SWITZERLAND, Zurich — Based on breaking news and events, it appears that CIA Headquarters beneath Lake Geneva is plotting a wave of ISIS-inspired terror attacks during Hajj, an annual Islamic pilgrimage to Mecca in Saudi Arabia.
Considering that 3 million Muslims are expected to attend Hajj this year, it will once again be the single largest gathering of humans on Earth. Consequently, the annual event is a highly lucrative state-sponsored terror target, especially in respect to a bio-terror attack.
Exactly what type of terror is planned for Hajj is not known, but beheadings, suicide attacks and a 9/11-style bio-terror attack by Malaysian Airlines Flight MH370 which was specifically hijacked by CIA back on March 8, 2014, in order to execute a surprise WMD attack are the most likely terror scenarios.
In what appears to be pre-ISIS 9/11-style terror attack programming, it was reported back on September 18, 2015, that three ISIS drones have been destroyed in Iraq and Syria. Needless to say, the propaganda report was designed to foreshadow an aerial-related attack by ISIS just prior to its fruition in reality.
To date, there have been at least 5 major plane crashes associated with the Hajj (i.e., Royal Jordanian Flight (January 22, 1973); Martinair Flight 138 (December 4, 1974); Flight LL 001 (November 15, 1978); Pakistan International Airlines Flight 740 (November 26, 1979); and Nigeria Airways Flight 2120 (July 11, 1991), resulting in a total of 840 deaths.
In order to provide a timely motive for an ISIS-inspired attack on Hajj, a propaganda film about a gay Muslim’s secret pilgrimage to the Hajj entitled “A Sinner in Mecca” (2015) was released on April 29, 2015 (see trailer). Aside from highlighting ISIS in Saudi Arabia, the film states that the Hajj is “Islam’s Ground Zero”, veiled reference to 9/11.
In order to provide the Saudi Arabian government plausible deniability in the aftermath of ISIS-inspired attacks, it was reported on July 18, 2015, that Saudi government has foiled ISIS attacks in the kingdom and arrested more than 400 ISIS-related suspects in an anti-terrorism sweep
In order to associate Hajj with state-sponsored terrorism just prior to an unprecedented bio-terror attack and subsequent pandemic, it was reported roughly 5-weeks later on August 24, 2015, that Iran’s Ayatollah’s message for the Hajj was that U.S. and Israel are the terrorists.
In an ominous sign that terror is planned for the Hajj, it was revealed on September 7, 2015, that the Saudi Arabia’s Civil Defense is instituting a five-pronged Hajj security plan by stationing 15,120 troops in various parts of Makkah, the Grand Mosque and the Holy Sites.
The 15,120 Saudi troops will manage the panic and subsequent stampede post terror attack. This notion was confirmed by Major General Hamad Bin Abdulaziz Al-Mubadal who states that the troops will intervene quickly should any emergency situation arise.
In what appears to be a CIA-spawned publicity stunt designed to draw unprecedented media publicity to the Hajj just prior to an unprecedented bio-terror attack, it was reported on September 10, 2015, that Saudi Arabia has banned camel meat for this year’s Hajj.
That same day, September 10, 2015, Yahoo News published a report entitled “Islamic State Group’s Attacks in Saudi Test Security of Hajj”, confirming, albeit in a de facto manner, that state-sponsored ISIS-related attacks are planned for Hajj.
Also on September 10, 2015, traitorous Infowars published a report that Saudi Arabia has 100,000 Air conditioned tents that can house up to 3 million people. These tents are evidently designed to hold the 3 million people that will be infected in the aftermath of a Hajj-related bio-terror attack.
The notion of an attack on a religious pilgrimage was witnessed on September 10, 2015, when a Hasidic Jewish camp was allegedly attacked in Ukraine ahead of their pilgrimage. Needless to say, the incident was either staged for fabricated in order to set the precedent for an attack on the Hajj.
That same day, September 10, 2015, the Press Examiner reported that Mecca and Medina are the prime targets of ISIS whose radicalized followers are now infiltrating Saudi Arabia, expanding their range attacks just days prior to Hajj.
The report stated that the aim of ISIS is to overthrow the Saudi Royal family, putting the Hajj pilgrimage in danger. Fahad Nazer, a Saudi terror analyst, stated that “ISIS and its followers have made it very clear that Saudi Arabia is their ultimate target. Because of Mecca and Medina…That’s their ultimate prize”.
In order to highlight Saudi Arabian mosques on an international level just prior to a state-sponsored terror attack on the largest mosque-related gathering in the world, it was reported on September 11, 2015, that Saudi Arabia offered to build Germany a mosques for every 100 refugees they take in, despite the aforementioned tents.
