After the recent exposure of a major false-flag bio-terror plot by the state of Israel, a new bio-terror plot appears to have been amalgamated for Asia, namely the Korean Peninsula. As first depicted in the “Bio-Terror Bible”, a false-flag bio-terror attack on South Korea , Japan, Guam or the Philippines by an alleged North Korean missile armed with a biological warhead is a now a real and distinct possibility which could inevitably spark the bio-terror pandemic planned for 2013. Although North Korea has superficially attacked South Korea on many different occasions, this time it appears that it will be for real as evidenced by the recent revelation that North Korea had nullified the 1953 armistice with South Korea.

While the world has been purposely distracted by President Kim Jong-un’s  inflammatory war rhetoric about its missile and nuclear programs, North Korea has been reportedly plotting a bio-terror attack with one or more of its 13 reported biological agents, some of which have even been reportedly tested on retarded and handicapped North Korean children. Likely originated in 2005, this secretive false-flag bio-terror plot has gone into full swing with the election U.S. President Barack Obama in 2008. Since then, South Korea and the U.S. have executed at least 15 major war games for the impending North Korean bio-terror attack. Needless to say, false-flag bio-terror on the Korean Peninsula is blinking red on every level.

As revealed in a recent report entitled “Red Alert: Mass Bio-Terror Pandemic Imminent”, the genesis of the 2013 bio-terror pandemic will be a “made-for-TV event” whereby millions will witness the bio-terror outbreak on live television. This so called bio-terror “event” will likely occur when the agents known as anthrax (Bacillus anthracis) and/or smallpox (Variola major) are allegedly used by North Korea in an unprovoked attack on Seoul, the capitol of South Korea and/or the 28,500 U.S. military personal stationed in the Korean Demilitarized Zone (DMZ). Although the North Korean bio-attack may even be compared to the Holocaust when it’s all said and done, the engineered pandemic responsible for killing millions of people will be the direct result of lethal vaccines issued to the public by the military and medical establishments of the U.S., North Korean and South Korean governments in the aftermath of the bio-terror attack.

Prior to a high-profile bio-terror attack by North Korea on the nation of South Korea or on the United States via the DMZ, the public must be psychologically prepared to accept that this is in fact possible. Hollywood movie propaganda is a slick way of showing that yes, it can happen. “Red Dawn” (2012) is a film (see trailer) in which the U.S. is the victim of a red-dawn aerial attack by the military of North Korea. “Olympus Has Fallen” (2013) is a film (see trailer) in which the U.S., namely the White House, is attacked by an ex-North Korean terrorist with military aircraft, suicide bombers and cyber warfare.

1. North Korean President Kim Jong-un:

1.1: President Kim Jong-un
President Kim Jong-un and the North Korean government are currently being vilified and demonized in the international press and have been systematically set-up to be scapegoated for the bio-attack if and when it transpires in reality. The United Nations has also destroyed the reputation of North Korea with a total of 8 Security Council Resolutions which have been leveled against the country, including one in January of 2013. In an attempt to bring as much international attention to North Korea prior to a biological attack, North Korean President Kim Jong-Un was chosen as one of TIME’s “100 Most Influential People In The World” in 2012. Also, former NBA basketball star Dennis Rodman recently paid to visit President Kim Jong-Un. This outrageous story made international headlines and according to the latest reports, Rodman is now reportedly planning a vacation with President Un.

1.2: Kim Jong-un & Mind Control
Shortly after the mysterious death of North Korean President Kim Jong-il on August 24, 2012, his son, Kim Jong-un was placed into “power”. Since then, Jong-un has been routinely portrayed in the media as being mentally unstable, highly sensitive and willing to attack at a moment’s notice. Not surprisingly, Kim Jong-un exhibits all the telltale signs of being brainwashed and under mind-control, and was even spotted with his “handler” on numerous occasions while attending “private school” in Switzerland. According to Wikipedia, “mind control” was first developed in Korea during the Korean War and involves  a process in which a group or individual “systematically uses unethically manipulative methods to persuade others to conform to the wishes of the manipulator(s), often to the detriment of the person being manipulated”.

