SWITZERLAND, Zurich — Based on breaking news and events, it appears that the Obama administration (the behest of CIA Headquarters beneath Lake Geneva) is plotting a college football-related attack during NCAA bowl games in Arlington, Texas; Atlanta, Georgia; and/or Miami, Florida on December 31, 2015 (see list below).
The impending wave of NCAA football-related terror attacks will predictably be scapegoated onto so-called domestic terrorists and/or Islamic terrorists that were allegedly inspired by the state-sponsored terror group known as ISIS.
Exactly what type of NCAA football-related terror attack is planned is not known, but a 9/11-style attack, bio-chemical attack, gun-related massacre, conventional bombing, suicide bombing, and/or a made-for-TV siege and hostage crisis are the most likely NCAA-related terror scenarios.
That being said, breaking news and events suggest that NCAA football team buses, tailgate parties and ESPN’s College GameDay are being targeted for attack. Consequently, bus-related firebombings, suicide bomber attacks, and vehicular manslaughters attacks are now expected.

A 9/11-style attack may come from Malaysian Airlines Flight MH370 which was explicitly hijacked by CIA on March 8, 2014, in order to execute a surprise WMD attack. Flight MH370 could also be used to transport hundreds of ISIS terrorists from Iraq, Jordan and Syria into the U.S. during a live NCAA football game.
There is also the possibility that the CIA may execute a so-called “accident” or “natural disaster” at an NCAA campus and/or NCAA football game (e.g., fire, gas explosion, melee, stadium collapse, stampede, vehicle manslaughter attack, etc.) which would inevitably kill and terrorize scores of college students.
As evidenced herein, the Swiss CIA has created a narrative in the media for both a domestic race war-like collegiate attack as well as a jihad-related collegiate attack by Islamic terrorists. Which type of patsies will be scapegoated by the CIA is not yet known as it is dependent on the given political climate.
In what appears to be pre-NCAA Islamic terror attack programming, it was reported back on August 4, 2015, that an accused ISIS “lone wolf” terrorist was being charged in the killing of New Jersey college student. Consequently, a collegiate redux attack by ISIS may be forthcoming.
Two days later on August 6, 2015, Variety published a report entitled “Santa Barbara Horror Film Featuring College Killer Sparks Backlash”, rehashing the domestic collegiate terror attack which previously transpired at the University of Santa Barbara.
Roughly a week later on August 14, 2015, it was reported that the University of Texas has decided to move its controversial Jefferson Davis Confederate statue. Needless to say, the decision has provided a timely motive for a revenge-like domestic race war terror attack at an NCAA school in Texas.
That same day, August 14, 2015, it was also reported that the University of North Carolina renamed a campus building that had previously honored a prominent KKK leader. Similar to the Confederate statue removal, the name change was designed to provide a timely motive for a KKK-based attack on an NCAA college or university in the Carolinas.
In what appears to be pre-NCAA bio-terror attack programing, it was reported on August 24, 2015, that Kutztown University was evacuated after 19 students became sick from fumes. The incident was likely staged or fabricated in order to foreshadow an NCAA-related bio-attack.
Five days later on August 31, 2015, it was confirmed that the University of Texas removed the statue of Confederate President Jefferson Davis from campus. Needless to say, the removal has provided a timely motive for a collegiate race war attack, most likely at the University of Texas.
In what appears to be pre-NCAA WMD-related attack programming, it was reported back on September 1, 2015, that radioactive material sent to Texas A&M went missing. Although the material was later found, the association between the NCAA and nuclear terrorism was made.
Four days later on September 5, 2015, an unmanned drone reportedly crashed near the suite level inside Commonwealth Stadium in Lexington, Kentucky just prior to the University of Kentucky vs. Louisiana Lafayette football game kicked off.
Needless to say, the drone incident was staged by a UK law student at the behest of the CIA in order to foreshadow a 9/11-style bio-chemical attack on an NCAA football game, most likely in the South. The impending aerial bio-attack is designed to spark the bio-terror pandemic planned for 2015.