In what appears to be a Roman-like blood sacrifice offered up to a successful terror attack on Hajj, it was reported on September 12, 2015, that a crane collapsed onto a mosque at Mecca, killing kills 107 people. Persons associated with a given target (e.g., Hajj) are often sacrificed just prior to an attack on said target.
In order to set the precedent for a Muslim-related conference like the Hajj being disrupted by outsiders (i.e., terrorists), it was reported on September 13, 2015, that topless women protesters disrupted a Muslim conference on women. Needless to say, the protesters were intelligence operatives ordered to execute the CIA-spawned publicity stunt.
Two days later on September 15, 2015, the Saudi King reportedly suspended the bin Laden’s family’s construction firm after the aforementioned Mecca crane disaster. The timely suspension was designed to further associate Hajj with the bin Laden family (and thereby terrorism) just prior to a Hajj-related terror attack.
That same day, September 15, 2015, Russia Today published a report entitled “Putin: ISIS has Designs on Mecca, Medina, Jerusalem, Endangers Europe & Russia”, further confirming that ISIS will attack Hajj and that the bio-terror attack and subsequent outbreak will endanger both Europe and Russia.
Four days later on September 19, 2015, Saudi Arabia stated that they will add 100,000 extra troops to secure this year’s Hajj. Needless to say, the Saudi Arabian government is preparing for massive unrest, most likely following a state-sponsored bio-terror attack by ISIS.
Coincidentally, that same day, September 19, 2015, it was reported that ISIS has once again launched bio-terror attacks in Iraq and Syria with mustard gas. The timely ISIS bio-chemical attacks were designed to set the precedent for a far deadlier bio-attack during Hajj.
This notion was confirmed that very same day on September 19, 2015, when the Express published a report entitled “EXCLUSIVE: Islamic State Could Unleash the Plague and Cause the Black Death 2”. Although a plague outbreak at the Hajj is theoretically possible, an anthrax or smallpox outbreak is far more likely.
Lastly, as foretold in the Bio-Terror Bible, a state-sponsored bio-terror attack will likely feature the agents known as Anthrax (Bacillus anthracis) and/or Smallpox (Variola major) when they are released into a controlled environment such as Hajj, sparking the bio-terror pandemic planned for 2015.
Hajj-Related Outbreaks
The first Hajj-related biological outbreak reportedly occurred back in 1905 when the El Tor strain of cholera was discovered in 6 pilgrims returning from Hajj in Egypt. More recently, there were international outbreaks of meningitis following the Hajj in 1987, 2001, and 2001. As of September 9, 2013, the Saudi Arabian government asked “elderly and chronically ill Muslims to avoid the Hajj”, restricting the number of people allowed into the country due to Middle East respiratory syndrome coronavirus (MERS-CoV). Roughly 2-months later on November 7, 2013, it was reported that a woman who travelled to Saudi Arabia for Hajj began to show symptoms of MERS back in Spain. In order to further associate Hajj with a deadly outbreak just prior to its fruition in reality, the BBC published a report back on September 15, 2014, entitled “Mers: Saudis in Push to Keep Hajj Free from Deadly Virus”. According to Wikipedia, “Mingling of visitors from many countries, some of which have poor health care systems still plagued by preventable infectious diseases, can lead to the spread of epidemics. If an outbreak were to occur on the road to Mecca, pilgrims could exacerbate the problem when they returned home and passed their infection on to others”. Translation: if and when a bio-terror attack is executed at the Hajj, the entire world will be infected. Interestingly, it is now a visa requirement for Hajj attendees to take the ACW135Y vaccine as well as be immunized for yellow fever, polio, and influenza. Whether the Hajj vaccines will be laced with anthrax or smallpox is not known, but it’s theoretically possible.
ISIS Terror in Saudi Arabia
Prior to a high-profile ISIS-related attack in Saudi Arabia, the world must be psychologically prepared to accept that this is in fact possible. Fraudulent headlines and fabricated events are a slick way of convincing people that yes, it can happen. As evidenced, ISIS-inspired attacks in Saudi Arabia are now at an all-time high which suggests that a major ISIS-related attack in the country is imminent, most likely during Hajj.