2. North & South Korea Korean Bio-Terror:

2.1: South Korean Bio-War Exercises
Ever since the 2008 campaign and subsequent election of U.S. President Barack Obama, the South Korean government along with the U.S., has been busy systematically preparing both its civilian and military populations for a biological and/or chemical attack from North Korea. To date, there have been at least 15 major bio-war exercises and 2 live-fire naval exercises, including a two month drill from March 1, 2013, until April 30, 2013. Although “Combined Forces Command” joint-exercises were established in November of 1978 by an agreement between the South Korean and U.S. governments, the nature of these military drills has recently changed. In 2008, the yearly war game exercise known as “Ulchi-Focus Lens” was curiously renamed “Ulchi Freedom Guardian” (UFG), and it suddenly began to focus solely on a future biological and/or chemical attack originating from North Korea. One of the highlights of UFG exercise is mock air raids and chemical weapons attacks on the South Korean capital of Seoul.

South Korean Bio-War Games & Drills:

1. August 18-22, 2008: S.Korea & U.S. Execute “Ulchi Freedom Guardian” Bio-War Exercise
2. August 17-27, 2009: S.Korea & U.S. Execute “Ulchi Freedom Guardian” Bio-War Exercise

17. March 1-April 30, 2013: “S.Korea & U.S. Execute “Key Resolve/Foal Eagle” Bio-War Exercise

2.2: South Korean Bio-Warfare Conferences

Starting in 2010, biological and chemical weapons related conferences between South Korea and the United States have started to occur on a regular basis. These bio-war conferences and summits ultimately indicate that the South Korean military is being systematically programmed by the U.S. as to how and when they should respond to the impending bio-terror attack by North Korea.

South Korean Bio-War Conferences:

1. October 13, 2010: S.Korea & U.S. Hold Bio-War Conference
2. May 31, 2011: S.Korea & U.S. Hold Bio-War Conference
3. August 8, 2011: S.Korea & U.S. Hold Bio-War Conference & Form Joint Bio-War Taskforce
4. November 15, 2011: S.Korea & U.S. Hold Bio-War Conference
5. February 21, 2012: S.Korea Attends Asia Pacific CBRN Conference

2.3: North Korean Bio-Terror Propaganda
If the news and propaganda in respect to North Korea is to be believed, North Korea has an “active” and “secretive” bioweapons program which has been allegedly testing bioweapons on children. Also, North Korea attempted to launch a biochemical attack against South Korea prior to the G20 Summit in Seoul, and has the ability to produce upwards of 1.25 million chemical bombs. They also have approximately 200,000 troops, which are reportedly ready to carry out military operations, including the dispersal of anthrax spores with specialized equipment. North Korea was also “caught” shipping approximately 14,000 anti-chemical weapons suits along with reagents used to identify chemical substances that become airborne after a chemical weapons attack. Lastly, North Korea plans to use recently purchased American-made drones to target South Korean troops stationed on border.

2.4: South Korean Bio-Terror Propaganda
Conversely, if the news and propaganda in respect to South Korea is to be believed, South Korea destroyed a stockpile of over 1 million smallpox vaccines after they allegedly spoiled but refused to destroy another 4.59 million doses, even though they have reached their expiration date. Also, South Korea is vulnerable to a North Korean biological attack and do not yet have enough vaccines to guard against North Korea’s biological and chemical related offenses. As a result, an estimated 20,000 and 600,000 South Koreans will die if anthrax is released via missile over Seoul which will the reportedly cause a panic likely resulting in the death of thousands more. As of February of 2012, South Korea has restructured its military to form a new “Department of WMD Response” in the anticipation of a North Korean bio-attack. They have also released a 130-page government whitepaper on how to deal with a major bio-war between the years of 2013 and 2017. Lastly, the U.S. sees “South Korea as one of the most likely places to see a return of the deadly [smallpox] virus” and according to allied officials, the risk (of a smallpox outbreak in South Korea) is double.

2.5: North Korean’s “Active” Bio-Weapons Program
On September 7, 2005, a U.S. government report stated that there was an “active” biological weapons program in North Korea. The findings were outlined in the State Department’s “Adherence to and Compliance with Arms Control, Nonproliferation, and Disarmament Agreements and Commitments” report. According to the report, North Korea has a “dedicated, national-level effort to develop a Bio-Weapons capability”.

2.6: North Korea “Tests [Bio] Weapons on Children”
On July 24, 2009, it was reported that an ex-North Korean special forces captain named Im Chun-yong had confirmed that biological and chemical weapons were being tested on children in North Korea, specifically those who were mentally retarded or physically handicapped. Im is quoted as saying, “If you are born mentally or physically deficient, the government says your best contribution to society… is as a guinea pig for biological and chemical weapons testing.” Im also stated that he was trained how to use biochemical weapons against the “enemy” – including how to fire them from short-range “bazooka-style” weapons. The report went on to state that North Korea has 5,000 tons of biochemical weaponry including mustard gas, nerve agents, sarin, anthrax and cholera.