Lastly, in order to associate terrorism with NCAA football just prior to a state-sponsored terror attack, it was reported on September 29, 2015, that University of Georgia’s Isaiah McKenzie has been accused of making ‘terroristic threats’ at Chili’s.

NCAA Bus Attack
Based on breaking news and events, it appears that the Obama administration (at the behest of the CIA in Switzerland) is preparing to stage an attack on NCAA-related team buses, namely football. Exactly what type of bus-related terror attack is planned is not known, but a gun-related massacre, firebombing or suicide bombing are the most likely terror scenarios. In order to foreshadow the notion that security surrounding NCAA team buses is lacking just prior to a state-sponsored terror attack, it was reported on September 6, 2015, that the New Mexico State University football team bus was robbed during their game with the University of Florida in Gainesville, Florida. Prior to a high-profile attack on an NCAA-related bus, the world must be psychologically prepared to accept that this is in fact possible. Fraudulent headlines and fabricated events are a slick way of convincing people that yes, it can happen. As evidenced bus-related terror is now at an all-time high which suggests that a state-sponsored terror attack on a bus is imminent.
College GameDay Terror Attack
Based on breaking news and events, it appears that the Obama administration (at the behest of the CIA in Switzerland) is preparing to attack ESPN’s College GameDay which is sponsored by the Home Depot. Exactly what type of attack is planned for College GameDay is not known, but a machete-related attack on the show’s hosts and Katherine Webb is the most likely scenario. In order to put Webb in harm’s way after a plot to kill her family in Florida was foiled, Webb showed up on College GameDay on September 5, 2015, holding a Pizza Hut sign. Consequently, a machete-related attack on Webb while she is standing in the crowd is the most likely terror scenario. In order to highlight machete-related attacks just prior to a made-for-TV machete attack and possible beheading, it was reported on September 3, 2015, that a 5th person was arrested in a Florida teen’s machete slaying. The notion of an NCAA-related machete attack was witnessed a day later on September 4, 2015, when 3 people were reportedly injured in a machete attack at the University of Arkansas. Roughly 24-hours later on September 5, 2015, a man was reportedly hacked to death by a machete in a home invasion in South Carolina. Lastly, the Home Depot-terror narrative was first identified back on August 14, 2015, when it was reported that a poisonous rattlesnake was found on a Home Depot shelf in Tennessee. A few weeks later on September 6, 2015, a Home Depot employee was fatally shot in store parking lot after leaving work. Needless to say, these reports, taken collectively, suggest that a machete-related attack on College GameDay is imminent, likely resulting in the death of one Katherine Webb.
NCAA Suicide Bomber Attack
The notion of an NCAA-related suicide bombing was first identified back in March of 2006 when the Men’s NCAA Basketball Tournament was threatened by an internet posting about a suicide attack. According to reports, the FBI and DHS distributed an intelligence bulletin describing the online threat against sporting venues which “described a potential attack in some detail, calling it an efficient way to kill thousands of people using homicide bombers armed with explosives hidden beneath their winter clothing”. Roughly 8-years later on November 12, 2014, a female suicide bomber reportedly killed 1 and injured 7 at college in Nigeria, an apparent preview of NCAA terror to come. Whether the attack was state-sponsored is not known, but it has set the precedent for Islamic suicide bombing at a college nonetheless. More recently, on August 31, 2015, a Kansas man was sentenced to 20 years in prison for plotting a suicide bomb attack at the Wichita airport. Lastly, on September 2, 2015, an Arizona Congressman reportedly mentioned suicide bombers in grade school civics lesson. Needless to say, the latter two incidents were timed to coincident with NCAA-related suicide attacks, most likely at a football game.
