EARTH, Undisclosed Location — Based on breaking news and events, it appears that CIA Headquarters located beneath CERN at Lake Geneva in Switzerland is plotting a Chinese and/or Russian-based cyber and/or nuclear/EMP attack targeting the America and/or Europe specifically to trigger World War III.
Exactly what type of attack is planned is not known, but it appears that the CIA is plotting a made-for-TV attack on American satellites and/or a cyber-attack on the electrical grid, likely leading to a prolonged blackout in Europe and/or the United States as well as nuclear World War III between the United States and NATO versus China and Russia.
In what appears to be the way that Russian will be able to stage a surprise Pearl Harbor-like attack on the United States, it was reported back on May 27, 2016, that Russia conducted a successful flight test of a developmental anti-satellite missile that is capable of destroying U.S. navigation, communications, and intelligence satellites.
At the very same time, the U.S. Ar Force executed ‘Schriever Wargame 2016’ at Maxwell Air Force Base, Montgomery, Alabama which included ‘simulated activities by missiles, cyber attacks, and orbiting satellite-killing robots’. In other words, the U.S. is practicing for a missile attack on satellites while Russia is testing a missile to take out U.S. missiles.
According to reports, ‘Scenarios also included cyber attacks against GPS satellites that provided false data to military GPS receivers that are widely used for navigating precision-guided weapons’. Consequently, at some point the U.S. drill will take down American satellites so that the impending Chinese or Russian attack can commence.
In order to sell the notion that nuclear missile strikes are imminent, Space.com published a report back on January 20, 2017, entitled ‘Air Force to Launch Missile-Warning Satellite Friday‘ which highlighted the launch of a military satellite designed to: a) detect enemy missiles, b) determine where they came from, and c) detect where they are headed.
The latest anti-missile satellite is ‘considered one of the nation’s highest-priority space programs’ and is ‘designed to provide global, persistent, infrared surveillance capabilities to meet 21st-century demands in four national security mission areas, including missile warning, missile defense, technical intelligence and battlespace awareness’.
According to National Security Expert, Jim Sciutto, ‘Russia and China have both put weapons in space: Lasers, kamikaze satellites. Kidnapper satellites‘ and ‘China has developed a satellite that can grab other satellites out of orbit’. In other words, China is planning to hijack American satellites as a future date.
CHINESE AND/OR RUSSIAN ATTACK ON US SATELLITES GUARANTEED
In order to foreshadow a Chinese and/or Russian attack on U.S. satellites just prior to its fruition in reality, the National Interest published a report on May 27, 2019. entitled, ‘Russia and China Could Do This to Win a War Against America‘ along with the subtitle, ‘A Space Strike?’ which was designed to foreshadow the impending Chinese and Russian attack on American satellites. According to the timely CIA-spawned report, ‘In the event of a major war between global powers, adversaries could choose to deliberately impede opponents’ use of space by damaging their satellites in a way that also forms major debris fields and interrupts the opponent’s space-based expeditionary warfare efforts An initial limited first strike by one power against an adversary’s satellites could trigger a bigger retaliation (and perhaps even be misread as a harbinger of a more extreme offensive), which could then spiral into an all-out battle of satellite destruction. Even without much escalation, the initial destruction of a small number of satellites could trigger major damage to day-to-day affairs on earth. As the United States looks to expand its investments in space as part of its great power competition with Russia and China, the U.S. military is acutely aware of the risks of a war in space. Today, the United States possesses approximately half of all satellites in orbit and is very dependent on space to wage war. Consequently, its space strategy remains primarily centered on deterrence, though Washington is certainly preparing to defend its satellites and counterattack if necessary. Deterrence alone, however, may not be enough. As more and more countries develop ASAT capabilities, and as other great powers — particularly China — rapidly perfect theirs, conflicts on earth are increasingly likely to extend to space in the form of direct attacks on enemy satellites. Indeed, this outcome is almost guaranteed during any large-scale peer-to-peer conflict between the great powers, especially given the United States’ heavy dependence on its space architecture’.