2.7: North Korea’s “Secret” Bioweapons Program
On October 1, 2009, it was reported that North Korea has developed a vast bioweapons (BW) research and development program in secrecy. According to the report, the top-secret BW program is located within the infrastructure of a civilian research organization which encompasses at least 20 facilities throughout the country, including 12 chemical weapons plants. The report further stated that the North Korea’s BW program has 5000 tons of biological agents including smallpox, pneumonic plague, cholera, botulism, sarin, mustard gas and hydrogen cyanide.

2.8: North Korea’s “Anthrax Missile”
On October 1, 2009, it was reported that an anthrax attack by North Korea “might use a modified missile that cruises at low altitude to spray a fine mist of weaponized germs over its target area” which could have the “potential to decimate South Korea and the 28,000 U.S. troops” stationed in the DMZ. North Korea is the only world government that has never signed, acceded to or even responded to invitations to join the Chemical Weapons Convention.

2.9: North Korea’s “13 Types” of Bio-Weapons

On October 5, 2009, it was reported that North Korea allegedly has 5,000 tons of chemical weapons including 13 types of viruses and germs which could be used in a future bio-terror attack. According to the report, the list of North Korean chemical and biological weapons includes cholera, yellow fever, smallpox, eruptive typhus, rickettsia, mustard gas, phosgene, colorless poison gas, blood agents, sarin, and tabun (a liquid chemical compound used as a nerve gas), all of which could theoretically  “be deliverable by artillery or missile to cause massive civilian casualties in South Korea”.

2.10: North Korea’s “G20 Bio-Terror Attack” Plan
On August 13, 2010, it was reported that North Korea had attempted to launch a biochemical attack against South Korea prior to the G20 Summit in Seoul, South Korea. According to Choi Sung-yong, the head of Family Assembly Abducted to North Korea, North Korea was preparing to send “20 different deadly biochemical weapons attached to balloons and parachutes across the border”. Choi allegedly received the information about the impeding attack from “an active soldier in the North Korean Army”. Three months later on November 12, 2010, Sung-yong’s original report was confirmed when British diplomats also raised concerns that North Korea could strike South Korea with biological weapons during the G20 Summit in order to create an attention grabbing event. According to diplomatic sources within the U.K., a North Korean attack could consist of an incursion into South Korean waters, missile testing in South Korean airspace, or the use of biological weapons filled balloons against the Seoul.

2.11: North Korea’s “1.25 Million Chemical Bombs”
On October 14, 2010, it was reported that Kwon Yang-Joo, an official with Korea Institute for Defense Analyses (KIDA), had stated that North Korea could easily manufacture up to 12,000 tons of chemical weapons as well as produce upwards of 1.25 million chemical bombs, all of which could be deliverable by aircraft, missiles or artillery shells. Yang-Joo went on to state that North Korea’s chemical weapons stockpile is South Korea’s number one security priority and that, “The international community must show its strong will in seeking disarmament of North Korea’s chemical weapons”.

2.12: North Korea’s “200,000 Special Forces” Troops
On December 31, 2010, it was reported in a South Korean government defense white paper, that North Korea has 2,500 to 5,000 tons of various chemical weapons and it continues to develop chemical, biological and nuclear weapons. According to the white paper, North Korea has increased the number of its Special Forces by 20,000 over the past two years, reaching a total of approximately 200,000 troops, which are reportedly ready to carry out military operations aimed at attacking South Korean facilities, assassinating important people and infiltrating the South by using a network of underground tunnels. Roughly a year later, defense expert Bruce Bennett of the RAND Corporation stated that North Korea would most likely use several means of dispersing anthrax spores against South Korea including missiles, aircraft and Special Forces equipped with specialized equipment.

2.13: South Korea’s “Spoiled” Smallpox Vaccine Stockpile
On September 8, 2011, it was reported that South Korea had to destroy a stockpile of over 1 million smallpox vaccines after they allegedly spoiled. According to the report, the spoiled doses, which had yet to reach their expiration date, were produced by a South Korean pharmaceutical company in 2009. Curiously, another 4.59 million doses purchased from 2003 and 2008 have also reportedly reached their expiration date but are not being eliminated from the stockpile. According to data from the Korea Food and Drug Administration, a series of animal tests conducted on the doses produced in 2009 failed when all of the guinea pigs used in the toxicity tests died after being injected with doses from the batch. The KFDA stated that “the high toxicity of the batch has made the doses unfit for human use” and they have asked the Korean Centers for Disease Control and Prevention to destroy them. Seoul has also been forced to destroy 980,000 vaccines for bubonic plague after they passed their expiration date, none of which have reportedly been replaced.

