Obama Plotting August 2014 New York City Subway Bio-Terror Attack, Again!

SWITZERLAND, Basel — Unable to execute the ISIS bio-terror attack planned for the Channel Tunnel between Britain and France back in early July, it now appears that the Obama administration (at the behest of the CIA) will attempt to execute a rail-related bio-terror attack within New York City that will inevitably spawn the global pandemic planned for 2014.

Prior to a state-sponsored bio-terror attack in New York City, a terror drill mimicking the planned attack must be executed so that public officials known exactly how to respond. Coincidentally, on August 1, 2014, it was revealed that the New York City Department of Health conducted a massive bio-terror drill entitled RAMPEx (Rapid Activation for Mass Prophylaxis Exercise).

According to reports, the bio-terror drill tested the delivery of emergency medications (i.e., vaccines) in the wake of a biological attack such as anthrax. The bio-terror exercise, which cost $1.4 million, was the largest bio-terror drill in New York City’s history, involving more than 1,500 staff members from more than a dozen city agencies.

The bio-terror drill was reportedly executed at 30 temporary locations across New York City which were erected in order to dispense “life-saving medication” (i.e., vaccines) in the wake of a bio-terror attack. Said vaccines, not the biological agent, will ultimately be what kills 99% of those who take it, ultimately reinforcing the notion of a real-life pandemic. Predictably, the NYC Health Department will not share the results of the terror drill due to “security concerns”.

In what appears to be pre-New York City subway bio-terror attack logistics, it was reported on August 6, 2014, that the N line in New York City suffered a bedbug infestation and that 3 subway cars were subsequently fumigated. Two days later on August 8, 2014, it was reported that a fourth subway car on the N line was found to have bedbugs, as well as an undisclosed amount of subway cars on the Q line.

Whether the timely fumigation of cars on the N and Q lines have provided the necessary cover for the installation of explosives and/or bio-weapons within the fumigated subway cars is not known, but it’s highly likely. Said explosives and bio-weapons could be detonated at a future date via a timer or remote control in order to give the appearance of a coordinated bio-terror attack, most likely by ISIS.

In order to condition Americans for an ISIS bio-terror attack, it was reported on August 8, 2014, that Zionist U.S. Senator Diane Feinstein, the head of the Senate Intelligence Committee, stated that ISIS must be confronted forcefully or the U.S. will suffer homeland terror attacks. The senior lawmaker stated that it has “become clear” that the group is recruiting and training fighters from Western countries and possibly sending them back to cities in the U.S. and Europe in order to “attack us in our backyard”.

In order to provide a timely motive for an ISIS bio-terror attack within the United States, it was also reported on August 8, 2014, that Obama ordered airstrikes on ISIS terrorists in Iraq. Aside from being downright laughable, the report established the necessary media narrative for a revenge-like ISIS attack within the U.S., possibly in New York City.

Two days later on August 10, 2014, U.S. Senator Lindsey Graham stated that ISIS will attack on U.S. soil unless Obama stops the terror group’s rise in Iraq. Since ISIS is now the primary state-sponsored terror arm of the CIA, Obama will continue to ignore them until they unleash a massive bio-terror attack in America, most likely in New York City.

In the aftermath of the bio-terror rail attack, so-called “domestic terrorists” or “Jihad” terrorists will likely be scapegoated. However, similar to the 9/11 Anthrax Attacks (which infected 22 people and killed 5), the source of the biological agent will most likely be the U.S. Army Medical Research Institute of Infectious Diseases (USAMRIID) at Fort Detrick, Maryland. The historical record reflects that none other than USAMRIID supplied the Ames anthrax strain which was used in the post-9/11 bio-terror attacks.

A major bioterror operation would cost millions, if not hundreds of millions of dollars, all of which would be needed in order to blackmail scientists, steal or develop the agent or virus, weaponize it, deliver it, and execute the operation without getting arrested or properly investigated. The sheer logistics, security, communication, and cover-up needed before and after a major bio-terror attack is so daunting, there is only one entity (i.e., the U.S. government) even capable of carrying it out.