THE NEW CHINESE-RUSSIAN WORLD WAR III PARTNERSHIP
The notion that CIA Headquarters in Geneva, Switzerland is plotting a Chinese-Russian attack on America was first identified back on August 10, 2016, when the Daily Star published a report entitled ‘World War 3 fears: Vladimir Putin and China to ‘Unite in Global Domination Quest‘ which quoted Chinese President Xi Jinping who made a speech at the 95th anniversary of the founding of the Chinese Communist Party calling on Russia to create a union with China which will leave NATO ‘powerless’ and ‘put an end to the imperialist desires of the West’. Jinping stated that, ‘The world is on the verge of radical change … We see how the European Union is gradually collapsing, as is the US economy — it is all over for the New World Order … So, it will never again be as it was before, in 10 years we will have a new world order in which the key will be the union of China and Russia’. Roughly three months later on October 11, 2016, the Daily Star published a report entitled, ‘World War 3 Warning: US Branded ‘Real Threat’ to Russia and China‘ which stated that, ‘Moscow and Beijing are squaring up to Washington as the superpowers face the looming threat of World War 3’ and that a ‘Chinese general has stirred the conflict pot as he lashed out at the US in a chilling speech – promising his nation and Russia would respond’. The notion that China and Russia are actively war-gaming an attack on the United States was essentially confirmed on April 4, 2019, when Foreign Affairs published a report entitled, ‘Are Russia and China Really Forming an Alliance?‘ which revealed that, ‘Economic relations between Russia and China are rapidly expanding, and some experts have cited these ties as evidence of a growing closeness between the two countries’. Roughly three weeks later on April 25, 2019, Russian President Vladimir Putin arrived in China to meet with Chinese President Xi Jinping, leading to further speculation of collusion between the two countries. The collusion between the two countries came to a head on May 6, 2019, as detailed by the New York Times report entitled, ‘United States Rattles Arctic Talks With a Sharp Warning to China and Russia‘, when U.S. Secretary of State Mike Pompeo warned China and Russia against ‘aggressive’ actions in the Arctic, stating that, ‘This is America’s moment to stand up as an Arctic nation … The region has become an arena of global power and competition’. In order to foreshadow that China and Russia are ganging up on America, the Hill published a report back on May 14, 2019, entitled, ‘China, Russia Move Into the Arctic — and Put US at Risk‘ which highlighted the aforementioned comments by Pompeo which shocked his fellow foreign ministers at the biannual meeting of the Arctic Council, the premier regional forum for Arctic matters. That same day, May 14, 2019, Foreign Affairs published a report entitled, ‘A Russian-Chinese Partnership Is a Threat to U.S. Interests‘ which states, ‘Russia and China are strengthening ties across virtually every dimension of their relationship’ and that, ‘Russia and China have long shared a common complaint: since the end of the Cold War, both powers have been uneasy with the United States and the international order it dominates, which they feel disadvantages them’. Also on May 14, 2019, CBS published a report entitled, ‘China and Russia are Waging a ‘Shadow War’ Against U.S. and We’re Not Fighting Back, Author Says‘ which further confirmed the notion that China and Russia are actively plotting an attack on America, albeit from the shadows. Lastly, in order to foreshadow Chinese-Russian collusion just prior to a joint-attack on America, Al Jazeera published a report on May 28, 2018, entitled, ‘China, Russia to Boycott US-Sponsored Manama Conference‘ which was designed to sell the notion that China and Russia are politically on the same page.
FLASHBACK: CIA STAGES ANTI-SATELLITE NUCLEAR ATTACK TEST
Back on July 9, 1962, the CIA executed a high-altitude nuclear test entitled Starfish Prime in a joint effort of the Atomic Energy Commission (AEC) and the Defense Atomic Support Agency. The name Starfish Prime was evidently designed to foreshadow a submarine-based nuclear/EMP attack on America’s electrical grid during Prime Time television. Nevertheless, the anti-electrical and anti-satellite nuclear attack was launched from Johnston Island, and was the largest nuclear test conducted in outer space. According to reports, a Thor rocket carrying a W49 thermonuclear warhead was launched from Johnston Island in the Pacific Ocean, about 900 miles (1,450 km) west-southwest of Hawaii. The explosion took place at an altitude of 250 miles (400 km), above a point 19 miles (31 km) southwest of Johnston Island. It produced a yield equivalent to 1.4 megatonnes of TNT. The explosion was about 10° above the horizon as seen from Hawaii, at 11 PM Hawaii time.