2.14: South Korea “Vulnerable” to North Korean Bio-Attack
On September 25, 2011, it was reported that the South Korean military is vulnerable to a North Korean biological attack, due to a lack of adequate equipment. According to the report, Rep. Shin Hak-yong of the South Korean Democratic Party stated that the South Korean military is only capable of detecting only 4 or North Korea’s 13 kinds of biological agents, including anthrax bacterium, smallpox virus and cholera. Shin also stated that although South Korea’s anti-biological military vehicles are antiquated, the military is planning to deploy a new anti-biological detector at the nation’s major airports, ports and military facilities.

2.15: South Korea Still “Developing” Bio-War Defense
On October 10, 2011, it was reported that South Korea is still researching and developing defensive measures against a possible biological and chemical attack from North Korea. Kim Kwan-jin, the country’s defense minister, stated that while South Korea does not yet have vaccines against those types of biological and chemical related offenses, they will be put in place soon. “Since the project costs a lot of money, we haven’t settled on the exact date on when we can develop vaccines…But once they’re developed, there should be no major problem”, Kim stated. According to the report, South Korean defense ministry estimates that North Korea has up to 5,000 tons of chemical weapons and is capable of growing cholera, smallpox and anthrax.

2.16: North Korean “Anthrax Attack Could Kill 600,000”
On October 27, 2011, it was reported that an American defense expert warned that North Korean could kill between 20,000 and 600,000 South Koreans if it released anthrax over Seoul. According to Bruce Bennett of the RAND Corporation, a North Korean attack using an aerosolized form of anthrax would leave many with respiratory anthrax, the most difficult form of the illness to treat. Bennett also stated that North Korea would most likely use several means of dispersing anthrax spores, including missiles, aircraft and Special Forces equipped with specialized equipment. Bennett warned that the use of biological weapons by North Korea would occur as a prelude to an attack and encouraged South Korea to investigate domestic terror groups with connections to North Korea that were capable of spreading chemical materials over a large area.

2.17: North Korean Chemical Attack Would “Cause Panic”
On December 20, 2011, it was reported that U.S. and allied military planners believe that although South Korea would ultimately win in a conventional war, North Korea would seek to cause panic by using its chemical and biological arsenal. South Korean defense estimates that the army of North Korea is in possession of 2,500 to 5,000 tons of chemical weapons, including mustard, phosgene, blood agents, sarin, tabun, V-agents, botulinum toxin and anthrax. According to the report, North Korea’s chemical agents could be delivered by aircraft, ballistic missiles, long-range artillery, rocket launchers or naval vessels.

2.18: North Korea’s Bio-Chemical Attack Plan Exposed
In 2012, the International Institute for Strategic Studies (IISS) released a suspicious report in respect to North Korea’s chemical and biological weapons program. Despite the fact that North Korea is rogue terrorist nation, the IISS think-tank of London, England, curiously reveal “North Korea’s offensive military plans”, with no mention of how they are privy to such information: “North Korean forces could use chemical weapons against US and South Korean forces to reduce these forces’ combat effectiveness, deny the use of mobilization centers, storage areas, and military bases…chemical agents could be used to help break through defensive lines or to hinder an allied counterattack…chemical agents could be used against fixed targets, including command and control centers, logistics hubs, and airbases…North Korean offensive military plans include the use of chemical agents delivered by a variety of traditional means, such as ballistic missiles, artillery rockets and shells, mortars, and aerial bombs and sprays, against both military and civilian targets…North Korea is capable of producing significant amounts of common biological agents, such as anthrax, and delivering these agents through a variety of conventional and unconventional means…North Korea possesses chemical weapons and is prepared to use them against military and civilian targets in offensive operations or in retaliation for an attack on North Korea…At the strategic level, the potential delivery of large quantities of chemical or biological agents to nearby targets (such as Seoul) and smaller quantities to more distant targets (such as Tokyo) could cause significant civilian casualties.”