After a major bio-terror attack on a U.S. train, the panicked public will be issued poisonous vaccines by the government and medical establishment. As those individuals who took the first vaccines begin to die, the government will likely state that the outbreak is spreading or has mutated and will subsequently issue a mandatory vaccination order across the country in order to “control” the outbreak, ultimately killing millions.

Rail Terror 101
The first general rule of rail-related terror is that if it’s an underground rail system like a subway, the attack will most likely be of a bio-chemical nature (e.g., sarin, smallpox, anthrax, etc.). Since passengers are already below sea-level, it’s far easier for them to be trapped and suffocated by the bio-chemical agent, making the likelihood of them contracting the infectious disease all the more likely. This particular scenario was witnessed in the Tokyo Subway Sarin Attack of March 20, 1995, and will likely be witnessed once again in New York City under the Obama administration. The second general rule of rail-related terror is that if it’s an above ground rail system like Amtrak, the attack will most likely be of a conventional nature (e.g., guns, explosives, etc.). Conventional attacks create a gruesome scene for all the public to see which provides a staging ground for government-owned media camp out and salivate over the attacks. In essence, the scene of the crime becomes a round-the-clock news center. This particular scenario was witnessed during the Madrid Train Bombings of March 11, 2004, and the London Train Bombings of July 7, 2005, both of which share distinct earmarks of state-sponsored terror (see: “7/7 Ripple Effect” and “Madrid 3/11”).

Rail Terror Trending
Prior to a high-profile rail-related bio-terror attack, the public must be psychologically prepared to accept that this is in fact possible. Fraudulent headlines and fabricated events are a slick way of convincing people that yes, it can happen. As evidenced, subways and trains have suffered an unprecedented amount of attacks and emergencies within the last 4 weeks which suggest that a major rail-related terror attack is imminent.

FLASHBACK: NYC Bio-Terror Terror Plot
Less than 24-hours after Truther.org published a report on June 8, 2014, entitled “Obama Plotting Bio-Terror Attack on New York City Subway — Again”, it was revealed that a “power outage” interrupted Staten Island Railway between the and St. George stations. Whether the outage provided the necessary cover for removal of weapons and/or explosives from the track is not known, but it is highly likely. The St. George station was one three rail-related targets slated for attack.

FLASHACK: Super Bowl Transit Terror Plot
Back on February 2, 2014, Truther.org published a terror alert in respect to an impending bio-terror attack on mass transit during Super Bowl XLVIII in New York City. Coincidentally, in what appears to be the “clean-up” job, it was reported on February 2, 2014, that an emergency situation occurred at the Seaucius train station in New Jersey due to a “collapsed” Super Bowl fan. The train station, which is only 2.6 miles from Met-Life Stadium, appears to have been the chosen bio-terror attack location and therefore a fabricated “emergency” was orchestrated in order to provide the necessary cover for intelligence agencies to dispose of the explosives and/or bio-terror agents which has been inserted into the mass-transit station. The emergency provided a convenient window whereby the train station could be cleaned up without drawing any suspicion.

FLASHBACK: NEC Amtrak Terror Plot
Back on November 26, 2013, Truther.org published a report entitled, “Amtrak Train Attack (SSTTA): Northeast Corridor (NEC) Terror Attack Imminent”. Low and behold, 5 days later on December 1, 2013, 4 people were killed and 48 injured in an alleged “derailment” of Metro-North passenger train in New York City, which is coincidentally located in the Northeast Corridor (NEC).  Evidently, the “accidental” train crash was orchestrated in order to provide the necessary cover for intelligence agencies to dispose of the explosives which had been inserted onto the track for the impending attack. The wreck provided a convenient window whereby the train tracks could be cleaned up without drawing any suspicion.