ISIS Bio-Terror Attack
Plan “B” in the ISIS endgame is a bio-chemical terror attack that spawns the global pandemic planned for 2015. In order to create the necessary terror narrative in the media that ISIS is capable of executing such an attack, the CIA in Switzerland has disseminated numerous propaganda reports essentially stating as much. After all, ISIS was specifically created as political cover so that the CIA can execute an Islamic bio-chemical attack. This ISIS-bio-terror narrative was first identified back on June 19, 2014, when ISIS reportedly stormed a Saddam-era chemical weapons complex in Iraq. Roughly 3-weeks later on July 8, 2014, it was reported that “abandoned” barrels containing deadly sarin were seized by ISIS in rebel-held Syria. Less than 24-hours later on July 9, 2014, Iraq reportedly lost control of a chemical weapons depot to ISIS. Never mind that back on March 31, 2005, “The Commission on the Intelligence Capabilities of the United States Regarding Weapons of Mass Destruction” reported that the intelligence community was “dead wrong” in its assessments of Iraq’s weapons of mass destruction capabilities prior to the U.S. military invasion. In other words, there were no WMDs in Iraq but ISIS located two bio-chemical weapon depots inside Iraq within 27 days. The ISIS-bio-terror endgame was confirmed yet again on August 28, 2014, when it was revealed that a black ISIS laptop containing instructions on how to weaponize the bubonic plague was found. Roughly a month later on September 24, 2014, it was revealed that an ISIS terror cell was busted by Swiss authorities in March of 2014. The shocking report was published roughly 3-months before ISIS officially declared the formation of a Caliphate on June 29, 2014, which suggests that it was pre-dated. In other words, the report was likely fabricated at a later date in order to better sell the ISIS terror narrative. According to the Swiss Federal Prosecutor, the ISIS terrorists were suspected of “misuse of explosives and toxic gases with criminal intent”. Roughly a month later on October 30, 2014, Spanish Intelligence reportedly intercepted an ISIS plot to weaponize Ebola, confirming that an ISIS-related bio-terror attack is imminent. Roughly 5-months later on March 12, 2015, it was reported that ISIS is now “using chlorine gas” in roadside bombs. Three days later on March 15, 2015, it was reported that Iraqi Kurds confirmed that ISIS has used chemical weapons against their troops. Roughly a week later on March 23, 2015, it was reported that ISIS was “highly likely” to launch a chlorine gas attack on the London Underground. The notion of a Syrian-based bio-chemical attack occurring on live TV during a sporting event was recently foreshadowed by CNN in an April 20, 2015, report entitled “Syrian Gas Attack Shown on American TV”. Ten days later on April 30, 2015, the Syrian Rebels (i.e., ISIS) reportedly launched another chemical attack in Syria, setting the precedent for a far deadlier ISIS-related bio-terror attack in the West. A week later on May 7, 2015, Fox News published a report entitled “Assad Using Chemical Weapons Again? US Eyes New Allegations”, further highlighting the use of Syrian-based bio-chemical weapons just prior to a state-sponsored bio-terror attack. Roughly a month later on June 6, 2015, the Australian government stated that ISIS may have potential to ‘build chemical weapons’, further foreshadowing an ISIS-related bio-chemical attack. Lastly, on July 1, 2015, the Washington Times published a report entitled “U.S. Unprepared for Chemical Attack as Islamic State Nears Syria’s Stockpile”, confirming, albeit in a de facto manner, that a Syrian-based bio-chemical attack is imminent. These reports, taken collectively, confirm that the entire ISIS-bio-terror narrative has been fabricated by the CIA in Switzerland in order to provide the necessary cover for a state-sponsored bio-chemical attack.

Novichok Agent Attack?
As depicted in the Bio-Terror Bible, a state-sponsored bio-terror attack will likely involve the agents known as Anthrax (Bacillus anthracis) and/or Smallpox (Variola major) which will be released into a controlled environment during a false-flag terror attack. That being said, it now appears that the Novichok Agent, “the most deadly nerve agents ever made”, will be the actual pathogen dispersed in the attack. In other words, Novichok will be released but the media will blame Anthrax or Smallpox. This would be done in part because both Anthrax and Smallpox need direct and sustained contact with a potential host before they become infected or die, whereas Novichok (although not contagious) is “five to eight times more potent than VX”. Novichok, which belong to the “fourth generation chemical weapons“, can be “dispersed in an ultra-fine powder instead of a gas or a vapor”, making it the perfect bio-chemical cover for an alleged Anthrax or Smallpox attack. After being infected, Novichok increases neuromuscular junctions, causing involuntary contractions of all muscles. This subsequently leads to respiratory and cardiac arrest and finally death. Once photos and video of people squirming and convulsing on the ground hits social media, a majority of the public will stand in line for a vaccine that will predictably be laced with Anthrax, causing a majority of those vaccinated to perish.