2.19: U.N. Investigates North Korea For Exporting Chemical Weapons
On January 6, 2012, it was reported that the United Nations is looking into allegations that North Korea attempted to export chemical weapons to Syria in 2009. According to the report, Greek authorities allegedly seized a shipping container from a Liberia-registered freighter stuffed with approximately 14,000 anti-chemical weapons suits along with multiple types of ampules believed to be made of glass containing powdered or liquid reagents used to identify chemical substances that become airborne after a chemical weapons attack. These reagents can either be used during a chemical weapons attack or in the defense against them. The Greek government reported the seizures of the ampules and suits in September of 2011 as a violation of the U.N. Security Council’s Sanctions Committee’s resolution banning North Korea from exporting arms-related materials.

2.20: North Korea’s “American-Made” Drones
On February 6, 2012, it was reported that North Korea, by way of Syria, had purchased numerous high-speed American-made target drones with the intent of developing new drones based off the technology. According to the report, North Korea has already conducted numerous tests on high-speed drones mounted with high explosives and that the “North appears likely to deploy [the drones] near the inter-Korean border to target South Korean troops stationed on border islands in the Yellow Sea”. In the aftermath of a North Korean bio-terror attack, drones will likely be blamed in the attack.

2.21: South Korea’s Forms New “Department of WMD Response”
On February 13, 2012, it was reported that military officials in the defense ministry of South Korea had stated that the military will undergo restructuring in an effort to strengthen its defense against weapons of mass destruction. According to the report, under the proposed changes, the South Korean ministry’s “department of non-proliferation would be renamed the department of WMD response”. Officials working in that department would form the country’s defense policy against potential WMD attacks from North Korea, including a response to chemical and biological weapons, and non-proliferation.

2.22: South Korea: “We Need More Vaccines”
On March 5, 2012, it was reported that the defense ministry of South Korea has dispensed guidelines for responding to the bioterrorism threat posed by North Korea. According to the report, the defense ministry has released a 130 page guideline on the recommended responses to bioterrorism and the successive medical support to all military units. The new guidelines, the first of their kind, detail the 13 bioterrorism agents that North Korea is believed to have including smallpox, plague and anthrax. Song Young-sun, a lawmaker of the ruling Saenuri Party of South Korea, stated, “There is an urgent need to develop additional vaccines against bioterrorism…North Korea’s biological agents are asymmetrical weapons that can cause overwhelming chaos and damage, and we need to quickly develop additional vaccines…Under the new North Korean leadership of Kim Jong-un, things could change suddenly on the peninsula. We have to be fully prepared for bioterrorism and other sorts of threats.”

2.23: South Korea “Most Likely Place” for Smallpox Outbreak
On March 13, 2012, it was reported that South Korea’s defensive biological warfare capabilities, in respect to the smallpox virus, fall well short of North Korea’s offensive biological weapons capacity. According to the report, a defense white paper issued by South Korea’s Ministry of National Defense stated that North Korea has the biological capability to synthesize the smallpox virus. The report went on to state that the U.S. sees “South Korea as one of the most likely places to see a return of the deadly [smallpox] virus”, which is estimated to have killed more than 300 million people during the 20th century. Shin Hak-yong, a representative with the South Koreean Democratic Unity Party, stated that, “As the Korean military’s bio-chemical defense capabilities have been focused on chemical warfare, preparations for biological warfare have been neglected”.

2.24: Korean Smallpox Outbreak “Risk Is Double”
On May 14, 2012, it was reported that North Korea has the biological ability to create the smallpox deadly virus. According to a report in the Korea Herald, Jacob Cohn, a representative of Danish vaccine maker Bavarian Nordic, stated that, “Anyone who has the intent and the capability can now create the smallpox virus, which is the most devastating disease we have ever seen…Here the risk (of a smallpox outbreak) is double, in the sense that you have a next door neighbor and you have the international community risk.”

2.25: South Korea’s “2013-2017” Bio-Terror Attack Plan
On May 21, 2012, it was reported that South Korea had announced a first-ever five-year plan to protect the country from bioterrorism attacks. According to the report, the Korea Centers for Disease Control and Prevention have released a 2013-2017 plan which includes: “extensive new research and development of vaccines and antidotes, quicker detection and accurate diagnosis of bioterror agents, and the collection of related information through international cooperation”. The unprecedented 2013-2017 bio-war plan appears to be cover for the official government playbook on how to deal with the aftermath of a large biological and/or chemical attack from North Korea, namely martial law enforcement, vaccine distribution, corpse removal, decontamination and public relations.

