AUTHOR’S NOTE: Because I, David Chase Taylor, am currently in the process of applying for political asylum in Switzerland, which is coincidentally home to the CIA, none of the terror plots or so-called “natural disasters” I expose come to fruition. In short, the Swiss CIA does not want to afford me any more attention or credibility than they have to, lest they turn me into a modern-day prophet. They also do not want to provide yet another open-and-shut case as to why I deserve political asylum. That being said, there is a wealth of evidence, namely dead Special Forces (e.g., the Terrorgate Scandal), which tend to appear once a respective terror plot is foiled. In order to protect themselves against Truther.org exposing a terror plot which has gone beyond the point of no return (e.g., man-made asteroid attack), the CIA has staged electrical blackouts across Europe (e.g., 2015 Amsterdam Blackout, 2015 Turkey Blackout, etc.) which have set the precedent for a future blackout in Switzerland. Said blackout will only be executed once an irreversible terror plot is exposed by Truther.org at the very last minute. The impending blackout will serve as the necessary cover for a direct attack on Truther.org by the CIA in Switzerland which was exposed globally for the first time in history on March 31, 2015.

SWITZERLAND, Zurich — Based on breaking news and events, it appears that the Obama administration (at the behest of the CIA in Switzerland) will attempt to stage an April 25, 2015 terror attack on the 2015 Toyota Owners 400 at Richmond International Raceway in Richmond, Virginia. The race will be aired nationally on FOX.
Although a gun-related massacre, suicide bombing, and/or 9/11-style terror attack are the most likely NASCAR terror scenarios, the CIA may execute a so-called “accident” or “natural disaster” (e.g., fire, biological outbreak, gas explosion, grandstand collapse, stampede, etc.) which would inevitably terrorize and kill scores of race fans.
Considering that Truther.org has now foiled at least 5 NASCAR-related terror plots (see list below), it’s nakedly apparent that the Obama administration is openly targeting NASCAR. Knowing that a state-sponsored NASCAR attack is imminent, the only question remaining is when and where the next attack will take place.
In what appears to be an ominous sign of things to come, it was reported on April 24, 2015, that a pit road fire broke out during the Xfinity Series ToyotaCare 250 at Richmond. Whether the fire set the precedent for an arson-related fire in Richmond is not known, but it’s possible.
That being said, whether the timely fire may have provided the necessary cover for the installation of weapons, explosives and/or bio-chemical weapons within the Richmond International Raceway. Said weapons or explosives could be used at a later date in a coordinated state-sponsored bio-terror attack.
Considering that Richmond is located just outside Washington, D.C., an attack on the NASCAR event would naturally be used for propaganda purposes in that America’s capitol is next. Also, ISIS-related pamphlets were recently found at FBI offices and U.S. military bases in Virginia, suggesting that the state will eventually be attacked by the CIA.
Interestingly, the notion of an automobile-related shooting (the name of the race is the Toyota Owners 400) in the South was recently witnessed on April 22, 2015, when one person was arrested after a shooting at a Kia Motors manufacturing plant in Georgia. According to reports, one person was injured.
2015 NASCAR Terror
In what appear to be pre-NASCAR terror programming, it was reported back on February 27, 2015, that Travis Kvapil’s NASCAR car was stolen from hotel in Georgia. The unprecedented and timely theft was no doubt executed to show a lapse in NASCAR-related security just prior to a state-sponsored terror attack. Less than 24-hours on February 28, 2015, it was predictably reported that the stolen NASCAR No. 44 Chevrolet was found in suburban Atlanta. The timely recovery of the stolen vehicle was likely reported to draw even more attention to NASCAR just prior to a horrific terror attack. In what appears to be more pre-NASCAR terror arrack programming, it was reported on April 12, 2015, that a man died at the Richard Petty driving attraction at Walt Disney World Speedway in Orlando, Florida. The incident may have been a Roman-like blood sacrifice to a successful Disney World and/or NASCAR-related terror attack. Lastly, it was reported on April 24, 2015, that a pit road fire broke out during the Xfinity Series ToyotaCare 250 at Richmond. The fire was likely purposely set in order to set the precedent for a NASCAR-related fire.
Foiled NASCAR Terror Plots
As evidenced, there is growing number of 24 hour delays and track evacuations following Truther.org’s NASCAR terror alerts. NASCAR evacuations and delays were evidently executed by the feds in order to provide the necessary cover for the removal of explosives and/or weapons from the following racing tracks after the terror plots were ultimately exposed.

NASCAR Terror Summit
Back in 2011, multiple governmental intelligence operatives came together to discuss “safety” issues in regards to a potential terror attack at a NASCAR event. The list included but is not limited to: John M. Power (FBI); O.T. Gagnon (DHS); Raymond Thrower (an expert on active shooters); Steve Lampo (FBI); and the head of NASCAR security, Gerry Cavis, a 30-year veteran of law enforcement and a former U.S. Secret Service agent. It was during this meeting that it was likely agreed upon that NASCAR would be added to the short-list of high-profiles state-sponsored terror targets.