NCAA Tailgate Attack
Based on breaking news and events, it appears that the Obama administration (at the behest of the CIA in Switzerland) is preparing to stage attacks on NCAA-related tailgate parties which generally transpire in the stadium parking lot prior to NCAA football games. Exactly what type of tailgate-related terror attacks are planned is not known, but a drive-by shooting, gun-related massacre, suicide bombing or vehicular manslaughter attack are the most likely terror scenarios. In order to foreshadow the notion of a tailgate-related active shooter, Fox News published a report on September 9, 2015, entitled “Got a Gun and a Permit for It? Bring It to the Football Game, Just Lock It In the Car”. The ominous report stated that “Florida State University football fans who go to the game this weekend can bring their guns” and that “gun owners can keep guns locked in parked cars”. Needless to say, it appears that a future state-sponsored gun-related massacre at an NCAA football game will be blamed on a drunken fan. Prior to a high-profile NCAA-related tailgate terror attack, the world must be psychologically prepared to accept that this is in fact possible. Fraudulent headlines and fabricated events are a slick way of convincing people that yes, it can happen. As evidenced car-related terror is now at an all-time high which suggests that a state-sponsored terror attack involving a car and/or parking lot is imminent.
I. NCAA FOOTBAL ATTACK:
1.1: NCAA Football Attack
To date, Truther.org has foiled at least 3 major NCAA football-related terror plots (see below). Therefore, it nakedly apparent that the Obama administration (at the behest of the CIA) is actively targeting NCAA football games. The only question remaining is when and where the next state-sponsored NCAA football terror attack will take place. Although a gun-related massacre or suicide bombing is the most likely NCAA football terror scenario, there is always the possibility that the feds may execute a so-called “accident” or “natural disaster” (e.g., bio-terror attack, fire, gas explosion, plane crash, vehicle crash, stadium collapse, stampede, etc.) which would inevitably kill and terrorize scores of college football students and fans in attendance. Back in 2013, the Obama administration was caught red-handed, twice, attempting to execute state-sponsored terror attacks at high-profile NCAA football games. These terror plots include but are not limited to the Alabama vs. Texas A&M terror plot of September 14, 2013, and the Alabama vs. LSU terror plot of November 9, 2013. The latter terror plot, which featured prominently in Terrorgate Scandal, resulted in the murder of at least 18 U.S. and E.U. Special Forces, as well as the unprecedented arrest of 3 top U.S. Navy brass. Needless to say, it’s just a matter of time before another similar type of terror plot is devised by the CIA.
1.2: NCAA Football Terror Trending
Back on August 8, 2015, a 19-year-old college football player was killed by police in Texas. The apparent murder was likely part of a Roman-like blood sacrifice offered up to a successful NCAA-related football terror attack in 2015. Persons associated with a given target (i.e.., NCAA Football) are often sacrificed just prior to an attack on said target. Roughly 3-weeks later on August 30, 2015, it was reported that South Carolina will honor the Charleston Church Shooting victims with an “Emanuel 9” sticker on their helmet. Consequently, a revenge-like race war attack on the team by a white supremacist is expected this season. A day later on August 31, 2015, UCLA football player Ishmael Adams was arrested in an Uber-related robbery on campus. Needless to say, the incident was likely staged or fabricated in order to associate NCAA football with crime just prior to a NCAA-related attack. Lastly, on September 2, 2015, it was reported that 6 people were injured after a Rhode Island University sports facility collapsed. The incident was likely staged in order to set the precedent for a football stadium-related collapse post-terror attack.
1.3: DHS & NCAA Terror Partnership
In an ominous sign that future acts of state-sponsored NCAA terror are being planned, on September 12, 2011, it was revealed that the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) had officially partnered with the NCAA in a terror partnership publically entitled “If You See Something, Say Something”. According to the report, Secretary of Homeland Security Janet Napolitano stated that “Every citizen plays a critical role in identifying and reporting suspicious activities and threats. By expanding the ‘If You See Something, Say Something” campaign we are working together to ensure the safety and security of fans, players, employees, and students”. Roughly 2 months after the DHS and NCAA terror partnership was signed, the Obama administration targeted NCAA basketball with an elaborate Obama assassination “event” during the U.S. military’s “Carrier Classic” in San Diego, California on November 11, 2011.