2.26: South Korea Developing ‘Kamikaze’ Attack Drones
October 9, 2012, it was reported that a suicide drone capable of striking North Korea is under development in South Korea. According to the report, the “Devil Killer” can reach speeds of approximately 250 mph, carry an explosive payload, automatically identify targets, as well as undertake an automatic strike or a manually executed one. The Devil Killer can theoretically strike a target 25 miles away in about 10 minutes and is expected to be deployed by 2015. This development is an obvious threat and provocation to North Korea and will likely be cited as one of the main justifications for a future North Korean biological and/or chemical attack on South Korea.

2.27: Korean Bio-War Aftermath
In the aftermath of a biological and/or chemical war on the Korean Peninsula in which millions will likely perish, it is highly likely that the United States will be scapegoated at the very least for provoking the North Korean attack and quite possibly even for masterminding both sides of the entire conflict. Aside from conducting over 15 bio-terror related war games and exercise, the U.S. has humiliated North Korean leaders on the international stage, in the press and on film. Recent headlines indicating that the U.S. is purposely provocateuring North Korea include but are not limited to: “US Denies Reports It Parachuted Soldiers Into North Korea”, “S Korea [US] Uses North’s Flag In Military Exercise”, “N. Korea Accuses US Of Attempting To Spark War”, North Korea Warns US To Cancel South Korea Drills”, “North K. Leader ‘Was Target Of Assassination Attempt’ – Reports”, and “U.S. Flies B-52s Over South Korea”.

3. United Nations Versus North Korea:

3.1: U.N. Security Council Resolution against North Korea
Prior to North Korea conducting an unprecedented and horrific biological and/or chemical attack on South Korea, the DMZ or another neighbor in the region, the country must be demonized publically in order to give the perception that North Korea is a lone-wolf lashing out against the world. On top of the 8 Security Council Resolutions leveled by the United Nations against North Korea, the country has also suffered numerous economic sanctions and regulations from nations around the world. Interestingly, of the 8 current U.N. resolutions against North Korea, only two of them are in respect to biological or chemical weapons ultimately giving well needed plausible deniability to U.N. and government officials in the aftermath of a North Korean bio-terror attack. By focusing almost solely on North Korea’s alleged nuclear program, the aforementioned officials are in essence pretending that North Korea’s bioweapons program is not lethal or offensive and will therefore be “surprised” if and when North Korea launches a full-scale bio-terror attack.

History of UNSC Resolutions against North Korea:

1. May 11, 1993: UNSC Resolution: UNSCR 0825/1993 (Nuclear)
2. April 28, 2004: UNSC Resolution: UNSCR 1540/2004 (WMD)
3. July 15, 2006: UNSC Resolution: UNSCR 1695/2006 (Ballistic Missiles)
4. October 14, 2006: UNSC Resolution: UNSCR 1718/2006 (Nuclear)
5. June 12, 2009: UNSC Resolution: UNSCR 1874/2009 (Nuclear)
6. June 10, 2011: UNSC Resolution: UNSCR 1985/2011(Nuclear)
7. January 23, 2013: UNSC Resolution: UNSCR 2087/2013 (Nuclear, WMD, Ballistic Missiles)
8. March 7, 2013: UNSC Resolution: UNSCR 2094/2013 (Nuclear)

4. North Korea’s  Escalating War Rhetoric:

4.1: North Korea’s War of Words
Inflammatory and provocative war headlines in respect to North Korea have become regularity since 2012. As evidenced, they are increasing with intensity and will most likely climax with an unprovoked biological attack by North Korea on South Korea or its neighbors using the agents known as anthrax or smallpox.

5. North Korea’s Escalating Missile Program:

5.1: North Korea’s Missile Activity Reaching Crescendo
Escalating missile and rockets tests by North Korea are increasing in proximity and well as distance. If the reports and propaganda is to be believed, North Korea now has the capability to launch missiles into outer space as well as strike America. To date, North Korea has allegedly conducted at least 12 missile tests and 2 rocket tests that will likely culminate in an unprecedented and unprovoked biological and/or chemical attack by North Korea on South Korea or its neighbors using the agents known as anthrax or smallpox.

6. North Korean Bio-Terror Targets:

6.1: Bio-Terror Plan B
Although a false-flag bio-terror attack on South Korea is the most likely scenario, the islands of Japan, Guam or the Philippines may be “accidentally” targeted with a North Korean missile armed with a biological and/or chemical warhead, suffer an Islamic bio-terror attack or be conveniently hit with a “natural disaster”. As evidenced, numerous bio-terror scenarios have been carefully been planned out over the last few years to ensure that the bio-terror pandemic planned for 2013 manifests itself in reality.