WHAT IS A NUCLEAR EMP ATTACK
An Nuclear EMP is a burst of electromagnetic radiation which usually results from a high energy nuclear explosion that suddenly fluctuates the magnetic field. Theoretically, an EMP could wipe out everything electronic (planes, trains, cars, computers, internet, satellites, etc.) in a flash. EMP terror has gained popularity of late and has been featured in movies such as “The Matrix” and television shows such as “24” and the #1 show on NBC entitled “Revolution”, which eerily features a post-EMP America with no electricity. Aside from the Hollywood EMP propaganda, there has been recent EMP terror legislation by the U.S. congress, a number of EMP terror conferences, and EMP terror scholarly whitepapers which have all been preparing local, state and federal officials for an upcoming EMP terror attack on America. Based on the 12 major power outages in 2012 alone, it appears that the U.S. government is programming the public for the permanent loss of electricity. Coincidentally, in September of 2012, Alex Jones of Infowars released a new magazine which indicates that the STRATFOR intelligence operation known as Infowars knows that the internet is about to expire and have planned ahead by launching a new propaganda magazine. In the propaganda film entitled “Red Dawn” (2012), (See: Trailer) a group of American youth out partying after a football game, suddenly find themselves in the middle of a major blackout, likely from an EMP attack.
DHS NUCLEAR EMP MEMO
The U.S. Department of Homeland Security report from October 9, 2018, entitled, ‘Strategy for Protecting and Preparing the Homeland Against Threats of Electromagnetic Pulse and Geomagnetic Disturbances‘ warns that an Nuclear EMP attack is imminent, stating that, ‘An intentional electromagnetic pulse (EMP) attack or a naturally occurring geomagnetic disturbance…could damage significant portions of the Nation’s critical infrastructure, including the electrical grid, communications equipment, water and wastewater systems, and transportation modes…Extreme electromagnetic incidents caused by an intentional electromagnetic pulse (EMP) attack or a naturally occurring geomagnetic disturbance (GMD, also referred to as “space weather”) could damage significant portions of the Nation’s critical infrastructure, including the electrical grid, communications equipment, water and wastewater systems, and transportation modes. The impacts are likely to cascade, initially compromising one or more critical infrastructure sectors, spilling over into additional sectors, and expanding beyond the initial geographic regions. EMPs are associated with intentional attacks using high-altitude nuclear detonations, specialized conventional munitions, or non-nuclear directed energy devices. Effects vary in scale from highly local to regional to continental, depending upon the specific characteristics of the weapon and the attack profile. High-altitude electromagnetic pulse attacks (HEMP) using nuclear weapons are of most concern because they may permanently damage or disable large sections of the national electric grid and other critical infrastructure control systems’.
THE GRIDEX III EMP ATTACK DRILL
Considering that back on November 13-15, 2013, a massive power grid terror drill entitled “GridEx II” was executed on the East Coast of America, there is a real possibility that a massive nuclear EMP attack could turn the lights out on America for good. According to the August 16, 2013, a New York Times report entitled “As Worries Over The Power Grid Rise, A Drill Will Simulate A Knockout Blow” was published which stated that “the electric grid, as government and private experts describe it, is the glass jaw of American industry. If an adversary lands a knockout blow, they fear, it could black out vast areas of the continent for weeks; interrupt supplies of water, gasoline, diesel fuel and fresh food; shut down communications; and create disruptions of a scale that was only hinted at by Hurricane Sandy and the attacks of Sept. 11”. According to the report, “Thousands of utility workers, business executives, National Guard officers, F.B.I. antiterrorism experts and officials from government agencies in the United States, Canada and Mexico are preparing for an emergency drill in November that will simulate physical attacks and cyber-attacks that could take down large sections of the power grid. They will practice for a crisis unlike anything the real grid has ever seen, and more than 150 companies and organizations have signed up to participate.”