II. NCAA CAMPUS ATTACK:
2.1: NCAA Islamic Terror Programming
In order to associate NCAA with Islam—and thereby terror—just prior to a state-sponsored Islamic terror attack on an American college or university, it was reported on January 14, 2015, that a Muslim call to prayer would be chanted every Friday at Duke University. Predictably, the call to prayer was later reneged. In order to provide a timely motive for a revenge-like Islamic terror attack on the University of North Carolina, it was reported back on February 11, 2015, that Chapel Hill at the University of North Carolina was “rocked’” by the killings of 3 Muslim students. In the wake of an NCAA massacre, the attack could be scapegoated onto a Muslim sympathizer or terrorist. In what appears to be more pre-Duke terror attack programming, it was reported back on February 25, 2015, that a satire paper in Michigan listed Duke as the 5th-ranked terrorist organization. The timely propaganda report was published in order to associate Duke (which is located in Durham, North Carolina) with Islamic terror. Roughly 3-months later on May 7, 2015, it was reported that 2 out of the 3 Muslim students killed were shot with a gun held to their head. The report was designed to provide a timely motive for a revenge-like Islamic terror attack on an American college or university. About a month later on June 17, 2015, it was reported that a New York City college student planned to bomb on behalf of ISIS, associating colleges with ISIS just prior to a jihad-related attack. Roughly a month later on July 26, 2015, it was reported that Iraqi forces retook Anbar University from ISIS, further linking ISIS to higher learning just prior to an attack. Lastly, on August 4, 2015, it was reported that an ISIS “lone wolf” terrorist was charged in killing of New Jersey college student. Needless to say, these reports, taken collectively, confirm that the CIA is actively plotting an Islamic-related terror attack on an American college or university.
2.2: Collegiate Terror Trending
The latest wave of collegiate-related terror started on October 4, 2014, when Harvard cops were put on alert after hundreds of students received a “shooting’ threat”. Roughly 2-weeks later on October 20, 2014, a California man was charged with killing a Saudi Arabian college student, providing a timely motive for a revenge-like attack by Islamic jihadists. Less than 24-hours later on October 21, 2014, a UNCC student was found dead in a parking garage. Ten days later on October 31, 2014, a UNC nursing student was found dead in her car in Chapel Hill, North Carolina. A day later on November 1, 2014, a fire was reported near the University of Southern Maine in Portland, Maine. According to the report, a total of 5 people were killed in the blaze. The deadly fire was likely set in order to set the precedent for a deadly fire at another NCAA college or university. Three days later on November 3, 2014, a gunman reportedly shot a student at Delaware State University. Considering the alleged victim was taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries, it’s likely that the entire incident was staged in order to set the precedent for a deadly NCAA-related massacre. Nine days later on November 12, 2014, female suicide bomber kills reportedly killed 1 and injured 7 at college in Nigeria. Whether the attack was state-sponsored is not known, but it has set the precedent for Islamic-related collegiate terror, possibly in the United States. Two days later on November 14, 2014, an Appalachian State student was reportedly found dead on campus. Five days later on November 19, 2014, a second Appalachian State student was found dead on campus. A day later on November 20, 2014, a gunman allegedly shot three students at Florida State University before being executed by police. Needless to say, NCAA is trending which suggests that a state-sponsored NCAA-related attack is imminent.
III. NCAA BIO-TERROR ATTACK:
3.1: Domestic Bio-Chemical Attack
Aside from the Georgia militia members (that double as government employees) which are currently on trial for an anti-government bio-terror plot, breaking news suggests that the CIA is plotting a so-called domestic terrorist bio-chemical attack. In order to foreshadow this type of attack on U.S. soil, it was reported on June 8, 2015, that a fire at a Pennsylvania chemical plant sent smoke billowing in sky. Four days later on June 12, 2015, it was reported that a Massachusetts man killed himself with chemical gas, sending 11 other to the hospital. Roughly 6-weeks later on July 29, 2015, it was reported that a Breaking Bad fan was convicted of a Dark Web ricin plot. It is imperative to note that the popular TV show entitled “Breaking Bad” (2008) was state-of-the-art domestic bio-terror attack propaganda. Aside from depicting murders via bio-chemical pathogens such as Ricin, the show mixed in a number of aviation-related disasters which were designed to foreshadow a 9/11-style bio-chemical terror attack by domestic terrorists. In order program the American public for a bio-chemical-related explosion, it was reported on August 4, 2015, that a fuel tank exploded at an Ohio gas station. That same day, August 4, 2015, a large explosion rocked a Missouri aluminum plant. Also on August 4, 2015, it was reported that 2 men were arrested after a meth lab was found inside a Taco Bell in Iowa. The timely report was designed to invoke Breaking Bad just prior to a state-sponsored domestic terror attack on a bio lab in America. Lastly, on August 23, 2015, it was reported that a guard pleaded guilty to blowing up a hi-tech US government laboratory while cooking meth. The Breaking Bad plot was fabricated or staged by the CIA in order to set the precedent for a domestic attack on a laboratory of the U.S. government, most likely the CDC. Needless to say, these reports, taken collectively, confirm that a state-sponsored terror attack involving a bio-chemical agent is imminent.