6.2: The Philippines
The tiny island nation of the Philippines has had more than its fair share of bio-terror related events, “natural disasters” and acts of terror. Starting in 2001, it was reported that the Philippines suffered a major “anthrax scare”. Four years later in 2005, it was reported that the Philippines was “not ready for a bio-terror attack” and that a chemical or biological attack would leave the country’s security forces completely helpless. In 2008, the Philippines was home to an 8 nation bio-terror drill. Since 2012, the Philippines have suffered unprecedented biological outbreaks including: Schistosomiasis, Leptospirosis, Cholera, Hepatitis A, Dengue Fever, Chikungunya and Anthrax. Also since 2012, the Philippines suffered numerous natural and man-made disasters including: 7.6 earthquake in September, 2012, massive flooding in September of 2012, a 6.5 earthquake in November of 2012, a typhoon in December of 2012, a major hotel fire in January of 2013, and a 6.2 earthquake in February of 2013. Based on recent news and events, the Philippines have been systematically and psychologically prepped for bio-terror on every level.

6.3: Philippine Terror Headlines

Since 2011, the Philippines have had numerous high-profile terror headlines including: “Philippine Police Bust Hacking Ring Financed By Terror Group”, “Embassy Warns US Citizens In Manila Of Possible Security Threat”, “3 Countries Join U.S. Security Alert In Philippines”, “Philippines, Muslim Rebels Announce Preliminary Peace Pact After Marathon Talks”, “Emerging Peace Deal In Philippines Could Turn Rebel Lairs Into Hostile Ground For Terrorists”, “Gunman Kills 9 In House-To-House Rampage In Philippine Town”, “Suspected US Drone Found Floating In Philippines”, “Man Accused Of Opening Fire In Philippine Court Building, Killing 2” “Robbers Spark Panic Among Shoppers In Huge Philippine Shopping Mall To Cover Their Escape”, “Al-Qaida-Linked Gunmen Free 2 Filipino Hostages In Philippines But Still Hold Foreign Captives” and “Malaysia Charges 8 Filipinos With Terrorism Offenses Over Deadly Armed Siege In Borneo”. Based this shocking terror escalation, an Al Qaeda/Muslim extremist type terror attack on a biological facility in the Philippines is likely in the terror cards.

6.4: Philippine Bio-Safety Lab 3
According to a document published by the Biological and Toxin Weapons Convention Meeting of Experts in August of 2009, “UP Manila is building a BSL 3 laboratory”. Whether or not a level 4 BSL labs exist in the Philippines is not known. Regardless, level 3 BSL labs contain deadly diseases such as Francisella tularensis, Leishmania donovani, Mycobacterium tuberculosis, Bacillus anthracis, Chlamydia psittaci, West Nile virus, Venezuelan equine encephalitis virus, Eastern equine encephalitis virus, SARS coronavirus, Coxiella burnetii, Rift Valley fever virus, and the Rickettsia rickettsii, virus. Should this BSL 3 lab be breached by alleged Islamic terrorists, a pandemic could theoretically spread across the Philippines, Asia and the world within days.

6.5: Islands & a Global Pandemic
As depicted in the Bio-Terror Bible, various islands may be used as the initial staging ground in the genesis of a global pandemic. An island would serve as a controlled environment whereby video footage of the sick and dying could be broadcast worldwide in order to convince humanity that there is indeed a real biological pandemic. After a short time, the pandemic would of course “spread” off the island thus giving the impression that the virus was airborne, had mutated or had somehow found its way onto the mainland via bird, ship, fish or plane. Numerous islands including Guam, Trinidad & Tobago, Hawaii, Virgin Islands, Taiwan, Japan, Ireland, Fiji, Turks and Caicos Islands, Solomon Islands, Philippines, Cuba, Barbados and Haiti have been home to suspicious bio-terror drills, war games, and outbreaks which may indicate that islands will be targeted with bio-terror in the near future.

6.6: Bio-Terror Mass Migration Drill?
On February 10, 2013, it was reported that the U.S. Army and U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) ran a week long bio-terror like drill off the coast of the Guantanamo Bay U.S. Naval Base which simulated wave of Caribbean migrants sailing to America brought on by political upheaval or natural disaster in the region. According to the report, “…participants would not disclose the script they will [were] working from”.  A similar migration drill in 2007 was held in Miami, Florida which featured a mass exodus of Cubans fleeing violence as a “mystery virus” spread among the refugee camps.

