video will subsequently go viral. Needless to say, if cruise ship passengers were really infected with a live airborne pathogen as purported (e.g., Anthrax, Ebola, Monkeypox, Smallpox, etc.), the last place the government would house them is inside a busy cruise ship, cruise ship terminal or local hospital where they could infect others, especially when there are scores of remote U.S. and NATO military bases available. Nevertheless, in order to foreshadow the notion that cruise ships are about to suffer an airborne biological outbreak, the Anchorage Daily News published a report on September 13, 2018, entitled ‘Alaska Issues Air Quality Violations for 8 Cruise Ships‘ which stated that Alaska environmental managers have issued notices to eight cruise ships for violating air quality standards during the summer cruise season. This report was designed-part to not only foreshadow the release of an airborne biological contagion aboard a cruise ship and/or cruise ship terminal, but to also foreshadow that the CIA will stage multiple cruise ship attacks, simultaneously.
3.5: HOSPITAL-RELATED OUTBREAK
Based on breaking news, events and numerology, it appears that CIA Headquarters located beneath Lake Geneva in Switzerland is plotting a hospital-related bio-chemical-related attack or outbreak specifically to trigger a global biological pandemic. That being said, hospitals may also suffer a containment breach after it houses victims of a local bio-chemical attack. That is specifically why the patients of the recent wave of airliner and airport-related quarantines were inexplicably transported to local hospitals despite the fact that scores of remote U.S. and NATO military bases were available. In order to associate hospitals with ISIS just prior to a bio-chemical attack, outbreak, quarantine and subsequent breach, the Independent published a report back on February 7, 2015, entitled ‘ISIS-Linked Hackers Attack NHS Websites to Show Gruesome Syrian Civil War Images‘ which stated that, the hacks ‘appear to be deliberately targeted at a British public institution […] dealing with something which affects every member of the public, their health’. Needless to say, a biological pandemic affects every member of the public, especially their health. Roughly 8-months later, The Express published a report on October 12, 2015, entitled ‘ISIS Luring Opponents to Hospitals where Doctors are Murdering them with Lethal Injections‘ which stated that so-called ‘doctors’ for the ISIS are administering lethal injections to anyone they suspect of being opposed to their insane Jihadi cause. Needless to say, a global biological pandemic can only be curbed, at least modern science thinking-wise, by lethal injections administered at the behest of the CIA whose code-name is coincidentally ISIS, hence the veiled irony in the propaganda report. The inexplicable hospital quarantine scenario was also witnessed in the aftermath of the attempted bio-attack assassination of Sergei Viktorovich Skripal on March 4, 2018, a former Russian military intelligence officer who acted as a double agent for the UK’s intelligence services (e.g., MI5, MI6, SAS, Scotland Yard, etc.). After Skripal and his daughter Yulia were allegedly poisoned with a Russian Novichok nerve agent at a local mall, they were transported to Salisbury District Hospital in England. The notion that the CIA is plotting a hospital-related quarantine and/or subsequent outbreak was confirmed once again on August 24, 2018, when it was reported that a Seattle man who had recently traveled to Asia exposed others to the Measles while in the waiting room of the Emergency Department of Harborview Medical Center. Lastly, the notion that a hospital will suffer a bio-chemical-related attack or outbreak was foreshadowed in the new terror television show entitled ‘Jack Ryan‘ which features the timed release of the chemical agent Cesium into the ventilation system of Washington Memorial Hospital in Washington, D.C.
3.6: HURRICANE-RELATED OUTBREAK
Based on breaking news, events and numerology, it appears that CIA Headquarters located beneath Lake Geneva in Switzerland is plotting a Poxvirus-related outbreak in the wave of a hurricane specifically to trigger a global biological pandemic. That is to say that the CIA will claim that flooding from a hurricane unearthed the graves of Poxvirus victims, spawning a biological outbreak of the disease. In order for this type of outbreak to come to fruition, a Poxvirus would have to literally be resurrected from the grave, possibly in the aftermath of hurricane-induced mass flooding. In the December 26, 2003, report from the Washington Post entitled ‘In Medical Mystery, A Hint of Smallpox‘ it states in respect to a Civil War envelope containing Smallpox scabs that there a slim chance that scabs could yield live Smallpox virus.Referring to the envelope, Inger Damon, Chief of the CDC Pox Virus Group, stated, ‘It all depends on what’s in there’. Translation: Any one who finds a grave containing cells from a corpse (person) who died from Smallpox or another Poxvirus will now be able to, at least theoretically speaking, replicate a live Smallpox virus. This new working theory naturally has repercussions in respect to the Smallpox graves of the American Civil War (1861-1865) which a Hurricane Sandy-like may storm like Hurricane Florence may that unearth. The report also cites the British medical journal ‘Lancet’ which reportedly published a paper in 1985 suggesting that Smallpox could live as long as a century in the crypts of victims interred in cool, dry climates.