3.2: Bio-Chemical Releases Trending
Prior to a high-profile bio-chemical-related terror attack, the world must be psychologically prepared to accept that this is in fact possible. Fraudulent headlines and fabricated events are a slick way of convincing people that yes, it can happen. As evidenced, bio-chemical releases are now at an all-time high which suggests that a state-sponsored bio-chemical attack/release is imminent. Lastly, in order to raise the notion of a chemical spill/release just prior to another transpiring in reality, it was reported on August 19, 2015, that the last of 6 company officials charged in West Virginia Chemical Spill plead guilty.

3.3: Novichok Agent Attack
As depicted in the Bio-Terror Bible, a state-sponsored bio-terror attack will likely involve the agents known as Anthrax (Bacillus anthracis) and/or Smallpox (Variola major) which will be released into a controlled environment during a false-flag terror attack. That being said, it now appears that the Novichok Agent, “the most deadly nerve agents ever made”, will be the actual pathogen dispersed in the attack. In other words, Novichok will be released but the media will blame Anthrax or Smallpox. This would be done in part because both Anthrax and Smallpox need direct and sustained contact with a potential host before they become infected or die, whereas Novichok (although not contagious) is “five to eight times more potent than VX”. Novichok, which belong to the “fourth generation chemical weapons“, can be “dispersed in an ultra-fine powder instead of a gas or a vapor”, making it the perfect bio-chemical cover for an alleged Anthrax or Smallpox attack. After being infected, Novichok increases neuromuscular junctions, causing involuntary contractions of all muscles. This subsequently leads to respiratory and cardiac arrest and finally death. Once photos and video of people squirming and convulsing on the ground hits social media, a majority of the public will stand in line for a vaccine that will predictably be laced with Anthrax, causing a majority of those vaccinated to perish.
3.4: ISIS Bio-Terror Attack
Plan “B” in the ISIS endgame is a bio-chemical terror attack that spawns the global pandemic planned for 2015. In order to create the necessary terror narrative in the media that ISIS is capable of executing such an attack, the CIA in Switzerland has disseminated numerous propaganda reports essentially stating as much. After all, ISIS was specifically created as political cover so that the CIA can execute an Islamic bio-chemical attack. This ISIS-bio-terror narrative was first identified back on June 19, 2014, when ISIS reportedly stormed a Saddam-era chemical weapons complex in Iraq. Roughly 3-weeks later on July 8, 2014, it was reported that “abandoned” barrels containing deadly sarin were seized by ISIS in rebel-held Syria. Less than 24-hours later on July 9, 2014, Iraq reportedly lost control of a chemical weapons depot to ISIS. Never mind that back on March 31, 2005, “The Commission on the Intelligence Capabilities of the United States Regarding Weapons of Mass Destruction” reported that the intelligence community was “dead wrong” in its assessments of Iraq’s weapons of mass destruction capabilities prior to the U.S. military invasion. In other words, there were no WMDs in Iraq but ISIS located two bio-chemical weapon depots inside Iraq within 27 days. The ISIS-bio-terror endgame was confirmed yet again on August 28, 2014, when it was revealed that a black ISIS laptop containing instructions on how to weaponize the bubonic plague was found. Roughly a month later on September 24, 2014, it was revealed that an ISIS terror cell was busted by Swiss authorities in March of 2014. The shocking report was published roughly 3-months before ISIS officially declared the formation of a Caliphate on June 29, 2014, which suggests that it was pre-dated. In other words, the report was likely fabricated at a later date in order to better sell the ISIS terror narrative. According