6.7: U.N. Generated Pandemic
In the aftermath of the 2010 Haiti Earthquake, various diseases spread quickly throughout the small island. According to reports, the earthquake in Haiti allegedly brought back cholera as more than 4,500 Haitians supposedly perished from the disease. Health experts also warned that diseases such as tetanus, gangrene, measles and meningitis could also breakout in Haiti. Interestingly, the source of the cholera according to thousands of Haitians was the U.N., who was directly blamed for the outbreak. The same treachery is to be expected on any island where the United Nations goes to “help” out in the aftermath of the a North Korean bio-terror attack or another so called “natural disaster”.

6.8: Island Bio-Safety Labs Ripe for Terror
Bio-Safety Labs (BSL) are a major health risk to the general public simply based on the fact that they house deadly pathogens. Also suspicious “accidents” routinely occur at various BSL labs within the U.S. and around the world. Currently, there are four level 4 BSL labs on islands in the South Pacific: the “Defence Science Organization (DSO)” in Singapore, the “Preventive Medical Institute of ROC Ministry of National Defense” in Taiwan (China), the “Institute of Physical and Chemical Research” in Kantō, Tsukuba, Japan, and the National Institute for Infectious Diseases” in Tokyo, Japan. Interestingly, the DSO in Singapore retains a BSL 4 mobile autopsy facility with the stated goal of conducting autopsies during a deadly epidemic outbreak. On March 24, 2013, it was reported that a vial containing the hemorrhagic fever virus, also known as the Guanarito virus, has “gone missing from a research facility in Galveston, Texas”. A day later on March 25, 2013, the Government Accountability Office (GOA) released a study finding that security risks at U.S. biological labs are still high.

7. Aftermath of Bio-Terror:

7.1: The Aftermath of Bio-Terror
If and when a bio-war or bio-terror attack occurs, it will most likely be masterminded by the Center for Biosecurity located at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center who have been directly responsible for funding and conducting numerous bio-terror related war games. Aside from having the means, the motive and the opportunity to conduct a major bio-terror attack, the government is the only entity with the resources to organize, plan, drill and execute a major bio-terror false-flag operation. In the aftermath of a bio-terror attack and subsequent pandemic, there will be mass confusion, fear, and hysteria. In this chaotic environment, there will be political and governmental agencies and institutions that will attempt to take advantage of the situation by declaring martial law and potentially forcing billions of people worldwide to take the lethal vaccines issued by the military and medical establishments in  the aftermath of the bio-terror attack.

8. The Good News about Bio-Terror:

8.1: The Good News
The good news is that the reality of bio-terror is almost 100% opposite of what the public has been led to believe. According to top scientists, the use of bio-weapons for mass terror is a very difficult process and totally unreliable. Steve Emmett, an expert on nerve agents at Oxford University stated that, “It’s easy to play up the risks and encourage panic,” but “In fact the risks of mass poisoning [from any chemical agent] are very low”. Emmett went on to state that smallpox can be passed on from person to person only by close physical contact, not simply by being in the same room as someone who is infected. Jonathan Tucker, an authority on unconventional arms with California’s Monterey Institute of International Studies, stated, “Regardless of what people say, [bio-terror] is very difficult to do, to inflict mass casualties with chemical or biological weapons”. Despite the non-stop government propaganda, the true nature of the bio-war and bio-terror threat is very low and almost theoretically impossible. So long as people refuse vaccines, they really don’t have anything to worry about.

Truther.org’s stated purpose is to prevent terror attacks by drawing unwanted global attention to these terror plots prior to their fruition. Terror related assertions, forecasts and predictions made by Truther.org DO NOT necessarily imply that these terror events will transpire in reality but rather that there is a distinct possibility they could theoretically happen based on the cumulative terror related data. Historically, once a major false-flag terror plot is exposed (see: Super Bowl Nuclear Terror Plot), the terror plot is immediately canceled or postponed. State-sponsored acts of terror must have a prior paper trail in order to set-up patsies, prime scapegoats, create plausible deniability, as well as mislead the public from the true perpetrators of terror. By first identifying and then connecting the dots of the terror related paper trail, Truther.org has successfully blown the whistle on numerous terror related plots. Please spread the word in helping make terrorism a thing of the past. Namaste.