to the Swiss Federal Prosecutor, the ISIS terrorists were suspected of “misuse of explosives and toxic gases with criminal intent”. Roughly a month later on October 30, 2014, Spanish Intelligence reportedly intercepted an ISIS plot to weaponize Ebola, confirming that an ISIS-related bio-terror attack is imminent. Roughly 5-months later on March 12, 2015, it was reported that ISIS is now “using chlorine gas” in roadside bombs. Three days later on March 15, 2015, it was reported that Iraqi Kurds confirmed that ISIS has used chemical weapons against their troops. Roughly a week later on March 23, 2015, it was reported that ISIS was “highly likely” to launch a chlorine gas attack on the London Underground. The notion of a Syrian-based bio-chemical attack occurring on live TV during a sporting event was recently foreshadowed by CNN in an April 20, 2015, report entitled “Syrian Gas Attack Shown on American TV”. Ten days later on April 30, 2015, the Syrian Rebels (i.e., ISIS) reportedly launched another chemical attack in Syria, setting the precedent for a far deadlier ISIS-related bio-terror attack in the West. A week later on May 7, 2015, Fox News published a report entitled “Assad Using Chemical Weapons Again? US Eyes New Allegations”, further highlighting the use of Syrian-based bio-chemical weapons just prior to a state-sponsored bio-terror attack. Roughly a month later on June 6, 2015, the Australian government stated that ISIS may have potential to ‘build chemical weapons’, further foreshadowing an ISIS-related bio-chemical attack. Lastly, on July 1, 2015, the Washington Times published a report entitled “U.S. Unprepared for Chemical Attack as Islamic State Nears Syria’s Stockpile”, confirming, albeit in a de facto manner, that a Syrian-based bio-chemical attack is imminent. These reports, taken collectively, confirm that the entire ISIS-bio-terror narrative has been fabricated by the CIA in Switzerland in order to provide the necessary cover for a state-sponsored bio-chemical attack.

3.5: ISIS Nuclear Terror Attack
Plan “A” in the ISIS endgame is a nuclear terror attack against the United States which leads to an all-out war with Iran or Pakistan, both of which are nuclear nations. In order to create the necessary terror narrative in the media that ISIS is capable of executing such an attack, the CIA in Switzerland has disseminated numerous propaganda reports essentially stating as much. After all, ISIS was specifically created as political cover so that the CIA can execute an Islamic nuclear terror attack. The ISIS-nuclear terror narrative was first identified back on June 23, 2014, when ISIS reportedly threatened a nuclear attack on Israel. A few weeks later on July 9, 2014, ISIS reportedly seized 88 pounds of uranium in Northern Iraq, ultimately providing them with enough fissile material to build a nuclear bomb. The shocking report was later confirmed by Fox News on July 10, 2014, in a report entitled “ISIS Seizes Uranium from Lab; Experts Downplay ‘Dirty Bomb’ Threat”. Roughly 4-months later on November 18, 2014, President Obama stated he will send U.S. troops to fight ISIS if they get nukes, further highlighting an ISIS-related nuclear terror attack just prior to its fruition in reality. Roughly 6-months later on May 22, 2015, British journalist John Cantlie, who is currently being held hostage by ISIS, claimed that the chances of ISIS smuggling a nuclear weapon to attack the United States have risen “infinitely”. Less than 24-hours on May 23, 2015, reports surfaced that ISIS could buy its first nuclear weapon from Pakistan within a year. Since ISIS reportedly stole $425 million from Iraq’s central bank back in June of 2014, they now have enough money to buy a nuclear weapon from Pakistan on the black market. These reports, taken collectively, confirm that the entire ISIS-nuclear terror narrative has been fabricated by the CIA in Switzerland in order to provide the necessary cover for a state-sponsored nuclear terror attack.
